    I was very disappointed when the order I collected from my local store yesterday, although seemingly securely bubble wrapped, had a badly damaged and ripped box. As the toy is for my grandson’s birthday I was looking forward to giving him something that looks perfect, not as if it’s been kicked about.

    I ordered a jumper online. Order number 700041670839. The price paid was £20.00. Unfortunately it is too big and I would like to swap it for the same jumper in a size 14. I have spoken to customer services at the Exeter branch where I collected the jumper today and they do not seem able to help me. I am very disappointed to think that a store like Debenhams cannot assist a customer in what appears to me to be a simple request, ie. a straight swap. Please help me with this problem

    This is regarding an order for glass rebels and when the first delivery was made on 27 January the glass was shattered so the chap at your office reordered this set of tables for me I got them on Tuesday 2 February and the glass is shattered also, you can call me on Dundee 01382-522973, Stewart small, p.s I near cut my fingers on the shattered glass,

    Dreadful Dreadful service whatever you do do not use their 0845/0871 numbers i attempted to get through to my local store but instead all 0871 numbers but you through to Leeds were they attempt to put you through to a local store.But then after waiting an age you get cut off appalling money making system for Debenhams

    Couldn’t wish for better service from your Wakefield branch (Trinity Walk) the lady named Jill on the Estée Lauder counter. Can’t thank her enough for her help and professionalism. Many thanks, I have today registered my Debenhams account card and received my statement for goods purchased for which a cheque will be sent within the next 2 days. With my statement was a £5 voucher and an also enclosed an offer enabling me to purchase wines from Naked Wines of which I have also ordered today on my new Debenhams card the lady who took my call Niamh also very polite and helpful. A very happy new customer. Thank you x

    Unfortunately ordered a double bed from debenhams, delivered in January this year , assembled it totally wrong and broke few slat holders since then I’m contacting them by phone and emails and getting false hopes from them . Rubbish service ever will never recommend any one to order any thing from them.They deliver items and don’t care afterwards.

    I have been trying to pay my account on-line via new day website as instructed on my account but this keeps coming up as an error. This means I have to either do this over the phone which will cost me as no free telephone number or make a special journey to my local store again costing me both time and money.     in your packaging was a request to rate your packaging. May I say
    that it was clean, light, transparent and easy to dispose of, and protected
    all items efficiently. Some of it, the plastic wrappings, I can use again for
    other storage like wool and cottons etc. Congratulations for this well

    I ordered a girls Ted Baker leggings/top on-line for click and collect from your Crawley Store.
    Upon opening it at home I found that the security tag was still attached.
    I called Debenhams to be told I will have to take it back to my local Debenhams. I was not very happy as I had made a special trip into town to collect it.
    I was then put through to Gemma duty manager at Crawley.
    Gemma came to my house and removed the security tag and kindly gave me a £10 voucher for inconvenience.
    That is what I call ‘customer service’. She is a credit to Debenhams.

    I tried to buy a bed from your Blackrock store Dublin and found your store manager very unhelpful as I asked if she could arrange delivery, We don’t do that on sale items but you can organize it right! I said but No you don’t do that. I thought to myself is this a good service “NO IT’S not I thought.
    I also needed a orthopedic mattress which I bought from a mattress manufacturer however when it arrived it did not fit the bed I rang your manager and told her (on Friday) i would be sleeping on my couch so please come back to me quickly, This morning I called into her and she was on a day off, If you are loosing money I suggest you get a manager who actually cares about the customer as she certainly does not, So how long does it take to get an answer, If it does not fit then the bed is faulty as it is not the size you advertised it to be. I await your response before I do anything

    Bought a dress yesterday 22nd at Crawley store , I asked if I could have a xmas receipt as it was a gift for xmas, the lady provided me with one but returning home it said exchange in28days which won’t cover xmas. I telephoned the required number on the receipt and have to say I got no help at all , can you help me please , thank you

    hi,i brought some face cream for my wife today in the colchester branch,when i was paying for it the lady asked me if i was interested in opening a debenhams mastercard and i would also get all these free gifts,i didnt have time as i was in a rush,but wished i had of done now,will this offer still be on tomorrow?

    I would strongly like to register my displeasure at your stores for starting to sell hijabs. Our country is in the grip of terrorism and I and many others feel intimidated by certain people wearing hijabs and covering their faces whilst we are out and about and in our high streets. It is scary in our Christian country to have people hiding their faces. Debenhams has been a favourite store of mine for many years but in view of this I am sorry to say that I shall not be using your stores again.

    Hello, my name is marie, and i would like to make a complaint on the following statement: Three years ago, i had written a letter to the customer service department about at least two people who works within a departmental store within Debenhams in North Harrow London. Since then, i have not received a reply from your customer services department, saying that you have received a letter from me and you have understood and accept it.

      Hello, my name is marie, and three years ago, i had written a letter to the Head Manager of the Customer Services Department, regarding a complaint on two employees who works within a departmental shop, within the debenhams store. Since, then, I have not received a reply from your company stated whether they have received my letter or not. Please could you interrogate into your files/computer to see if my details are on your lists, and if any problems occur, please let me know as soon as possible.

    I would like to exchange ted baker dress yellow code 1248 6552 for a bigger size size 2to3 the one I purchased was 12to18 months and also a jasper conran dress code 1232 7702 for abigger size 7 the size I bought was 5to6 I bought these dresses from debenhams in kidderminster. Thanks alot

    Purchased a men’s jacket today from your Chatham Kent branch and could not believe the superb service I got. Your member of staff was named Lisa ,her helpfulness and politeness was brilliant. most shops these days only seem to have staff that say”don’t know” when asked a question. All shops need a Lisa
