    Like many customers I know trying to gain information or place an order by telephone is unacceptable .i like many have given up several times even after holding for 10 to 15 minutes.there is obviously something wrong with your service desk and being told we are very busy surely tells you that.opening times of your desk are also something to be considered .considering unlike most companies you charge for delivery delivery delays even though you quote 5 days for in stock items is never adhered to .

    I write in regards to the lack of response from your customer service desk when I called this morning at 9:03 – having been informed that they would be open from 9:00am – I held on for 12 minutes and gave up !!
    The issue I wish to discuss is – have you received the return order I sent back 30th June ( my money was taken out of my account 20/21 st June !!) ?
    I have not received any confirmation that you have received the parcels .
    I do not think the length of time for return of funds is acceptable but to not know what is happening is very annoying !!
    I hope you take on board my constructive criticism of your Customer Service area and lack of communication regarding returns . I will hold my breadth regarding prompt reply to this email .

    I returned a jumper to you which tracked as having been received by you on the 22nd April. I have not received a refund!
    I have contacted your customer services 3 times and they all assured me that they would sort it out as they had received the return and could not understand why I hadn’t received my refund. They all blamed the finance department for the error.
    It is now 28th May and there is no sign of my money.
    This is in breach of your own returns policy of 28 days maximum and the customer services department have proved useless.
    I will now be writing to your head office in the hope of getting some success there.
    I have been a customer of Artigiano for many years. This whole episode has put me off ever ordering anything from Artigiano again.

    Naff customer service. Goods are charged for, dispatched from Germany and lost by the distribution company.
    Used to be a quality independent but now seems to have been swallowed up by Scotts of Stow who have lost the quality part.
