Just for the first time tried fajitas beans and the tin had room for another spoonful
Little disappointed especially as they cost more than regular beans

I bought a can of Hienz Lentil and Bacon soup from Asda Myerkirk Dundee on 10th January 2017 I opened it the next day and it had green mould on top of it . The expiry date on the tin is 09 2018so did not expect it to be in this condition.

We were rather disappointed to find a triple pack of beans purchased by our mother contained one tin with no label on it.
Our mother has alzheimer’s and this caused great confusion and concern.
Obviously this should not happen but you do need to take more care.
For your information the code on the bottom of the can is 6313 05:18 11-2017 BU A The two other cans in the pack are:
    11-2017 BU B 6313 05:26
    09-2017 BU B 6252 22:03
Should not all the cans in one pack have the same expiry date?
Thank you for your attention, if you wish to speak to me my no is

today I opened a tin of heinz chicken and mushroom soup and was alarmed to discover a sliver of glass when halfway through consuming the contents . on measuring the glass I found it to be 43mm long & 3mm wide at the widest point. The soup had been heated in a metal saucepan and decanted into an earthenware bowl for consumption so I do not believe the contamination occured at home. The i.d. numbers on the tin areas follows 09-2018 df k8 6306 01;34 . I would be pleased to hear your comments on this matter and advise on disposal of the tin and the glass shard.

I was about to marinate steaks using a bottle of Heinz Worcestershire sauce. It was a brand new bottle. I was trying to peel the plastic off the top and the neck of the bottle just popped! Broke completely off. It was the strangest thing. I was not injured but I could see how someone could be and I wanted to alert you to the problem. Maybe a flaw in the glass??? It did make a mess😂.

Does anyone even read these? I have a picture of the broken bottle…you would have to see to believe.

This is not really a complaint , but rather an observation. I have eaten Sandwich Spread for around 70 years. After a short break from the product ( doe to being unable to go shopping ) I have come back to Sandwich Spread , but what have you done to it, there is so much more I assume vinegar, but I am not sure. What I am sure about is that it has changed. Why? Surely people’s tastes have not changed so dramatically in such a short time. All I can think is that the product is cheaper to produce. I find that the only way I can now enjoy my old “friend” is to dilute it with mayonnaise. Susan Hurley.

I have been eating Heinz beans for approx. 66 years and could honestly swear by them but lately the sauce seems to be watered down and not so thick and juicy. The recent tin has this stamped on the bottom 05-2018 BV 6 7034 10:22

This evening I have gone to pick up a squeezy bottle of your tomato ketchup which was only opened yesterday, only for it to explode and cover myself, even my hair, all my kitchen, worktops, floor, ceiling and table (including the fabric I was about to use for measuring and sewing), my poor dogs were even splattered and frightened. The cupboard it was in had to be stripped of everything in it as it had covered everything in it, it looked as if everything had been spray painted – what a horrible mess.

It is bad enough for someone who is healthy but I have disabilities and found it extremely stressful let alone painful.

This episode has put me off purchasing any further products as I do not wish to go through this again. I have always used your products for many years.

    I await your reply.
