    Dear costumer service,

    I lived in London before and I liked to go in your shop so I made my decision I oreder onelin also. I did it was a big mistake, I have no idea why this happend but I’m so disappointed and I don’t know what can I do?
    One of the bra which I ordered I just wore once and it is torn.
    The spanx black higher short which is quiet expensive, says you can wash it in 30 degrees I did and now the rubber band which was in came out in one of the side, so I can’t wear it more. 🙁

    I love Evans clothes it fit me very well.I shop at the Westfield mall and meet a staff name sofy.she havery a warmth and extremely very customer service approach.I went to buy one item but just how nice she death with us my husband and I ended up shopping more.well done!

    I ordered items 28 Nov and used nominated delivery for 1Dec.
    I received an email from Evans that items have been dispatched on 29Nov.
    Items was due to arrive 1Dec but i have not received the parcel yet. What makes it worse is I was not given a tracking number by Evans to track my order.
    Tried phoning but you hold on for 45 min without being able to speak to anyone.
    I need these items for my holiday in two days. Please help!!!

    I purchased a pair of shoes from the WTC sale Dubai UAE, where the shoe sizes are different for both feets. It came to my astonishment when i went back the staff directed me to 3 different stores in UAE and none of them were able to help me.     Hi. I have just received an email to say my parcel has been delivered. Nobody in my office has signed for it and I have checked with the offices either side.     I purchased a top from your wolverhampton branch at bentley bridge in december for my birthday i was happy as the top had been reduced to 21.00 pound i thought bargin when i got the top home i realised i had been charged 24.50 for it so i rang the shop up and spoke to a lovely young girl who said no worries pop in when ever you are passing and we will refund you the money. Over christmas i was busy with family and friends and i am a foster career so i had a lot of organising to do as you can imagaine so yesterday i popped in to the branch and explained to the lady behind the counter what had happened. I thought i wouldnt of had much of a problem but i felt i was being questioned about the top and why i hadnt brought it back before and who did i speak to i actually felt like i was being cross examined in a court i did explain im not at bentley bridge a lot and i had changed my handbag so when i had been i kept forgetting my receipt but i thought as long has i had my receipt i personal couldnt see the problem i did have a evans store card but i have cut it up as i felt mistreated

    I bought a pair of flat shoes first the assistance said we sold them then the other assistance found them I can’t remember when I bought them I only used them twice and the beads have come off I am very disappointed in this matter I know your return policy has a customer I have been with yourself for 3 years and I have spent nearly £2.000.00 in your stores your code is 20p07rblk I paid £30.00 I look forward to hearing from you

    I wore my new trousers to work and the hem came down and I had to wear them dragging in dirt for a 12 hr shift before I was able to sew the hem back up. I shouldn’t have to be doing this on a new pair of trousers bought from Evans, totally disgusted
