    I do not why but I seem to have constant problems with the money off vouchers you send. You have sent me two for £5 where only one worked and now you have sent a £10 voucher which is also coming up invalid. On top of this the so called ‘dashboard’ is still under maintenance.

    Please can you sort this out asap, I wish to purchase a red top which is in my saved items and there is only one left. If I could actually get the £15 off that would be great. I would appreciate you actioning this urgently as it’s just going to be even more annoying if you sort it and I can’t get the item.

    My dear ASOS staff,
    Order number: 230027463, total 6 items
    I would like to tell you my concerns over an ASOS order I placed
    at 10:20am(UK time) in which it has already dispatched. Would ASOS staff please contact the carrier and pay attention to the following items (1 full/three-piece black tuxedo with black shoes and 2 suit trousers), product code and the sizes chosen:
    1) black Tuxedo Jacket 100% wool (product code: 857851) (GBP 100), chest size 32 inches
    2) black Tuxedo Trousers (same design as 1) (product code: 857854)(GBP 50), waist size 28inches L 30inches
    3) black Tuxedo waistcoat in black(come from the same design as 1) and 2)(product code: 858656) (GBP 32), chest size 32 inches
    4) Tassel Loafers in black leather (product code: 852386) (GBP 35) UK size 8 (26.2cm foot length)
    5) black Layered bow tie (product code: 839173)(GBP 6) ONE SIZE
    6) Super Skinny Suit Trousers in Check (product code: 899491) (GBP 40) waist size 28 inches L30 inches)
    Please check the product code of each item above and make sure that tuxedo jacket and tuxedo waistcoat are ordered with chest 32 inches size, by this I mean 32, so please send the right size of clothing as I understand that mistake can happen sometimes when a large order of several items of everything else in category is involved. Tassel loafers are ordered with foot UK size 8 (262 mm), so please don’t give me 8.5(266mm). The black bow tie’s product code is 839173 as there can be variations of bow tie on the site to choose from. Tuxedo trousers are black and check suit trousers are both ordered with waist size 28 inches and length 30 inches
    Secondly, can I request here that the above six items are brand-new when they are picked in the warehouse before dispatching, that all of the above will not have been opened by ASOS staff, and therefore brand-new, not having usurped by staff nor customers. If there is any above item that has been handled by other customers, which means that they have sent back the product having receiving and examining it but decided they did not like it, please send me the ones that are in a plastic package or shoe boxes that are intact all throughout.
    Finally, will the carrier please make sure the parcel COMES IN ONE (6 items altogether) and double check that it is to send off to the following address, and receive on my doorstep:

    In order to minimize any possibility of mistakes, I have chosen to pay extra 20 GBP for this delivery cost as a wrist watch costing GBP 33 had been sent lost previously and a wrong size of a three-piece suit and a blue Harrington jacket had happened to my ASOS order before. A refund to my credit card without receiving the ordered purchase and a re-order of the jacket with my chosen size again respectively have fully destroyed the advantage of purchasing fashion online.

    Hi,
    I purchase this item on the 17/8/16 Monki Minimal Backpack – Black . I would like to say how disappointed I am, as the magnetic clasp has come detached! Considering it cost £30 .00, Please can you advised me on how this can be replaced or repaired?

    I did not request for my parcel to be delivered on another date!!

    I have shopped with asos for many years along with the rest of my family to great disappointment this entire order has been a disaster from start to finish.
    I placed an order for two bridesmaid dresses (TFNC sateen bow back maxi dress- size 8 and 14) which were delivered on Thursday 6th October however the two dresses that turned up one being faulty the size 14 and the other not being a dress that I had chosen at all!
    After calling customer services on Friday morning and being told the will send out two replacement dresses the latest the parcel would be with me would be Monday 10th i re arranged my bridal party to come over to try on many dresses Monday evening. But again another disappointment after receiving an email stating that I have changed the date of delivery, which as you can imagine is not the case at all!!!!!

    I ordered a top with 25% off but needed the next size up. The first price was £33.50 when I reordered I have to lay £42 surely it should have been honoured when ordering the same item.

    Not sure if last email went through I will repeat. I ordered a top with 25% off but had to return and have the bigger size which you are now charging £42. Surely the same top should be the same price.
