I am a disappointed grandmother of one of your most loyal drivers, who recently had an accident and now has a disabled motorbike and is unable to work , after calling your office to find out if you have bikes for hire , was informed they are for new drivers only! What sort of attitude is that to a committed driver who only wants to carry on working while he gets his bike fixed? He was hurt in the accident but has recovered and wants to get back on the road, but cannot find a mother bike to hire until his ins sorts out the problem. Is there any way that he will be able to hire a motor bike from you?the driver is Ian Mc Donald.

    Hi Deliveroo

My name is Toby I am from a sports education provider called vi-ability.

We provide qualification for young people in London.

One of young people have graduated from our course and has gone in to employment with deliveroo and we have managed to incorporate your healthy active job lifestyle to our course.

We want to do a case study on our student who has graduated and gone into employment with you.

I wanted to ask if it is possible to get an email to confirm that he is a staff member at your company. In order to do a case study on him we want your permission before we go ahead.

    His name is Connor Gallagher.

You would be of great help thanks

I was in my kitchen when I saw a man trying to chain his bicycle to the out let Pipe of my sink I told him not to and to put it elsewhere he gave me the middle finger and called me a f—— c— I had to go out and as I did he was delivering to the block next door I asked him who he worked for he became aggressive and replied anyone I like and said I should have spoken to him nicely if his idea of speaking to someone nicely is giving them the finger and calling them a f—— c— then I think deliveroo should change their trading methods that is if they train their staff at allnot vary pprofessional at all are all these good reviews real or written by your own people
