    Customer order num 45096980

    In regards to my complaint I raised 2 weeks ago I feel that it as dealt with very unprofessionally, I had call about 2 weeks ago from your shop at abbotsinch paisley her name wals liz who was quite rude demanding the balance had yo be paid that day . But my understanding was the balance was to be paid 5 days before delivery which I paid on the 28th which was yesterday when I was on the call yesterday I asked about my complaint he said on the call that’s its been dealt with no one called me back I was going to cancel my order yesterday bit to loose my deposit I didn’t but I very unhappy thinks its very poor customer service I will never shop from harveys again and I will tell all my friends and family to do the same I have spent £1500 in your shop and been treated terrible

    Purchased a corner sofa with recliners which was delivered later than agreed and found to be damaged on arrival. After several calls to Customer Service (a joke !!)A surveyor from Homeserve was sent to inspect the damage. Date was agreed to remove item and obtain refund of over £1700. Harveys could not even give a.m. or p.m. collect time so waited from 0800 all day but nothing until 1830 somebody rang to say driver was tired and had gone home so fix another date. Have you tried calling customer service — it’s a joke and lucky if you can get through in less than 20 minutes. Still waiting for new collection date. Never ever will do business with Harveys again – once they have your money you are on your own no matter what goes wrong. If nothing happens soon I will be going to the Ombudsman.
