    How can I make a complaint to you about your courier service and my last order delivery
    I made a complaint to Hermes regarding their delivery agents and after more than 3 weeks they have made no contact except say they received my email and would look in to it.

    Your service and product is brilliant. Your delivery service Hermes causes me to get angry. They say they have made a call but been unable to deliver. The next thing is that there is a query about the address and then nothing, and yet it is supposed to be a tracking service. If they have made one visit and been unable to deliver, they must know the address, so what is the query about the address. If they have arrived at the house and been u8nable to deliver why has no note been left. Why have they not tried to leave with a neighbour. What is the query about the address. You must be aware that life cannot be suspended waiting for a parcel, which is delivered at the whim of the courier. I’m sorry you are a brilliant firm, with very good products, but this annoyance does not help.

    Good morning. A couple of months ago I saw an advert in the Mail for Cotton Traders chino type trousers at £12 reduced I seem to remember from £25. I should have realized that there must have been a reason for the reduction but as I have bought numerous good quality items from Cotton Traders did not give it a thought.
    The first few days of wearing the trousers was fine, good material, lightweight, comfortable etc BUT then the problem set in:-
    The stud holding the waistband together was not strong enough and kept coming undone, I thought I would solve the problem by tightening my belt but to no avail and in fact made the problem worse.
    The stud would come undone causing the waistband to separate which in turn has an affect on the zip which heads south and the trousers start to drop heading for the ankles. Bit of a nuisance when shopping as have to keep hauling the trousers up, hide behind a counter to zip up, tighten belt as stud will not work. The problem here is that the CC TV may spot me and result in my being detained as a suspected flasher. On walking back to the car with a carrier bag in each hand the same problem arises and the last few yards is done at a fast waddle feeling trousers start dropping, zip undone and not being able to rectify the matter as hands full.
    Both pairs are:- A 13864, Sand and Dark Mercury.
    The thought of being arrested as a flasher, brought before the Magistrate, remanded in custody to a local prison does not bear thinking about as I would be permitted to wear my own clothes and the trouser problem would mean they were always falling down as belts not allowed and I would not fancy spending my day with trousers around my ankles as a guest of HMP .
    I will still buy your trousers but will avoid poppers ( not the type recently mentioned in the press re a certain MP).

    I am really disappointed! Along with many others. I receive your Autumn / winter catalogue and choose several items I would like. I head for the nearest store to myself being the Lowry at Salford Quays. Only to be totally disalousioned. They have nothing out of the catalogue at all! When I asked they said we don’t have stock from the catalogue and are not likely to until it is almost finished. They only have stock other stores do not want! WHat is the point. I would like to try on as I have had several times ordered items online same item in different colours often totally different cut and results on sending back at my cost. Hense the need to try on! You need to A) have all the stock in booklet in all stores varying sizes B) odopt at Free returns policy the. I will be more than happy to buy online. Could you please inform me of the nearest shop to me that actually has the current goods for me to try on.!

    Why do you send me emails advertising goods that you dont have in stock? I’ve just wasted so much time trying to find things in my size “M” and my husbands size “L”. Everything I’ve clicked on you don’t have the sizes or the colour. And it’s not the first time, it’s just about every time. I won’t be bothering again. Ridiculous service.

    Hermes reckon they were unable to leave my order on 18th November but I was in ALL day.. Had an up date that the order was being delivered today 19th again stayed in ALL day and the latest tracking information
    states that “was posted through the letterbox at 15.34” but no sign of anything. I just wonder if it had the correct address? PARCEL TRACKING
    No: 8697580515769389. The order included 2 tops and jeans so would have been too large to put through letterbox!! Love your catalogue but not Hermes! Trust you will look into it. Thanks . J. Crookes

    I have spent the last 2hrs trying to place an order online, last Christmas I ordered quite a few things from you so already had an account but for some reason I am being told my password is incorrect, so I sent for a new password which came thro and was a a joke upper & lower case letters & numbers not easy to type in & then guess what still told me incorrect password. So I tried re-entering my details & was told I already had an account. Well I already knew that but if I can’t get into it then then what’s the point. I am surprised anyone can manage to place an order with your company if this is what they are up against absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating. So guess what know custom from me this year or in the future if this what I can expect.

    Just a suggestion that would certainly dramatically increase your sales….
    Stop putting the “Cotton Traders” logo on you clothes.
    After all, it sadly doesn’t have the same brand image as Lacoste, YSL or Burberry does it? Even most of the sales staff at your stores quietly agree!
    Please be brave and pass this suggestion to the Big Boss. 🤔

    Exchanged a rugby shirt no problem had a e- mail from hermits to say it would be delivered on the 23 Nov it is now the 26 Nov and still waiting tried to get through to cotton traders spent half hour trying no joy bad service I am not impressed

    I would like to complain about my last purchase o/n 9436601 charcoal jeans, these fit well and are very comfortable at a reasonable price however i have washed these only once following instructions, very disappointed with the outcome the colour has come out of the fold lines leaving white lines in various areas on the legs, so much so can only use them for gardening!!! which makes the reasonable price very expensive.     Hello, I have ordered cotton traders men’s chinos on-line numerous times over the last ten years, with no problems at all. I ordered a pair on-line within the last two weeks, which arrived with no problem. I thought it odd that the chinos had been pressed flat with no centre crease, so I decided to wash them first and iron the crease in. I have just finished ironing them, and oh my it took me ages, the stitching is too tight so that they wrinkle, and trying to iron them flat was impossible. I also noticed that the dye wasn’t even and had light patches here and there. I had already thrown away the packaging thinking there was no problem, so I can’t return them. I just thought I’d let you know so that maybe some improvements can be made. I have never had a problem before with your chinos and I am disappointed this time. Please don’t let your standards slip because I have always been pleased with your products in the past. I haven’t mentioned the difference to my partner and I hope he doesn’t notice!

    Hi there, I tried on a pair of ladies stretch jeans a few week ago. The size 14 were a bit to tight and 16 to lose. They were really so comfy. Do you think this will change?? It’s nice when you find something that fits.

    I need to send the above referenced order item back to Cotton Traders.
    I went to my account and found that the 2 items were listed (chinos and trousers) but no reference to many items that I have ordered over the past few years. In other words, my account record was inaccurate.
    Then I went to FAQ to see how I should return the item and eventually found an e-mail address for Hermes – which did not work !!!!!!
    Based on this experience I am unimpressed with an out-of-date account record and the difficulty in contacting Hermes.
    Cotton Traders can do better than this!

    Also have vouchers to use and by the time you get or if you get the items in stock they will be out of date as one is already

    I have not received my goods Order No 9785886 I had an email to say they were dispatched 05/04/2017 . I was given a tracking number to trace the parcel and it says the address was not complete and after a trip to Spain it was returned to you. I was receiving strange telephone calls that rang just twice and cut off, sometimes I returned the call but it was not answered and I believe it was the delivery company I have heard others complain about this company.     Has my order no.9831316 been cancelled? If so should’t i be refunded the
    full amount of $41.45 in lieu of $31.50 that was paid back to my PayPal account. I am already out of pocket $7.60 for postage after a partical refund

    a cotton trader catalogue from Sunday’s paper was received and on Monday I tried to order five blouses to the value of approx. £140 I was told by your representive only two of the five were available I find it completely unexpectable that items offered available one day and not the next day.
    On speaking to your representative on Monday I consequently cancellled my order and requested she register my complaint.
    I look forward to receiving your comments.

    On 24th June I phoned your Street store on 01458 441380 to enquire about some goods. When my phone bill came in I was charged an extra £3.78 for number 08448441111 which was from Cotton Traders. Why do you not state this number and that an extra charge will be made in the ad for your stores? One lost customer and I will inform everyone I know!!!
