    hi i bought an e-prance dash cam through amazon on 5th june this year the camera has died, i have tried all the manual suggestions but to no avail.i cant get any info on how to return anything to e-prance.please advise on my next step..

    An absolute nightmare. I closed my seller account only to receive an email over a year later to claim I owed amazon £1.02p They insisted my account was not closed. They sent emails from noreply email addresses. I explained to them that any balance was cleared and that no money was owing to them. Evidence of this was that I could not access the closed seller account! Let this be a warning to amazon sellers. I shall never sell on amazon ever again. They were not bright when my seller account was open. They’re a nightmare when it’s closed!

      I am emailing you about your bad service I ordered from my granddaughters wish list first you sent it to her old address twice.I phoned up and put that right only to have goods sent to the wrong place the address was 318 poynters road luton.Tracker said was left at a neighboughs house their was no card left at 318 poynters road so where it went to god only knows.So I phoned again and was told would send it again you got the right address but wrong name.The nane is maisie bance not bance myes. Someone in your department has well and truly got it wrong.My daughter said she has had other goods from the wish list ok so what has gone wrong I would like to know? ?????if I don’t get a reply soon I will be phoning.Package has finally arrived.

    I purchased a toy helicopter in December, which stopped working after 2 days. I reported this to the seller, who suggested I return the faulty item to their office. It would seem they are based in China. The cost and administration e.g. Customs forms)’ make this option unfavourable. As my sale agreement is with Amazon I would like to return this item to you. I will contact my credit card issuer to escalate the issue if I cannot get a resolution. The order number is 2030946409 / 3856303 withabest shopping China 471000 I welcome your remarks.

    I have been trying to order a replacement fork handle for my garden fork .
    I have tried a member of times and it shows nothing in my basket .
    Continuing further it says I must enable cookies ,I do not wish to do this and I have never had to do this before .
    I rang the customer help line , and they were very unhelpful . I am very disappointed with the reaction that I got ,I have been a customer of Amazon
    UK .and I would like to know what I can do .It is possible Amazon will loose a customer ,if this is not resolved . I hope the cookie situation is not permenent

    On 27/6/16 I read my emails & found a mail from amazon uk (dated 26/6) for an order I hadn’t made:- a guitar (to be delivered to my friends address in Southampton). I live in France.

    I also discovered a mail informing me that I had changed my email address & password (which I hadn’t). This meant that I couldn’t get into my account.

    I immediately contacted them & tried to cancel the order. I was told that there was no account under that email address!!! (Even though I had told them it had been changed fraudulently).

    I have had no sensible response from amazon uk. They allowed the order to proceed, took money from my account & a guitar shaped package has arrived at my friends address. – I have given amazon uk my friends email address & they haven’t bothered to contact them.

    On 22/7/16 I looked at my history on my amazon uk account & the order for the guitar is not there!!! They have not reimbursed my account or given me any compensation for the 5 pounds in phone calls to my bank & amazon or for the stress etc caused by their incompetence.

    I have tried to resolve this through amazon resolver, but my last mail (15/7/16) in which I explained that I was still awaiting someone to contact me has been ignored.

    On 26/7/16 I was “really glad” to receive an email asking me to rate the service for the delivery of the guitar – even though it is not on my order history!!!

    The service from Amazon uk is awful (my amazon france account was hacked & it took me 3 minutes on the phone to get it rectified, even though my French isn’t good!).

    I have had no reply from them in 4 weeks relating to when they are going to reimburse me.

    Amazon took £79 from my bank account altoght I have not bought any items. I really have no idea why I paid it, I just found that on my amazon account “On 19 August 2017, you will be charged £79 for another year of Prime.”

    Nightmare-ordered a car tyre pressure gauge 20th.Oct and should have arrived 22nd.Got apology on 24th and it had been passed on to the carrier.Still nothing arrived.Trying ways to track parcel and going round in circles.Tried to find e mail this evening.Does anyone know an easy way to contact Amazon.Mission imposssible.

    I took delivery of a Philips Sensco coffee machine on Saturday 26th November. The outer box was in perfect condition but when I opened it the actual box containing the machine was very battered and clearly previously opened and resealed. It contained no packing or instructions. This was for a Christmas present! I got the returns labels on line and took it to the post office to return to Germany from whence it came. I was informed to have it tracked as advised would cost £47.50! I came home with it and contacted Amazon customer service. I spoke to a lady who it transpired was in the Philippians. She contacted her superior and told me Amazon would refund my money and advise me on returning the machine. She said I would have confirmation of my refund and instructions on returning the machine between the 5th & 9th December. I’ve not heard a thing! Please advise me.
    The order no. 026-4765214-3049144. Please email me with both refund details and return instructions. Thank u in anticipation.

    Amazon please forward to relevant department if in error.
    It was authorised to return one of these wardrobes to Centurion Pine, which I have done.
    However my bank statements show no refund as yet.
    I have all email correspondence via Amazon regarding authorisation and emails to and from Centurion Pine and will send you if you wish.
    An outline is as follows:
    04/10/2016 original Amazon order confirmation.
    12/10/2016 Amazon copy of my email to Centurion Pine that they sent the wrong wardrobe – a smaller one.
    12/10/2016 and 14/10/2016 via Amazon apologies from Centurion pine quoting courier problems.
    25/10/2016 Amazon copy of my email to Centurion Pine that I have retained assembled one of these wardrobes quoting drawer runner error needing re-drilling and flimsy construction of one completed wardrobe strengthened by me but returning unpacked second wardrobe.
    25/10/2016 Amazon confirmation authorising return.
    25/10/2016 Amazon copy of my email sent to Centurion Pine.
    26/10/2016 via Amazon email from Centurion Pine offering regrets and please return.
    26/10/2016 Amazon copy of Centurion Pine email to me saying collection tomorrow.
    26/10/2016 Copy of Centurion Pine email re return order that 2 boxes (one wardrobe) have been collected.
    01/11/2016 Centurion email to me saying one box received blaming typical couriers.
    As date of this email 15/12/2016 no further emails and no refund yet received.
    Please expedite.

    I am contacting you as we have just been scammed, as we have tracked down a name Arron Smith who it appears you have someone of that name working for Amazon.co.uk he lives in London is it possible you could check this guy out.We have recently ordered quite q bit of stuff from Amazon so are not sure whether there is a connection or not. This name came up[ as someone trying to transfer money from our bank account to an a/c with this guys name.

    looks like i’m in catch 22, Amazon deleted my sales@goget1.co.uk email address when my account was hacked on Wednesday and then Amazon reinstated my old email address which I deleted about 2 years ago which I don’t have access to anymore. So I need to reset the password which I can’t do because I need access to the email account which Amazon put back onto my account without saying anything to me and now I don’t have access to the uk-printing email address anymore.

    Can someone call me on 07597683777 so I can give the nesesery security infomation to fix this problem over the phone
