    I have been going round in circles for the past half hour. Briefly, I bought a C410 Photostat Premium 4 in one printer which works admirably and when I bought it I was using Windows XP. I now have a laptop with Windows 8, but the installation disc I have does not support 8, just XP, Vista and 7. How do I go about getting a disc which supports 8 so that I can use my printer again?

    What is going on?
    I have purchased this laptop from you. You expected to be delivered the next day as i had placed the order early enough. But said i would definitely receive the laptop with 48hrs.
    After 24hrs the laptop still stated being processed. I phoned you to check. You said you had been having issues with your picking and shipping systems. It appeared my order was stuck in this system you would check my order and email me back. I have not received any email. I phoned again but you had closed.
    What is going on?
    The laptop order (SCEO3195473) says still in processing
    The care package order (SCEO3195551) says delivered. I have not got this order.
    What is going on???????????

    Im fed num with your printer, its designed to sabotage its self if you refill it, I have had nothing but trouble since buying it , It needs originals, Its nothing to do with your company what ink I use, I have bought the product and thats final. This is extortion , you programme the printer to only accept your inks.I think this will become a mission for me, the EU needs to wake up mot morgue companies like you, its on par with the Volkswagen emission scandle, I will never be buying another product off you .

    Hello HP. I have placed an order for over £2000 for a charity. This was done back in October 2015. The order was paid by BACS direct to HP who confirmed receipt of payment. Despite HP promising to have the order delivered over many a phone call. I am still awaiting for the goods!! The order and payment was made in October 2015!!! It is now 29th Frb 2016!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi ,
    I sent this email to HP on 22/4/2016 and not had a reply.

    I have a HP Pavilion Laptop.
    When I ran the HP Support as it was not charging the result showed that the battery had failed.
    I have had the laptop for 16 months ,so out of warranty. For the battery to fail in such a short time, I think that it is not fit for purpose.
    As a good will gesture I think that it should be replaced FOC.
    I look forward to your reply at your earliest convenience.

    I purchased and paid in good faith by Paypal £899.00 for new Laptop.
    HP Orders called to say issue and order was cancelled had to buy again.
    I did with my card and low and behold got 2 x Laptops through HP error and 2 Debits of £899.00. Laptop returned after much hassle and promised refund. I am still out of pocket by £899.00. If this has been my error I would have understood but it was HP error. Apologies only go so far, I want my money back now you have your unwanted Laptop back. I ahve the one I wanted not 2. I have had silence to day from Post sales, I Phoned it is in Finance. I am not prepared to wait the normal refund timescale for this amount of money. Please show some decent CS and pay it by CHAPs back into my account. I am due to go on holiday this week, also I deserve for the time effort and sheer frustration at the incompetence of your order department soe redress

    DONT BUY HP PRODUCTS – LAPTOPS NOT FITFOR PURPOSE AS OPENING THE LID TO USE CAUSES THE INTERNAL CRYSTALS TO BE DAMAGED RESULTING IN THE SCREEN BEING DAMAGED BER – 8 MONTH OLD LAPTOP USED OCCASIONALLY – HP INSPECT AND SAY A CAT OR PERSON HAS SAT ON IT – TOTAL RUBBISH = DONT HAVE A CAT AND WOULD NOT SIT ON LAPTOP – IT STAYS ON A DESK. IT IS IN AS NEW CONDITION AND DAUGHTER PURCHASED WITH £400 OF HER OWN MONEY – THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE NAMED AND SHAMED.
