    Bought a little jacket from Linea line got it home & there were 2 security tags left on but couldn’t see at first as we’re in lining, gutted was supposed to wear that night to works Xmas do. Took back today for tag removal got to door
    & went back cause realised only one had been removed. Love House of Fraser but very disappointed with service & attention to detail

    I have bought a dinner set (SOHO)
    and additional 4dinber plates , as gift
    for my sister. She used them for the first time In the micro wave and 2 of
    them have cracked!!!! I’m not at all happy, seeing I’m a very good customer! Please look into this , as my sister is not at all happy.

    last Thursday I spoke to a customer agent named Taylor re the sheets I had bought on line that had shrunk, she promised she would e-mail me with my delivery details which I had destroyed,{ due to the sheets being what I wanted, although after I washed them they shrunk} to date I have not received any communication from her at all, please advise what I can do.

    House of Fraser customer service has gone down the pan in recent months since they offered an in-store concession to SCS to sell furniture under the House of Fraser name. Their customer service is SCS standard or lower; they don’t respond appropriately to complaints under the new Consumer Rights Act of 2015 and they masquerade as House of Fraser staff with no mention of SCS in their point of sale documentation or email addresses – until you dig beneath the surface! There in the email headers to their messages you will find their mail servers contain SCS in their names. Isn’t this mis-representation?

    When shopping in store, I was given a voucher for £10 of £50 shop.
    I bought on line a pair of shoes, it was on the last day..but it doesn’t say a cut off time on the voucher, just the date. When I put in the code, it would not accept. When I went to collect my item I mentioned it to the assistant and was told they could do nothing at the counter, but to contact customer services. This is it, could you explain why the voucher was not valid please.

    I selected this dress, reduced from £200 to £140 (I have a screenshot of my shopping basket to prove it). When I went to purchase it it had returned to the original price of £200.
    Is there any way I can purchase it at the price in my shopping basket? I’ll be really disappointed if I can’t!

    I paid online for next day delivery. Informed it had been dispatched on the day I ordered it. The following day I received a text from courier company they’ve not received my order so couldn’t deliver and advised I contacted HOF. I emailed HOF and as of yet not received a reply. Just gotva text from HOF stating my order will be delivered by the 3rd of January. This means waiting 4 days when I’ve paid fit next day delivery. Simply unacceptable service.

    I went into The House of Fraser store today in Solihull, West Midlands to buy a bra.

    I just want to say a huge “thank you” to Caroline who was an amazing help.

    I was fitted with a lovely bra that is perfect!

    I underwent breast surgery in 2006 which has always been a problem getting a bra to fit properly. Caroline was so understanding and caring. Nothing was too much trouble.

    It made my day to spend time with such a lovely person. I came home so happy!

    Hi . I have being trying to make a purchase online and seem to be having a problem . I click on the product and it says it is in my shopping bag and after I put in my details and click to go to checkout it says my shopping bag is empty. I have shopped with house of Fraser before and have never had this problem . Thanking you Elizabeth .

    A dress and jacket was ordered on line for £144 but only the jacket has arrived, although the delivery not is stating dress and jacket. This is for a wedding After spending 2 hours on live chat and phone calls I am no further ahead. Customer service cannot phone the warehouse, can only send an email. This may be answered by Monday (3 days time!) I am told that I cannot go into a store and exchange the jacket for another jacket with dress. David Walmsley, please sort out this problem.

    I bought a sale item from oasis yesterday, was surrounded by 10% off signs if you use your advantage card, got to the til and no 10% ,asked the girl who then asked the lady on the til next to her and she said yes , refund and charge again, another lady came along and girl asked her to help with refund,she then said head office rang at lunch time and oasis are now not in offer? I questioned them saying that this didn’t seem correct way to deal with me and I wouldn’t have used my card unless if I wasn’t getting money off, and that surely it’s not right to openly pick and chose through the day what is and isn’t in the offer? The two women said nothing but just stared me and my husband out until we had no choice but to leave! One of my favourite stores but was treated by such rudeness and ignorance!

    I would like you to pas on my thanks to the two ladies who were serving in the Household appliance section of your store in Worcester on the afternoon Wednesday, July 26th. I purchased a Kitchen Aid toaster from you earlier in the year and it has stopped working, understandably Kitchen Aid required proof of purchase in order to take things forward for me. I had nothing to give them but your sales assistants together with staff from the back office worked miracles and produced the information I needed. Please thank them all on my behalf.
