    I am sending this message to you as hopefully you will get back to me.
    Today the 3rd of December, i handed in a Boots Carrier Bag to Castleford Boots Shop, with 3 Items in it of which i found yesterday the 2nd of December on a Wooden seat in Castleford Town Center.
    I didnt see the receipt in there at that time, spo brought it home and Announced it on facebook. Hoping Someone would come forward for it.
    They didnt.
    So i handed it in today to Castleford Boots Shop.
    The Lady took my name and phone number, As I Requested her to Follow up The Boots Card Points which was on The Receipt, to The Person Who it Belongs to .
    She said Only Head Office Could Follow this up.
    Could you Please Let me Know, if you have heard from the Castleford Boots Store….
    To Get these Presents Back to the Person Who Bought them Please.

    After phoning all day yesterday and not getting an answer I went to the boots chemist in Hilldene shopping area .while waiting ages heard the phone ringing which was totally ignored. My tablets are usually delivered the 4th of each month but I’m told they won’t ready today but will be delivered tomorrow it’s an absolute joke everyone there was complaining some actually walked out it really has gone down the pan. They don’t have a clue what they are doing a real calamity yours truly Mr s j sheekey

    I have byed a crem from the boots before one week before byed i consult with the lady who was working to the boots she taste crem in my face . And i byed the crem is call benefit crem the problem is the crem have do the big problem in to my face and my eye is treble now i can see not probly i have been to hospitale they sad is crem alergy my face is going evey day biger and eye pleas can you halp what i can do now .

    I am disgusted with the customer care at your Bridgnorth store today! Not only did I get turned away as the assistant said I needed to go to a larger store ! When I returned to do what I wanted ..( print photos off an iPhone ) I went up to her and said you can print photos of ur iPhone here, which she replied a co worker told me you couldn’t . I then replied , well u need to inform them that you can, then the punch line comes …..I only work Saturdays so I’m not bothered ! Well let me tell you customer care , in a market town like Bridgnorth a Saturday is an important day in retail, especially when Bodycare is three doors down. Also as I was walking out totally amused by the remark, today was a Tuesday!
    If I wasn’t on a time limit I would of asked to see a supervisor , but unfortunately all the other staff (1) were busy .
    Being in retail myself I know this is very bad customer care and if it happened where I work, she would of been taken aside an told very nicely to respect all customers , even if they are wrong , which happens ! But I can assure u not in this case . I tried to tell her the photo machines wouldn’t have the connections if it didn’t take iPhones 😱

    The paper ones would recycle or burn and did not suffogate children easily !

    I went on holiday out T3 Heathrow 22June went into Boots and was talk into buying one of Lash Impack Mascara was told it made lashes longer and no lumps I ask if it washed of easily which it did not. Also think when I brought
    it seem nearly empty there just did not seem to be much coming out on the brush. Also I paid £13.50 on the net it is £10.00 she said it was a promotion when I brought it I did also buy a nail varnish for £6 and got that half price.
    This is the first time I have brought No 7 range. Would like you option.

    Dear team
    I find myself writing to you again.Firstly I would like to congratulate staff of Southall Boots branch,from pharmacist to technicians and customer advisors -they are all remarkable,patient and caring.Even though this branch is exceptionally busy they have the time to explain,demonstrate products if products are not available they will happily order in.

    I do however want to point out as I am a carer and visit this branch quite regularly, I like to shop here but find most products are not readily available. For instance my usual hair colour Nice n Easy dark brown. This is not stocked and I find it quite alarming considering there are many Asian shoppers this branch only seems to have blonde colours-which I am sure are not selling. If you supplied this branch with products that sell quickly and regularly I am sure sakes would go up even further. As stressed I visit regularly so am always looking at products- I cannot say I buy as it’s not equipped or stocked with products. I would like to suggest that if more make up products and appropriate hair colours were stocked you will see further improvement in sales.
    The team here are very willing to order in but sometimes customers can’t wait.
    So please give people like me some consideration,stock a little more variety so that I may purchase whilst waiting to collect prescriptions.
    Do note the pharmacist is always at hand to advise and assure,staff like Manjit always ready to assist and help customers. The other staff are also equally fantastic.
    Whilst waiting I observe how
    wonderfully well the team interact and
    assist customers.
    I trust you will take my comments on board and hope you will perhaps send out sales people to re look at stocking productd that perhaps would sell even better.
    Thank you for taking the time to read my comments, and so deserved pat on the backs for Southall branch staff!

    I have contacted the advantage card tel number on 4 occasions up to now i still havent recd my card im am very upset it has cost me on the 4 times to phone up and find out WHAT problems is to why they carnt send a card out to my address

As I have been selling perfumes on markets many years now see other companies such NEXT / MARKS SPENCER / HALFORDS/ recycling there goods farther through market then landfill which better for every one I be interested in buying ur used testers bottles and part bottles and out date stock damaged bottles too as u pay too deposed of the items we deal with trading standards every year don’t get problems sell testers or retailer.     Our local Boots does not answer the phone our last order came weeks late when my husband was better after a fall altho the prescription had been sent on time by the DR .     Please get rid of that Christmas song on your advert for god sake its depressing that song is so old everyone knows it’s a Christmas song NOT A SUMMER SONG it just reminds me of Christmas amd as I work in customer service /retail Xmas planning comes around early enough so dnt want to hear a Christmas song at this time of the year I shouldn’t have to change the bloody chanel when it comes on evenue little kids recognise it and talk about Christmas…it’s bloody SUMMER !!!     I have received my medication in Boots (Warners End, Hemel Hempstead) for 30 years and I have to say this past 6 months has been unacceptable – the prescription is never ready, there’s some missing and the main chemist there (Sadie) has a very rude unhelpful attitude. I know people are leaving to go elsewhere as the service is so bad. Sadie blames the Doctor’s and I am sure it is not them – totally totally unacceptable and sometimes dangerous with the missing medication and not being able to get it for days !!!!!! Please can someone look at this chemist and put someone in there who is capable of doing the job. The girls have been in the shop for years and are generally very very good
