      I agree with you Suzanne. I bought a microwave from them about 18 months ago. Even before the guarantee had run out the thing wasn’t working properly….wouldn’t heat…which is not a lot of good is it?! Wrote to them complaining…not even an acknowledgement. I now have to go out and buy a new one. I checked their website and another person had the same problem with this model. Looked to see if I can email a complaint to them but can’t find an address. I am going to write to their head office and see if I get any joy from that….somehow I doubt it.

Shropshire and Staffordshire Blood Bikes (SSBB) is an Emergency Volunteer Service providing urgent and emergency transportation of life saving medical supplies, blood products, including breast milk to the NHS Foundations across our region. Through the dedication of our volunteer staff, we hope to be operational every night/day of the year!

    I visited your store in Hull to buy a bedside cabinet which was not in stock but your member of staff called Shaun was very helpful and said he would order me one and ring me when it comes in. He kept is word and when I came to the store to buy it Shaun even put the cabinet in the car . Good service from start to finish .

    I am writing concerning a vintage clothes rail I brought from my local store I haven’t had it long .I am disappointed as I find it very flimsy when you have put several garments on it it wobbles and I noticed that when I had put it together the top part when I inserted it into the other bottom bit the silver clips to hold it in place where not there .I am so displeased with this product when I took it back to the store I was told they could not refund my money as I can’t find my receipt.but they can clearly see it is your product.spoke to a friend about it and she said she had brought one and had to a take it back .     I work at your Leeds store and a few of us wanted to join the cycle to work scheme so asked 1of the managers for the details which i was given only to find out when i tried to register that Dunelm were no longer taking part.     Information from your website stated that your Chester store had the following in stock:

    Extra strong lever suction hooks
    Pack of 2

    I travelled a 14 mile round trip to your Chester store to purchase these. I was informed by a very helpful assistant named becky that the store did not have any in stock. I am annoyed that I had travelled so far only to be told that these were not in stock.

    I would like to say that the assistant searched the places where they would normally have been and went out of her way to help, she was excellent.

    Apparently the coffee shop is badly run
    Last week they ran out of sausages early in the day and this Sunday had to close halfway through the day due to to lack of staff and produce we were told.

    Purchased aDouble Size Gel Fusion Memory Foam Mattress Topper TODAY expecting to have instructions to Air the product for 72 hours (like other makes of memory foam) but there are no instructions in the box or elsewhere. Please e-mail me a vcopy of the Instructions as soon as possible as I wish to make use of the Topper at the earliest but I want to make sure I follow any necessary instructions properly.     Disgusted by the awful customer service from dunelm. My first ever order with Dunelm did not arrive (despite paying express delivery) raised the issue via online form and no reply. Phoned up customer services only to be on hold for 40 mins and then told an investigation would have to be carried out which could take 48hrs. One week later they contacted me to say they were sending a replacement! Replacement took another week to arrive, needless to say I returned the curtains. Now I’m having to contact dunelm over my £60 refund which hasn’t been refunded. Two months now this has been going on and two months I have been put of pocket! Will never buy from Dunelm again Shocking!!

    had an appointment at 3pm Saturday for tailor made blinds and curtains for a whole 3 bed house. someone called me at 12pm and said they can be there straight away i said no as i wasn’t in but could be home for 2pm
    they didn’t turn up then didn’t turn up again at 3pm the original time booked.
    when i called the guys mobile he said he could maybe get to me for 4:30pm which wasnt agreed and he was so laid back about it like he took no pride in his job what so ever it was the most shocking service for someone who was about to fork out a couple of thousand pounds.
    can NEVER get through to dunelm on the phone it just rings off so cant even complain…

    this was at Peterborough dunelm – i would suggest never booking an appointment with them, absolutely terrible

    ive tried for days to get intouch with customer service about my account and no delivery of my item that was paid for and orederd 17 nov as yet nothing has turned up and im blocked from my account so i dont have access to product number im heading down to my local dunelm today to see if there manager can sort it for me

    Shocking service. Will never order from dunelm again and will make sure i tell people not to order from them . Took day off work for living room furniture to be delivered, the wrong furniture arrived. Then had to take another day off work for correct items to be delivered. They arrived but the panels have been manufactured incorrectly. I called dunelm to get a snotty customer service representative who was damn right rude called Darryl that told us he knew everything about customer service and has 2 years experience. I am now left with no living room furniture for xmas with my children and have 3 big boxes of really heavy furniture that i cant move myself as a single parent stuck on my living room floor for the whole of the christmas period!!!! I will be takibg this further and higher up the ladder. Dunelm be warned!!!

    This morning I tried to purchase a ceiling light but I was told that the item was out of stock. I was amazed that I couldn’t order it. Obviously I want to make this purchase while it is still in the sale.

    This is my second complaint as far as I’m aware my first complaint was ignored or not received by you. Before Christmas I bought several items from Dunelm Ballymena. One of which was supposed to be a double duvet cover but when I opened the packaging it was a sheet. On the packaging it stated front and back and receipt that it was a double duvet cover I believe this is misrepresentation. I opened the packaging after the 30 days refund date but because of this misrepresentation I believe I have the Right to have it exchanged to a similar duvet cover but no the shop assistant wanted an extra £30+. I wasn’t happy with this so I asked for a refund but I was told they couldn’t do this as it was over the refund date. They said they could only give me a voucher to the value of the item I bought I told them I wasn’t happy with this as I would most likely lose it. I felt forced to take the voucher so I went round the shop to use up the voucher. When I noticed a bottom of the bed cover/eiderdown which I thought I would buy. Above the bed there was a large notice that it was exdisplay and accordingly reduced to £19.99. I asked another assistant about this and she told me I couldn’t buy it. Another misrepresentation!!!! I couldn’t believe it! What is going on in this shop. Please reply to this.

    Hello i got my wardrobe delievered today took them all out of the four boxes and got to the last box and took the base out and the leg is broken its the toulouse white double wardrobe im absoultely gutted ive been waiting for this warobe for ages and when i finally get the money to get it ive got to send it back because the back right leg is broken 🙁 ive got all the toulouse furniture and never has this problem.

    I have been waiting a long time on the telephone with no answer.
    I bought Savoy curtains and tiebacks before Christmas from a local store in Warrington. I understand this range has now been discontinued. I wish to purchase 4 (four) cushions/covers. I have checked with other local stores – Chester, Crewe, Speke and St Helens to no avail.
    I would be grateful if you could source these cushions from other national stores; there may be some stock left somewhere.

    I tried to place an order for several hundred pounds on line today and met with numerous problems.
    Although I live in France the delivery address was given as a UK address, so no problem, however the problem arose when I tried pay.
    When I put in the billing address your system refused to accept the billing address, our bank is a UK High Street bank however the registered address for the account is in France. We wanted to pay using a debit card from this account but no, not possible? Spoke to customer services and was advised that you can only accept payment from a UK billing address, despite as previously said this is UK High Street bank. Surely in the 21st century a Company of your size should be able to deal with something as simple as this.
    I look forward to receiving a positive response with a positive solution.

    You advised me to contact you when I re-ordered. It was quite a while before I could re-order and the order arrived before I got around to contacting you!

    Bought a Pretty Vintage bed set and after just a few washes the a lot of the fasteners don’t work ……will always buy button fasteners in future. The set washes well and no ironing needed but just not happy with the fasteners

    wish to return a rug for a refund as wrong colour. I paid by paypal so presume I have to return directly to the return add on the invoice. However it is not a prepaid label and will cost a fortune to send by royal mail. i have had major issues which you are aware of with eturning to store and have been told they do not offer the collect from store facility. can you advise urgently please!!@

    Do not buy anything on line from dunelm, there delivery service
    is a total disgrace and they couldn’t care less. Dunelm have now lost
    a sale just because the company they used to deliver a bedding box to
    me were arrogant and useless, wouldn’t let me check in the box before I
    signed for the goods so I refused the delivery and the driver just said ok and drove away.

    I bought a set of bedroom drawers from Dunelm which were damaged on first delivery these were collected and replaced only to find theservices also damaged badly I cannot get through to anyone on o345 no. Or the store no one answers just left on hold v bad customer service and poor quality of goods.

    I would like to order a two eater sofa from you but when I visited my nearest store in Crewe( I live in Congleton Cheshire) there were no sofas to see. Is it possible to acquire a sample of the colours available? the colours shown next to the sofas are not clear enough ( beige , not grey or the like).
