    It is difficult getting your email address without getting a free Audiobook, however I will try this site.
    You have debited my account and put me in the red which I am not pleased about. I do like buying things on Amazon but I do not know how this debit apeared. I went into my local bank and they said to email yourselves.please refund

I have been waiting at home deadly for one whole day on 05/09/2015, because your office gave me a email that the parcel wil be deleveried on 05/09/15 exactly. However, it didn’t come with no further notice. I can not even going anywhere or website for any information about my parcel. In this case, I wish I could have somebody who can tell me wether I should be waiting or the parcel will be deleveried on the other day. I would like to suggest that your office should have someone who can be talking to for information of delevery.

    am not at all happy with Amazon
    with the way have been treated on my resent order
    this is my second time placing an order with Amazon using the Same credit card detail the first was about two weeks ago for a Laptop for about £1500
    and yesterday the 19th November 2015 i place an order for another one on the same credit details to the same address looking to received it on the next day delivery today the 20th November 2015 then a few hours later i received an email stating my order could not be dispatch and that i will not be able to access my account or place an order with them until i can confirm my billing details
    whats going on here
    please do bear in mind about two week before i used my the same credit card detail to place an order for about the same amount to the same address i don’t get the logic in this if it was to a different address maybe they could have a point
    i do believe they have or who ever put a stop to my order is out of touch with the way technology work in this day and age or maybe they don’t have a credit card themselves
    because if the is a fraudulent use on my card i would know within 24 hours and at the longest am sure it would take me two weeks to find out me personal i get a text message to my phone whenever a transaction as been made on my card

    I paid Amazon ££13.97 for two items with delivery for today (Mon: 30/11/2015) The items confirmed out for today. Waited all day and a 17.50 hours email received saying sorry cannot delivery today allow one or two more days for a contract they agreed and I paid for was to be today. Called Customer Services but he could not confirm what (if any) was the delay reasons. So I CANCELLED two said items immediately and informed Customer Services I will charge INTEREST on my money for each day it now takes them to refund it. I shall when it received Email Jeff Bezos with the circumstances and reason for an Interest Invoice and the day fee of my lost spending whole day at home awaiting for items never coming. Amazon need to understand for my whole wasted day that fee alone be £950.99 and for time it takes to refund the £113.97 back to my bank account I shall add a daily interest fee of £250. I will never shop with them again nor Recommend antone to do so. My Order number was 0206-0012314-2056304.

    I went to my bank this morning and noticed that Amazon had taken out £79.00 out of my account on 26.01.16. I have not purchased anything of this value and i have checked on Amazon website in my orders section and there is no order for that value either could you please refund/credit my account as soon as possible.         You must have had a parcel sent on a Prime 30 day free trial, and forgotten to cancel it before the end of the 30 day trial. The £79 is a years subscription to Prime which you now have for the next twelve months.

    I would like to ask Amazon why they have listed on their UK website for Head Office a list of telephone numbers when called says “number not recognised” Is this because they do not want to speak to anyone? E-mail is a much easier option, as it is really a closed door.
    I would love to be pleasantly surprised and receive a reply. A worthwhile reply

    I have been so frustrated at the lack of customer care and service and resolution at Amazon,

    Having been the victim of fraud on Amazon and notifying Amazon immediately to cancel the requested replacement to then be charged and hung up on 3 time is beyond belief.

    An item on my account was fraudulently re ordered and delivery changed from Uk to Bulgaria. I notified Amazon immediately it was not my order 3 times over the next 3 days. They assured me all would be cancelled. They did nothing and I tracked it to Bulgaria where it was delivered. 6 weeks later Amazon have charged me even though I removed my card details and now they will not refund me as apparently I have not returned the original Item, even though I told them it was a fraudulent replacement request. I have been on the phone for hours and been hung upon 3 time despite being polite and patient. Use Amazon at your own risk it is not safe and they have no customer care.

    All the staff I have spoken to have been dismissive and uncaring, I am now over my credit card limit due to this fraudulent charge and have incurred excess charges and have my credit score ruined and Amazon customer care are doing nothing. I have spent hours trying to prevent the fraud to protect Amazon at the start of this incident and have now spent hours trying to recover the charges that have been wrongly billed. I expect some sort of compensation for all this time effort and mess I am having to resolve through Amazons failure to stop the item being shipped in the first place.

    And at the end of a unhelpful conversation the phone operators have the cheek to say ” you have a nice day ” !!!!

    Please respond as I am very disappointed with Amazon

      I have had similar issues with Amazon and fraudulent activity, like you I have had appalling experiences with customer services. If you google ‘Cyber crooks hack into Amazon’ you will see many cases of people like you and myself who have had our accounts hacked when crooks order pricey goods fraudulently, we had almost £1,500 taken from our account for a TV that we did not order or even know had been ordered to our address, but it was never received. Amazon do not seem to care which is very sad. After speaking with my local police I have reported the issue to Actionfraud.

      I have ordered off Amazon but they won’t refund me 1,890.00 for order I did I waited in all day to get it and it didn’t turn up and I phone Amazon customer service told them I will be taking them to court now as they are breaking the law and I going to get them fine now

    This is an idea I have had for Amazon to produce. It’s lists of the products that people want. Say, DVD players with the cheapest first and then getting more expensive.
    Depends on the specifics of the DVD player of how much spec they want.
    With this customers can easily prowl the website and get the best price for the specific things they want.
    If amazon would like to produce this idea, I would appreciate a monetary reward for coming up with it.

    I recently bought a dvd via Amazon which came from OOdal. When I came to play it a sign came up saying that it was unplayable in this country. Since I had opened it to play it OOdals would not accept it back but would back me with the Amazon guarantee. After a great deal a messages in both directions the result was that I did not qualify for a refund. Since the supplier knew where I was – he should have sent the correct dvd – I do not know anything of the regional codes to which they refer and you can be sure that I am seriously upset – not at the small amount of money – but at the lack of respect for this argument which is that Amazon is completely responsible for this travesty. I will be taking action if this is not corrected.

    i had money taken from my account by Audible, one of the many branches of amazon. i had been fraudulently sign up to Audible, with a fake email but my card details were used. this happened after i was sold a mobile via a phone call from vodafone agents. i presume Amazon is paying commissions for sign up, and although i got a refund, they werent interested in a fake email being used, i dont think they care about where and how the money comes from as long as they get money

    I just received a DVD that was sent with the US code system…I live in Switzerland and have used the UK Amazon for years. Why do you send DVD’s out that don’t work? I can’t even return it because I can’t get past the first stage to do that…some strange questions asked which don’t belong to my choice. Now they want me to call them..I don’t have the time and I don’t want to spend more money on this subject.

    They are of the opinion that they are not subject to the laws of this country(civil courts division).

    I bought ‘Wild Things’ Funky little Clothes To Sew’ by Kirsty Hartley. I bought fabric to make a hoodie for my granddaughter. When I opened the pattern sheet the one I needed was not there. The publishers have told me the pattern is on-line. I cannot find it on-line, only the finished outfits at £85 – the fabric cost £7.80. Please ensure that nobody else is conned like me.

    My recent order # Q22158401803 was ordered for next day delivery.

    However thus was not the case. Looking out of my first floor apartment window I saw the delivery vehicle drop off a parcel to my next door neighbour, then up the road for two more deliveries. Apon his return he passed my house and stopped about 30 meters away. I ran down to see him and in that time he had moved on!!! No attempt was made to even look for my house number. He did not even get out his van!

    I promptly got online and saw that the latest update was “delivery not possible”
    It was then I made use of the online chat team who were very reluctant to assist. Agreeing to the next day delivery in the end and being told it was a piority I called it a day.
    Today it’s been insane trying to find out when the delivery would come. I got chat to a manager who seemed even worse! This whole experience has been disgusting and never have I had to deal with such a rubbish set up in my life. All this from one pathetic driver who could not even exit his van to make a delivery!

    Finally the parcel comes well into the afternoon and not even a knock on my open door!!! Just left on my top step!!!!
    O and your tracker shows I signed for it!!!! Pathetic!!! Absolutely pathetic!

    Please I ask of you to provide me with a public place in which I can place my complaint as I wish to share this story in much more detail so others can think twice before using this service both delivery and online!

    To recap
    A delivery guy that does not exit his van
    And an online support that are misleading and giving false information! Topped with a manager assuring he knows my situation, which is utter rubbish!
    And then my parcel delivered without the promised phone call before hand and not even a knock on my door!!!!! Only to find the parcel laying on the top step!!!!! And your tracker says signed?????? Whatever!

      I agree it is awful that our money can be taken and we are loyal customers to Amazon. It is awful that Amazon do not value their customers enough to treat them in a dignified manner, Up until now I enjoyed shopping on Amazon, but now, I do not feel safe buying from them. I believe my account had been hacked and Amazon who make billions do not want to know. Maybe you are right, take your cause to social media to let others know how little value Amazon customers are to the company.     You had the audacity of debiting my credit card with £55.00 on November 30, 2016, under the reference of AMZ UK DIGITAL DWNLOAD AMAZON.COM.LTD. I contacted your office only to be told that I had to apply to Amazon.com. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the reference URL http://www.amazon.com/contact us on about 3 occasions since Friday and have got absolutely nowwhere. Someone at your end tells me they have passed my request onto AMAZON.COM and I would hear within 6-12 hours. To date NO RESPONSE – WHY? I am an 80 years old pensioner and am not prepared to pay for something I have neither ordered nor received and do not understand how to get round the computer in the hope of sorting this mess out. Neither of the other two card holders have ordered anything and are unable to be of help. I have put a letter into the Managing Director for him to “kick arse” as the yanks say. I have asked my credit card company to give me more information and if YOU do not repay this £55.00 I shall instruct them to credit my account with immediate effect. Your early attention to this matter and a response by return fully expected.

    Sorry for my english, but I am danish. I can see that I am in the same boat as many of the persons that has not been treated correct by Amazon. A smal thing, but got a DVD with wrong regionalcode, usless for me. Have tried to pet a Question/complain to Amazon via e-mail, but everytime I get thru, I have to wait for an answer from another person/department, and it is impossible to contact the latest person, because they use no-reply e-mails.
    My loss has only been one DVD, but Amazon which I have used many times, has lost a costumer and a good reputation.
    I have given up trying to get in contact with you, and must admit that I agree with all the frustrations I see on these pages. SHAME ON YOU Amazone, and Merry Christmas to all the persons I have read about here.

    On Saturday Dec.3rd I ordered a King Size Duvet through Amazon. The order was accepted and then I got an email to say that my payment by debit card had been declined. They advised that I tried again, this happened 4 times. I then ordered through a friend on his email and his card, this went through. On the Monday I got several emails from the Linen Co. to inform me that my order was being dispatched! I then emailed them several times to point out the problem I had had, but they said they had nothing to do with the payment side and didn’t want to know. I then rang your customer service number and spoke to a girl who was foreign and I had difficulty understanding her. She assured me that she had sorted it out and I would hear further. That day I had 51 emails from Amazon and the Linen Co. The next day I got another email to,tell me that my parcel was being delivered that day. I had 4 duvets delivered plus the one delivered to my friend. The money was deducted from my bank account, I paid 4 lots of postage, £20 on one parcel. I wasted many hours trying to sort this out and paid for an expensive phone call. This is because Amazon had a problem sending numerous emails saying my payment had been declined.
    I feel that I am owed an apology and a refund for my inconvenience and trauma of wasting all that time.

    Yesterday (28 Dec.2016), I went to withdraw money from my bank account to find insufficient funds available! £79 of my last £80 was taken by Amazon without my knowledge, or consent for a year Amazon Prime which I do not want. As I receive Income Support and after bills were paid, I was left with £80 to manage with for two weeks. I now have 74p! I was supposed to take my daughter out,but could not, thanks to Amazon. I am distraught ,angry and very very upset. I would appreciate this money being immediately put back into my bank account so that I can some sort of New Year. I cannot stop crying for letting my daughter down and have been having suicidal thoughts because of this. Please reimburse me immediately- Amazon has my bank details.     I have tried to get a refund for an item sent back to a supplier. I have gone through Amazon’s complaints department without success. Each time I contact Amazon I get an answer from a different person. I have supplied all the details I can. But when I’m repeatedly asked the same questions. i.e. Shipping company (post office). Weight of package!? After the forth email I have given up. This is obviously company policy by Amazon to make it as difficult as possible.

    I wish to make a complaint about a contract courier company that you employ. I worked for UK Express for 3 months before Christmas 2016 delivering your parcels where I provided excellent customer service delivering all parcels given to me on my set route/routes.
    Unfortunately I was let down by bad organisation and poor quality equipment.. (I finished on 04/12/16)
    UK Express are still holding the money that you paid them for the work that in effect I carried out for you. Having emailed them on multiple occasions I have still not received the payment due.
    I have contacted a solicitor to try and get this resolved, however, I must advise that I will also be contacting the BBC and their inside out program too if this matter is not resolved by 14/03/17
    I do feel that you have an obligation to ensure that all of your contractors treat their drivers with the same duty of care that you would.

    I keep get reminders that I’ve not used my membership and have now been sent CARD in the post.
    Its cost me £79 paid last December and haven’t a clue how that was taken off my card.

    I live in Spain have been a customer of Amazon for some time. I have seen an item which has had excellent reviews and appears to be just what I have been looking for. However, when I try to reset my password, I am sent round in circles. I enter my email address etc, and when I receive the 6-digit code by email I enter it but ‘verifying’ requires re-entering plus often ambiguous letters in murky photo (my eyesight is good). I am then sent to the beginning again. None of the so-called help pages are of any use, and I cannot contact Amazon either by ‘phone 1 2006 266 2992 (ringing out but no answer) or by preferred e-mail. Is there no way of contacting Amazon other than letter to registered office?

    For the last few months, Amazon in their wisdom have ceased collecting returned goods from one’s home address. I am disabled and cannot get to any of the collection points, so every time I have a problem with an item, I have to ring them and wait for ages for them to say, “Ok, we will pick up from your home this time, but … etc etc. I, and many others like me, cannot help being incapacitated, and I feel I and the others are being ignored. For a company as rich as Amazon, (and I have spent over £21,000.00 with them in ten years) you would think they could have some sort of notation alongside the other details they hold for people who are in my position to say ‘Any collections from this person will be from the home address’. Why is this simple thing not been done? And why has Amazon not worked out that NOT collecting returns from one’s home, means for a lot of people, NOT getting it from them in the first place! This stupid oversight must, over time, be costing Amazon thousands! Well done to whoever thought of that one!

    I have a problem with my Kindle Paperwhite which I reported to customer support on 28th May (6 weeks ago) which still hasn’t been resolved, every resolution they come up with just makes it worse!
    The emails they send me just sound like standard ones they just keep churning out, same platitudes – it is totally unacceptable, I have emailed the complaints department but I have not received an answer! I feel that Amazon don’t care.

    Thanks for sending me this electric tiller info. I need an electric tiller that runs on 240 volts, and NOT 120 volts. Your ad for the Wolf 1400 watt tiller does not specify the voltage, Theoretically, the 1400 watts can be the result of 120 volts at 11.66 amps, or the 1400 watts can be the result of 240 volts at 5.83 amps. (Watts = volts X amps). The Wolf specification page only shows the wattage, not the voltage. Which is it, 240 volts at 5.83 amps or 120 volts at 11.66 amps, or are both optional??? NO WAY do I want a 120 volt electric tiller. I only want a 240 volt version.
