    I have been trying to contact your customer service dept on given number 0371 781 3045 since wednesday this week. The answer,after going through the whole rigmarole is there is a Technical fault and to try again later. Three days on, I am still trying!!!!! What`s the answer please?

    We ordered an item from Ikea some 2 months ago. It never arrived although the delivery firm stated that it had been delivered but had no signature to prove this. We have been in contact with Kai Harrison who 2 weeks ago ordered a replacement. Still no news and no communication form him. The service from IKEA is deplorable. No excuses it is just rubbish.

    I visted your store at leeds.
    On display in the lighting department there was some beautiful outdoor lights coloured,
    underneath that display was what I took to be the lights,I got them home to find they are silly place lights for the kitchen table.
    I am most annoyed as they were not even in the kitchen department,
    I am most disapointed as it will cost me more in petrol to return them!!
    What do you suggest to resolve the problem?
    They are SOLVINDEN LED cost 8 pounds for 2 boxes.
    One most unhappy customer!!
    Just a suggestion kitchen place settings SHOULD actually be with kitchen products!!!!
    Also another suggestion the customer service should answer the phone I was on hold 15 mins with no answer!!!!!!

    I have a big complain! Last week we get the key from our house. We bought on Friday more than 5000,00 pound furniture. They would bring it on Saturday. They promised it. On Saturday my wife phone because nobody was there from IKEA to bring it.
    The answer was we can’t bring. It will be 3rd oh August!!!! Still no furniture to live!!!! Our house is empty but we have to live here!!!!!
    So on the ground!!
    I am fitness coach of a premier league club and have to be fit.
    If I don’t get a answer today, Monday, I will send a tweet on Twitter about your service!!!!
    People of IKEA will not help us!!
    We can’t accept this situation. Or send our money back!!

    Paid for items from IKEA ……. told they would be delivered to the Aberdeen branch on a certain date.
    After a 30 mile round trip – informed the items were not there.
    Tried to phone ikea …. fed up of listening to track after track of abba
    Suggestion … get your ceo to ring in and try the phone service !

    Dear Sir / Madam
    I bought 4 Harry dining chairs ten years ago. At that time I could buy replacement covers. I am disappointed to find that now I can no longer buy replacement covers for Harry chair from Ikea. Would you please give details of supplier so that I can buy replacment covers direct or suggest some alternative option? Many thanks Mary Crotty

    I bought a kitchen at the Malaga store and have endured months of hassle with the quality of the fitting company that Ikea use. The worktops are not fitted correctly at the joints causing water seepage and subsequent swelling of the worktops. The sink cutout was not sealed , the sink to worktop had no sealer and the underside clamping was incomplete. The clamps that were used have all the screw heads stripped. The fitter who refitted the replacement worktops arrived at 19:00 and departed at midnight then arrived at 17:00 the following day to finish off. Please advise

    Just to say I have had to unstitch the bottom of this above duvetcover to get on my duvet! After unsuccessfully trying for
    20 mins. why is the opening so small?
    Otherwise very pleased with it.
    Suggest you alter the design to allow easier putting on.

    I purchased a set of kitchen cabinets for a brand new kitchen, wardrobes, bedrooms and living room furnitures in mid December 2016 from IKEA Cheras, Kuala Lumpur Branch. I was promised delivery to my house in Subang Jaya by January 1st. By January 15th my truckload of furniture never arrived. I finally went back to IKEA on January 16 to complain was was told that they would be delivered to my house on January 18th. I did not go to work and waited in the hose the whole day. The furniture never arrived. I called again and was promised that the furniture would be arriving the next day. Same thing happened, nobody turned up the whole day that I waited. I was told again that they would come on Friday the 20th. I telephoned the Customer Service and was given the runaround after waiting online for a whole hour. I asked for the Manager’s telephone number and was refused and then the person who answered the phone disconnected me and never answered the phone again for the rest of the day. Nobody from Customer Service ever picked up the phone for the rest of the day. Today is Friday 27th January and my furniture has never arrived, 27 days after the promised date of delivery. This is the most deplorable and unprofessional conduct I have ever come across my entire life. I would like someone with responsibility to contact the Customer Service and their Delivery Department to give me a satisfactory answer as to why I have never received my fully paid for goods yet.

    I purchased a lovely sofa bed, Friheten, from the store in Malaga and paid for delivery and assembly. The two guys who came did not have a clue how to assemble it and I had to help them. It took them three hours and they even borrowed my screwdriver. I have written to ask for my delivery charge back. They were utterly useless.

    I have a set of four wooden dinning room chairs of which we purchased secondhand, So we don’t know how old these chairs are but two of the chairs have started to come apart it would appear there is a sliding bracket which has Brocken on two legs, have looked on your Webb site but cannot see these chairs at all can you please supply me with a e-mail address so that I can send you some photos of the chairs and the offending parts, you have my e-mail address also phone number please contact me

    I was reading the detailed information regarding the oasis premium 20 cleaning spray that you have been using for table cleaning at your restaurants and deeply saddened by the fact that it is extremely hazardous to health and environment especially to marine life.
    IKEA food shop has almost all products that are ecological and this being mentioned on all your fish products salmon and others. You sell organic products like all your coffees. You simply show very deep understanding to the issues of eco and organic and that is why it is very hard to understand why on earth you allow your staff to use such hazardous cleaning products at your restaurants.?
    Will you please show kindness and correct the use of the dangerous chemicals at your restaurants with ecological cleaners.
