    i booked a Flight with you to Porto on 13/04/15 I was given a Voucher no Code CX11FVVL Password 15 April 2015, for the Difference in the Fare as I had booked Faro in stead of Porto, it also said I had to contact you to use it, I booked a Flight for my Mum Gladys Laidlaw on 28/06/15 booking Ref no EPB958H, I tried ringing you 4 times I Emailed you 3 times no reply from anyone, I use Easyjet a Few Times and after this I feel you have let me down, could you please Refund me this £20, Mrs Susan Laidlaw

      I wish to request special assistance at Bristol AirPort for flight ESY 6006
      Saturday 11th June leaving Faro @ 10.15am arriving at Bristol 12.35pm
      I am not able to walk long distance but can leave the plane unassisted .
      My booking is in the name of Edwin Griffiths. I have already printed out my boarding card so have not been to request this service online.

    Hi I have been looking at Flights for Easy Jet To Rhodes,can you tell me why the air fare price from Gatwick is a good price,but the return journey is about three times more,I don,t understand why it is treble the price coming back. if you can let me know,as we always fly easy jet in May and sometimes October.Thank you Mrs Jean Hudspeth.

    I have tried calling customer services for over a month, stayed on the line for over twenty minutes each time only to be told they are very busy.
    Having tried every number on their various websites it is impossible to speak with anyone.
    This is quite disgraceful behavior and obviously a ploy to avoid speaking with a customer with a complaint.

    Please contact on yinyinyin1@hotmail.co.uk this matter is now been unresolved since 18th June 2016 . This required authorised repayment signatures which have been returned un-delivered. We have reached limits of computer availability in this matter. You accept payment but seem unable to trace confirmation details as to who booked who paid etc and now require foto signatures?????? For repayment. You have details of all correspond with MARIN customer services. When can we expect repayment for cancelled flights as per several e-mails from yourselves?

    My wife and I flew back from Palma Majorca on flight no 7142 on 6/9/16. We took off at 10 .20 and landed at Liverpool airport at noon. My wife must have dropped her expensive glasses on the floor during the flight. We were sitting in seats 6 a and 6 b. Do Liverpool airport have a lost property office where we could call in as they could have been handed in. They are prescription glasses so no use to anyone else. Thank you

    We are due to fly back to Gatwick on Thursday 13th at 12.00pm flight no. EZY8748.We have been told that there will be an Airtrafic control strike at Zakynthos Airport Starting on Sunday 9th. Is this correct please if so what arrangements will be made for another flight as we will have to cancel our overnight stay at the Premier Inn Gatwick and our coach to Swansea and book again when we know what flight we will be on.
