    Dear sir/madam,
    Im emailing on behalf of my 16 year old daughter she bought a pair of trainers for her little brothers christmas online but they were too small and as a xmas present we think the invoice got put in bin mixed with xmas paper so took them to shop in stirling and they said could change size as we did not have the invoice and if we had a bank statement that would do. so we got one then we went back to shop with statement and guy in the shop phoned an office for some reason and they told him there was no record of her buying the trainers but as we had proof of purchase and we actually have the trainers i don’t see how you can say they weren’t purchased. We didn’t even want a refund it was just an exchange for a bigger size. I have been to the citizens advice and they said that you should exchange them as i have proof of purchase. Could you please look into this and let me know your decision. Thanks

      Dear sir/madam.
      I had a Jordan tracksuit bought for my birthday when I tried the tracksuit on it Had come at the seam under the crouch.I have tried taking the item back to the jd in halifax but because I have no receipt and paid in cash they would not exchange the item.The person I spoke to was really ignorant to the fact that someone had paid £100.00 for this item.The item still has all the tags on never been worn this to me means this tracksuit is not fit for purpose I could not wear this tracksuit even if I wanted to.please could you look into this issue for me and how we can resolve this many thanks.

    In your shop I bought shoes and adidas Torsion yesterday I pierced sy foot to foot, today I was at the store and advise us so I can contact you via email and ask for damages, pain.

    I purchased a hoodie from your store as a Christmas present for my daughters boyfriend which was £75 pounds. I bought a medium but he needed a large, went back to your Talbot green retail park to swap it and a member of staff refused the swap, on receipt it had to be returned by the 4th of January, today is the 8 the of January, I haven’t been able to get to a store until today.. I tried to explain I only wanted to swap for a different size and I didn’t want my money back!! to no avail of the rude member of staff …. do you have to be rude to get a job with your company… people in the queue behind me could hear how rude this person was being to me!! I always purchase gift cards and items from JD for Christmas but after this I will no longer or will I recommend your stores

    Hi my husband bought me some nike air trainers from your shop at metro less than a year ago. I wore them for a few months over the summer but they kept giving me blisters so I thought it was just because they were new but a couple more times of wearing them for walking the dog they actually ripped the backs of my ankles open and I have been unable to even put them on since september. There is a sharp lump of plastic coming thru on each shoe I was just wondering if there has been anyone else complaining about them and where I stand because they cost my husband £90 and they are of no use to me now. I expected longer life out of nike air shoes thats all. I understand it is not the shops fault it probably a manufacturers problem but would appreciate it if you could contact me with details of who I need to speak to regarding the issue.     hi went into jd sports in Exeter today and I picked up a pair of shorts which had a tag on saying 10 pound went to the counter and when the woman scanned them she said 25 pound i said no look says 10 pound so she called her manager and he said can’t sell them at that price I said but it says 10 pounds I’m not very happy about the customer service

    I have tried to return my trainers for a larger size which i purchased yuesterday i didn’t try them ot the store when I got home I realised I required next size so my husband returned to Altrincham to exchange but J. Martinez said no box no return my husband explaned the box was left in Altrincham store when purchased and there was no mention of requiring the box should the size be wrong please contact me and the lady in store to exchange my trainers for next size being a 4 to a 5.     I am realy angry the other day I was in your shop you didn’t have the trainers my son wanted not a problem. So orders them on your in store computer this is where my problems started the touch screen was rubbish so had to type in details again and again. Then when had finished that we were made to join back of cue again to pay thanks for another wait so we payed for the trainers and for some socks, we then left your alarms agent off so showed recept to staff they shook there head whent back to till where I presented the same recept that had it on they said ok took tag off and that was it no sorry or anything felt like a criminal.     i am bloody disgusted,my 13 year old boy came into the southend jd sports to quickly buy a pair of trainers,he asked a lady to watch his bike down stairs in the hallway leading up to the store,within minutes he went back down and his bike had gone,so he went for help at the till and was told there is nothink they can do and to go away. how bloody disgusting is that,they could of phoned the police for him and there might of been a chance to get his bike back as the person on the till told him they had it on camera but couldnt show him. come on its free to phone the god damn police,my son feels really let down,he always likes to shop in jds but they soon will take his money but not help him.well the police is being called and told what store he got refused help with.

I returned home to find a note from Hermes stating that 2 parcels had been left over my side gate. I assumed that one of them would be the item from you.       Placed an order on December 8 and no tracking is available as of December 15. Website states it should arrive within 10 days of placing order but here it is on the 5th working day and nothing. I contacted JDsports via email and was told my order was being processed and they are waiting on a response from the warehouse….I AM SO CONFUSED. I was hesitate about ordering from this company from the start, starting to feel funny about this whole transaction. I only ordered thinking it would be here in the timeframe stating on the website. ALSO, my order was $49 at checkout, However $63 was PreAuth on my credit card which includes an additional $15 hold for some undisclosed reason. This is Awful. Maybe I will get my order before Christmas, if not I will go thru my bank to get my money back….TERRIBLE

    Dear Sir/madam I purchased my grandson a pair of adadis trainers from j d stores, after a few months the sole of both trainers on the side left the uppers. Under the consumers act 2015,I believed that I am entitled to a repair , replacement, or refund.Under your own consumer charter, it states categorically that faulty goods can be returned for an inspection by your company.When I presented the trainers to my local store the Manager insisted that I had to have the original box of the trainers to send back to your H Q. I also telephoned your Customer care service and they reiterated what the store had said .Icontacted my local Trading standard office and they informed me that in no way a box is required for faulty goods to be returned only proof of purchase.I find it extrodinary that a Company of your status unaware of the Consumer act 2015 and wrongly informing Customer service , staff and Managers that trainers boxes are required to send back faulty goods When all that is required under the act is proof of purchase.I am really disappointed with JD Sports after many years trading by my Family purchasing trainers from your stores, All Excellent Quality.and this incident occurred I was fobed off with a vebil excuse.     I placed an order for some trainers on the 30-11-2016 . After speaking to one of your agents on the phone, I was told they had been lost I would get a full refund. I’m still waiting for that refund. The order number was 139614755 it was for£65 and as a pensioner I can’t afford to loose this money. If you could sort this problem for me I would be very grateful.

    I went to metro centre gateshead bought 1 pair trainers got all way home to be giving the same foot with bth trainer have tried ringing store since 10am n it’s now 5 pm n no answer .I thinks the customer servies is terrible.I don’t see why I should pay another 5 in bus fare because there mistake .

    What a total joke site!
    Placed my online order £88.00 was free deliver from £60 Charged for deliver rang to get it refunded. Hermes email txt my order would be delivered between 5-9 pm was in no delivery ..
    had a email txt from Hermes it was posted through letterbox, rubbish absolute Liars!!!
    Don’t deal with JD or Hermes extremely bad unreliable customer services

    I ordered items on the 22nd of December and have tried to get advice via email a number of times since with no reply.
    One of the items a pair of black nike pants has shrunk and is unwearable when I followed washing instructions as it says on the label I would appreciate advice on this matter as I ordered online and I don’t know how to go about it..thanks

    i placed a order on the 27th feb online , had comfirmation of order emailed to me but am still waiting for email to pick u from store ,? have checked tracking and it hasnt been dispatched yet is still staying being processed , it is now the 3rd march ,??? surely it shouldnt take this long ,should of been dispatched by now .it is for my grandson for his birthday which is the 5th march , i was wary of ordering as this isnt the first time this has happened ,,and ive had lots of hassle in past waiting for a supposedly email to tell me it in the store which i never seem to recieve ,!! .ive rang the store where it suppose to be deliverd and the girl was rude and not helpfull whatsoever ,told me it can take upto 3-5 days , yes i already aware of that ,,tomoz will be the 5th day , this firm needs to sort there delivery service out it a shambles for such a popular store ude think they would get there act together ,, and some mannerismns wouldnt go amiss either ,,disgusting customer service might as well talk to someone who works for sports direct as the staff dont have the foggiest idea there policys are ,,shamefull ,!!

    I placed an order into the basket for product 906E6 (from memory), asked that it be delivered to store and went to pay, having thought that it was safely secure for me to purchase and the product disappeared.

    I got in touch with Customer Services over the telephone and they couldn’t help as I had no order number and apologised but I said it wasn’t their fault.

    It doesn’t give me any encouragement to place an order on line in the future and leaves a bitter taste of annoyance within.

    Was in fort kinnaird Edinburgh store today with my 10 year old son. Didn’t get the girls name, but she was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Extremely helpful , knowledgeable and professional.

    I nougth an adidas porche(ref.148194058)and stayed almost one month to receive it. I sent several email and I personally went to the store where I had to pick up mu order, I gave the reference and in the end they bronght the order. But since it was too big. I asked them to give me a smaller number. There was not the number I wanted so they said they would make the replacement of my money on the card and that it would take about 3 or 5 days. Have been going for more than 3 weeks and have not returned the money yet.

    I ordered trainers from your shop you sent me an email saying there was a problem with order go into store for a refund I have been in store this morning for a refund I picked trainers and showed my receipt to be told they Carnot do that unless I show them the email my phones faulty can’t show email and I have walked round town for an hour while told they couldn’t get a reply I have tried customer service number all morning to no joy I am not happy I have had to return home to wait for the shop to get in touch and it’s been nearly four hours what kind of customer service are you now I’ve got to pay more car park fees so the trainers will have cost me hundred and thirty now this will be the third time I have returned to shop won’t be bringing my custom there no more after all the messing round I’m still no further 07847097166 is my contact number would like this problem resolved .
