    To whome it may concern,
My cousin was tragically murdered in oldham on saturday in oldham. His name is Tommy Bilton. We will be holding a fundraising event in order to raise money to help pay for the funeral costs his poor family have been left struggling to find. I am asking if asda would be able to donate anything that could be used to put on a raffle no matter how big or small. The even will be taking place on sunday the 23rd august at the daisyfield public house in bardsley oldham. Im askin for anything maybe a small bottle of wine, a bag of food, a shower set absolutely anything. I will look forward to hearing from you
    Many thanks
    Chantelle Hoy (Tommy Biltons Cousin)

Hi Paul,I have been told that in the instances you are talking about Asda has random 3 letter codes to help identify which factory, farm,or supplier it came from to help with tracking down a potential problem that a customer may have. I have been informed that in this case it actually means it came from a supplier in Doncaster. I hope this helps

I have just heard that you are selling meat that has been slaughtered in an inhumain way just because of some out of the ark religion! How can a modern company stoop so low? If an English person was to travel to another country we would be expected, and expect to live by their way of life and abide by their laws. Yet when they come here to live we seem to bend over and let them walk all over our beliefs and ways of life. I cannot and wil not be apart of such cruelty and there fore will not be shopping with Asda any more. I know i am only one person and as such make no difference to your profits, but if all, just one persons, made a stand you just may let us be English in England.

so why are you complaining here? speak to the managers in the ACTUAL store, rather than complaining on a website that is in no way related to asda. nobody relevant to your complaint is actually reading this. your foul mouth will get you nowhere, either!

    Subject: Urgent
As a regular customer of Asda I believe there is a problem with your website and customer services telephone answering service. I’ve reserved a slot for a deliver between 4-6 tomorrow but the security tag is unavailable, my cards have both been refused but one of the cards has been charged 0.1p. My bank says you’ve confirmed a payment of £0.1 but I have no confirmation e-mail from you. started my order after 4pm, was on the phone for over half an hour and needed to go out, therefore, the time for making a payment will expired.
I’ve now returned home, after 10.30pm, made a new order and again the same problem has occurred. I’ve checked and re-checked my bank details, address, expiry dates etc. , Therefore I need you to make the order for me and I’ve copied and pasted the items I need.
I hope you will not let me down. I’ve been trying to make this order for hours now and am very disappointed with your bad service this time
    Regards

    To the complaints department.

There is currently an Asda voucher offer circulating on Facebook. It looks to be ligit and promises vouchers from Asda for doing an Asda survey. The link led me to an Asda survey site and I did the Asda survey, was promised a voucher and this voucher has not been received. I’ve been a good customer of Asda for 9 years but I’m thinking I’ll shop elsewhere in future and what is even worse is that your email addresses to complain are not working because it says that your inbox is full!

This is the link for your survey! Not happy at all. I feel conned! https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10209233398647483&id=1096843390

I went to Asda Rawtenstall and purchased a bottle of Drambuie for a gift, the big red price tag above read £10 so i thought id buy a perfect gift..
When i returned home and checked my receipt.i found i was charged £25..
I then decided to go back which is around 4 miles each way..when i took it to the cuatomer service desk and enquired i was told that the previous shift had not put the correct price on..
This is not MY fault i dnt think, i took the refund, but i was NOT happy i had to make a DOUBLE journey and i wasnt even offered anything.for.my inconvenience, NOT EVEN A SORRY..!!
This is not very good customer service i have to say..
It has put me off from.shopping there again..
I hope to hear from you soon with some kind of explanation..

Hi i would just like to say how lovely it was to vist your hall road store on thursday.Nnot some where I normally shop. As i walked into the store and asked where the toilet was, this lovely lady walking past on her lunch hour,I would think, took me over to them. But the best bit was the notice on the less able door. NOT ALL DISABILITYS ARE VISIBLE.. WOW, about time some one realise this.Having suffered from a medical condition for many years there are times when i need the use of a less able toilet, even though no one would ever know. Many times I have had looks and comments when leaving a toilet like this. I do have a key and card, however don’t always feel I should have to explain my self.Maybe you could introduce some badges! many thanks.
