    When I turned on my laptop it did automatic updates then it did various other things like devices, settings etc now it’s asking me to ‘pick a network and go online to finish setting up your pc’ and although my network is in the list it won’t connect! What can I do as I can’t even get onto the desktop.

    Can you please help?

    Zenwatch 2 I have tried to find this product in all over UK but I can’t find it and I don’t know where I can buy it from I have checked the release date and it said it will be available in the UK in October but it November now

    Can you help with setting up my desktop Asus sko./6730. Assume it should be wireless ,little aerial is screwed at the rear of computer.I have a wireless printer which works OK.

    I have a new Asus notebook, currently on the 3rd screen in 2 months which has failed again on the day it was returned from repair. Asus notebooks are of extremely poor quality and the repairs centre are incompetent. Avoid don’t waste your money

    have an Asus BT400 bluettoh adapter thei work resoanble well in windows 7 I coudl bluetooth anything mice keyboard my lumia 640 for straming the audio on my phone like wise with my mp3 player and it even audio on my kindle fire tv. Since i upgraded my Asus motherboard and upgraded to wndows 10 the audio just does not work everything pairs but when i click connect there is nothing in the charms bar. I have done the usual instaled driver reinstllaed driver repaired everything. The share tab is also missing in the bluetoth setting. its like windows 10 is not installing the drivers corectly. In windows 7 i culd right cliclk and click on control where i could coonect to the adui device i wanted but that doesn not seem to be therre in devices and printers. any help would be very much appreicaited

    The hinge on the case has broken, no,idea how, it has not been dropped, moved or anything in the last month. How much would it cost to replace and is there a service centre in o near Cheltenham,
    . We have had it since May 2015.
