    I purchased a mattress form Argos which was delivered today,fine except the delivery man has left dirty,oily foot prints on my carpet and have up to now been waiting 40 mins for an answer to my call, it will cost me more for the call than the mattress by the time I get an answer, Infuriated…..how do you get to talk to someone, easy to do before you have payed for goods but impossible once they have your cash.

    Yesterday I tried to query a bill at your store at Brooklands, Weybridge which turned out to be my mistake. The young lady, Faye Quinn, dealt with my complaint in the most professional manner. She did not make me feel uncomfortable or stupid but kept calm and curtious. Tried to tell the store manager but he was not available. Spent 12 min on the phone to your customer services but nobody could give me an address to send a ‘thank you e-mail’ to.
    I do hope you can pass this on to the appropriate department.

    is there any one out there?! is the question to argos customer servcie. 3 emails, several phone call lasting over 40mins, i doubt it, have now contacted trading standards, s how else are we supposed to contact them if no one is answering?

    I wish to speak to a senior manager. I went to the ayseford Argos store and 1 of the products was out of stock. I then re ordered everything on line on Saturday just gone. Everything was ment to be deliever today between 7am to 8 pm. Nothing has arrived! I will want compensating for my time of work today.     Came into your store yesterday 11/04/16. To complain that my fridge, have been cancelled 3, times. I spoke to Bernie, she listen to what I had to say. Bernie was very polite apologised, even thou it wasn’t her fault. She sorted out the problem for me. I received a discount and a mini fridge to take home. I would just like to say thank you Bernie, and I appreciate what you done for me

    Dear Customer Relation,
    Firstly, I would like to express my dissatisfaction in regard to the way my order was handled.
    Ord No: AD088828881 schedule for delivery on the 18/04/2016 for a special occasion my wife’s birthday.
    Reasons for my dissatisfaction:
    1) The packaging of the product was tampered with and I am unsure as to whether any damage has occurred to the product.
    2). Delivery was meant to be on 18/04/16 for my wife’s birthday it was said to have been delivered in fact, it was not delivered until the when I raised the alarm that I have not received the parcel subsequently it was delivered on the 19/04/2016 in an unsatisfactory condition.
    3). I was considering using another store to buy this product but because Argos offered a next day delivery service and because of when I needed it by I decided to go with Argos. If I had known I could have collected the item the same day from a different company.
    I was also dissatisfied because the parcel was said to have been delivered and sign for by my wife, which was not so.
    Overall I am deeply dissatisfied as to what has happened, as the essence of this order was for my wife’s birthday which has now passed and caused a considerable amount of stress not only to me but to my wife. which was through no fault of my own.
    In conclusion, I have been a long term customer of Argos but as a result of this occasion, this has made me consider whether it is worth using Argos again in the future.

    Hi,could you help me please Only on the 12th of December I picked a parcel up from the Bolton store fast track I was only given a policy paper which said was proof of my purchase. I was sent an email which has been deleted. The parcel was a red beets pill speaker and stand.The speaker dosent always work. What do I do without an email receipt. I would think you could trace this product Many thanks

    Hello, I am so upset, I can hardly write this! I purchased a television from Argos Forrest Fach Swansea, earlier this evening. A young man helped me to put it in my car when I noticed that the box was open, (and a little shabby), I asked if I could get another one in a sealed box. The young man insisted that it was a brand new set, and the box had been opened to check its contents. I STILL insisted that he got another one in a sealed box. He went back into the store and returned with the manager and a roll of sellotape! The lad said there were no more sets in the store! And taped up my box. I have recently had a fire in my flat, which destroyed almost everything, I am 66yrs old, and suffer with severe arthritis. I could barely walk around the store! I was too tired to argue. I got home, where my friend who was visting, carried the tv up two flights of stairs for me. After opening the box, I found that some of the equipment was missing, ie. Aerial lead, scart leads, I used my own aerial lead. Can’t connect “no channels found! ” I rang the store store, and they said bring back the tv. Here’s my problem, I live alone , my friend has returned to London, I have no one to help me carry it down the flights of stairs. So I am minus £319 and stuck with a television that doesn’t work! I am angry and very upset. I am really unwell, I can’t return it , I can barely walk. The manager and the boy, knew. I felt pressured into accepting it! I wish to God that I hadn’t. I want my money back immediately! And for someone to collect the tv. TODAY! It’s the very least you could do. Thank you, KHJ

    Day 1; I had to be available 7am to 7am and alert for removal and delivery of the washing machine I bought from Argos. It did not function.Day 2; today I had to be available again 7am to 7pm and alert for the arrival of Argos’ installers…I got no indication of a time and got 10 mins’ notice. Installer confirmed that the machine was totally broken down and did not function. They refused to take it away, although their lorry was outside!. So I can’t even buy another machine from a better company as I am stuck with argos’ heap of junk.I stressed to the installers that they should call Argos and report it and ensure that Argos contact me. They said they (only an agent of Argos) were not allowed to do any of these things.They also said that on a daily basis they were facing these kinds of problems. They promised to report to Argos by email. Argos has not contacted me. These trading standards are totally unacceptable. It is obvious that the installer agents are also put into an impossible position by Argos.

    As the cheque was made out to MR S Stokes, Halifax Bank would not accept it.

    I bought goods to the value of £353.93 on 2/9/17 and received a voucher for £10 so on the 8/9/17 I went back to the store to buy a bread bin 842/9559 non in store but Sharon could have one sent out at night that was fine but then the computer broke down, Sharon was told to go on to another machine but that one was not letting her send one out at night so she asked if I could come in and collect it and just pay it then. I was in about 3pm to day and the woman told me that the voucher had been used and the number on the voucher was not the same as the reciept, the manageress came and said she would contact Sharon (who was on holiday)and she said she had given me a new voucher and she had distroyed the old one. I did not get a new voucher but it look’s to me that I have the first voucher and a new receipt so I said it look’s as though she has cut up the new card by mistake; The manageress wouldn’t accept that and said she could do nothing about it. I would not make myself a liar for £10. I am very disappointed as I use this store occassionaly.
