    I recently purchased a tea for two via Groupon, at Wyevale in Cheltneham. I attempted to use the voucher today, to treat my pensioner mum for her 75th birthday. My mum has recently had to be an emergency admission to hospital, she is a carer for my sister who is blind and has a Learning disability, and my mum is also registered as blind and disabled. As you can imagine she was so looking forward to this treat, but apparently the voucher has “expired”. Neither of us knew this could happen, plus anyway, due to the emergency hospital admission, we could not have gone earlier. Both Groupon and Wyevale are refusing to honour this voucher, and I am disgusted. My mum was in tears, and had to forgo a treat for which she was very much looking forward to. DomGroupon and Wyevale seriously need my money so badly, we cannot either have a refund, or a replacement voucher? Neither of us will use either company again, and we had both been very good customers to both companies. I hope the MD’s of both companies sleep well at night, knowing how a 75yr old lady has been so let down and served so disgustingly.

    Re Ticket Number 42428673 This product was delivered 6 weeks ago with parts missing and I have made innumerable contacts via phone and live chat but am simply told it has been escalated and I have to wait. I have contacted the supplier directly and they are happy to replace missing parts as soon as authorised by Groupon. This delay is disgraceful. When will the matter be resolved
