    I tried to order on line but couldn’t read my boots advantage number as its all worn i rang customer services to order a new card as they ask for my number and can’t read it i had to press another option and wait to speak to someone i feel waiting 15mins on the other end of yoor mobile phone is long enough I have now ended my call and are still no further forward and cannot use my card and claim my points when ordering on line

    Dear Sirs/Madam,

    I am a very worried, upset and annoyed customer of Boots. I asked my friend Sylvia Pretorius to take my videos into Boots as I was away on leave.

    On the 3rd November Sylvia took my very precious videos of the birth of my only child (who is now 24 years of age) and the first 10 years of her life, to be changed onto DVDs..

    It is now December 15 and after many many phone calls and repeated trips to Boots in Staines to speak to the Manager (Brian) and having being assured and reassured that my videos were safe, I was told that they now cannot find them and they are lost in the system somewhere, but they will continue to look for them. However, I am told that this could take 3 months to a year to hopefully find my videos. I find this very, very, hard to accept and come to terms with.

    I am heartbroken by this long, worrying, stressful situation. They are my memories of my daughter, and as a result my health has deteriorated and I am now under my doctor, who is concerned about my blood pressure and anxiety that I am suffering from, due to your Company not knowing where my videos are.

    Please!! Please!!! Can further investigations and important be taken by Head Office in the hope of getting them back soonest.

    I recently visited my local boots in freshney place Grimsby and had a makeup lesson with Alyson on the no7 counter and she was so kind and helpful.
    I am 60 at Christmas and very rarely wear makeup and my daughter is getting married on the 17th December this year and I thought I need to get some help as I don’t wear makeup regularly and I am now not in the full flush of youth so I need to make an effort to help myself be the best I can,especially at my daughters wedding.
    Alyson was really understanding of all of this and she tried a few looks until she found the one . The next day I wore foundation and blusher for the first time in my life . I cannot thank her enough for giving me my sparkle back and making me feel good about myself . I badly needed the lift looking my best has given me .
    I would like to take this opportunity to also say how lovely all your staff have been over the years they are always helpful and kind .

    I went today for visiting Boots on Henry Street number 1750 for buy some beauty products ,I must say I was served by Nicola B a very nice girl which help me chose the right product for mine ,she was very amiable and helpfull.I must say I had a great experience today in Boots Henry Street and I will going to come back in store and I will recomanded to all my friends

    Hi I went into boots optician at pier avenue clacton on sea to make an appointment, as I went in I noticed I was the only person in there and there was 3 members of staff the time was 13.20 , one was doing something to a pair of glasses and two was doing some paper work ? They all saw me come in not one of them said a word they all carried on with what they was doing I must have stood there 3/4 minuets then I said am I invisible? The one in a white coat said I’m doing paper work for a customer I said but there’s no one here ? To which she replied yes but I’m busy so I said no customers NO job !!! The other member of staff seem to be embarrassed by her colleague and couldn’t do enough for me. We all use boots opticians and I really don’t want to be spoken to like this , considering the amount of money we spend

    I had a very pleasant experience when I went in the Queengate branch in Peterborough… was looking for a gift for my sons 21st birthday.. lady at the men’s purfume counter Sharon was very helpful, friendly,helped me to choose, didn’t rush… very nice experience … thank you Sharon xx
