I purchased a victoria plum tree roughly 6 years ago but it has never flowered. It is very healthy and my problem is that I do not know if it is self fertilizing or not.
I visited he store in Craigleith Edinburgh to see if you had any plum trees but there were none in stock.

I appreciate that the timescale may make it very difficult for me to get the info I need but thought I would try anyway. I did try to email homeware diy gardenaccessories but it failed.

    Can anyone help?

    Kind regards

    Homebase

I am really getting p….d off with your daily intrusive automated (american voice) phone calls which have been getting on my nerves every BL…Y day since I ordered over £2,000 worth of bedroom furniture from your store in Poole on 15th of January.

I have called this number 0345 602 7281 to tell your people when I want my furniture delivered twice in fact ………but …………….the calls persist.

I have even been into the store I placed the order with and told the assistant there to cancel the most annoying calls…………which are always about 3-4pm in the afternoon when I AM DRIVING A SCHOOL BUS…………..but still they persist and even on SUNDAYS……………

I have almost got to the stage of cancelling my total order and taking my business elsewhere.

    My reference is WARE HD 400 02209 82734 9

    PLEASE SORT THIS OUT.

I have been trying to phone Chichester Store – yesterday and today – regarding my order which should have been in store on Tuesday and although I got put through every time no one was answering the phone! Phoned Customer Services who tried to contact them also but was informed that they could not get an answer either and then I got cut off!!!
Extremely annoyed and frustrated at lack of customer service hope Bunnings will run it better!

I reserved an item of furniture (Clearance) online, was assured it was in stock, got given my reservation number, but had an email informing that it is not in stock/ I cannot find this item in any of my local radius stores. Was told by a member of staff via phone call that I can order this from any store at the clearance price. I have been trying for almost an hour to do this but am finding it impossible to order.I am not very happy with homebase at this moment in time. Why is it so hard/impossible to place an order if |I have the product number can you please help. Was I misinformed when I was told I could order this product at the clearance price?

    Yours Truly

    Dear customer service manager,

I’m quite cross because I had to wait on the phone for 41.40 minute and got cut off, the voice announcer confirmed waiting time to be around 30 minute. My order ref: HD 4000217429899 and I have a problem with my order for which I hope you can help me to sort out.
A staff member at my local store told me my Basin and Evoke Mono & Bath tap pack was out of stock but kindly offered me a replacement Basin but only offered me a cheque refund of £40 for the basin and bath pack but this is no good to me without the Taps. When I got home and told my husband and friends they advice me to contact you because you still do the Evoke Mono tap 136533 and bath tap 131156. It is not fair and unlike such big company not to honour the package by saying it’s out of stock when you clearly still stock the items.
I am sorry to cause you trouble but I really hope you can sort this matter out for me because I’ve been told it was in & out of stock by members of staff, all I’m asking is to put my order right with the taps as I don’t want a refund.

Thank you so much and look forward to hearing from you.

    With kind regards
    Cheri

Disgusted and very disappointed with Homebase service.

On 5 May I visited your Wyvern, Derby store where you had illuminated bathroom mirrors reduced in price. An assistant approached me and said what a good deal they were, and that the new price had only been applied that same day. I ordered a mirror and was told it would be at the store in about a week and that I would be sent a text when it was ready for collection.

Just over a week later, not having heard anything, I called at the store. I was told the item has been discontinued (though it was still on display in store and still on your website). When were you going to tell me this and refund my money I wonder? The price has now been removed from the mirrors in store, though the one I ordered has £30 written in pencil on a piece of paper next to it. If the item has been discontinued, why couldn’t I have the display mirror? If the item has not been discontinued, I should be able to purchase it at the price agreed and paid on 5 May.

The store manager offered me a discount on my next purchase, but with this type of service, it will be a long time before I buy from Homebase again.

I feel this was a case of pricing to attract customers, with little or no stock to fulfil any orders. I would expect better from such a large retailer.

I have sent two emails to your customer services department but had no reply. I shall be grateful if you will escalate my complaint to someone who can give me a satisfactory response.

I would like to make a complain, my dad was ment to receive 3 chairs and a footstool today. I had took the day off unpaid to be there with him as he is 92 and also had got rid of he’s old chairs ready and they did not turn up. Now he has only a dinning room chair to sit on for the next two weeks till you can deliver the new ones. He has paid a lot of money for these and expect to have them on time. That’s why we came to you thinking you would not let us down. Silly of us, I would like to know what you are going to do about it ! Two weeks is a long time for a 92 year old to sit on a dinning room chair. VERY UPSET customer.

I am writing to comment on the Apsley, Hemel Hempestead store and especially the service received from a young lady, her name was Melissa, she was exceptionally helpful and took me to the right locations to advise about my purchases, which resulted in a one trip shop and everything I needed to get the job done. I visited on 29/10/2016 and the following is info from my receipt – 13;35 5872/003/9067/0246. If you have a staff reward scheme, Mel is deserving. kind regards, Lesley Koulouris
