    Dear sir/madam,
    Im emailing on behalf of my 16 year old daughter she bought a pair of trainers for her little brothers christmas online but they were too small and as a xmas present we think the invoice got put in bin mixed with xmas paper so took them to shop in stirling and they said could change size as we did not have the invoice and if we had a bank statement that would do. so we got one then we went back to shop with statement and guy in the shop phoned an office for some reason and they told him there was no record of her buying the trainers but as we had proof of purchase and we actually have the trainers i don’t see how you can say they weren’t purchased. We didn’t even want a refund it was just an exchange for a bigger size. I have been to the citizens advice and they said that you should exchange them as i have proof of purchase. Could you please look into this and let me know your decision. Thanks

      Dear sir/madam.
      I had a Jordan tracksuit bought for my birthday when I tried the tracksuit on it Had come at the seam under the crouch.I have tried taking the item back to the jd in halifax but because I have no receipt and paid in cash they would not exchange the item.The person I spoke to was really ignorant to the fact that someone had paid £100.00 for this item.The item still has all the tags on never been worn this to me means this tracksuit is not fit for purpose I could not wear this tracksuit even if I wanted to.please could you look into this issue for me and how we can resolve this many thanks.

    In your shop I bought shoes and adidas Torsion yesterday I pierced sy foot to foot, today I was at the store and advise us so I can contact you via email and ask for damages, pain.
    not joined I was with the police or a lawyer want to solve so far only from the company, compensation can imagine in this way I have a family and I would like prenich clothes and shoes from adidas when they are Christmas and then will give you a shoe that is damaged thinks you do not need advertising allowing you to harm .for understanding thank you in advance

    I purchased a hoodie from your store as a Christmas present for my daughters boyfriend which was £75 pounds. I bought a medium but he needed a large, went back to your Talbot green retail park to swap it and a member of staff refused the swap, on receipt it had to be returned by the 4th of January, today is the 8 the of January, I haven’t been able to get to a store until today.. I tried to explain I only wanted to swap for a different size and I didn’t want my money back!! to no avail of the rude member of staff …. do you have to be rude to get a job with your company… people in the queue behind me could hear how rude this person was being to me!! I always purchase gift cards and items from JD for Christmas but after this I will no longer or will I recommend your stores

    I contacted you over a week ago no in relation to myhermes delivery person throwing a parcel in my back garden and allowing my two German shepard dogs to chew the contents. And no one as come back too me yet could you explain that please.

    Hi my husband bought me some nike air trainers from your shop at metro less than a year ago. I wore them for a few months over the summer but they kept giving me blisters so I thought it was just because they were new but a couple more times of wearing them for walking the dog they actually ripped the backs of my ankles open and I have been unable to even put them on since september. There is a sharp lump of plastic coming thru on each shoe I was just wondering if there has been anyone else complaining about them and where I stand because they cost my husband £90 and they are of no use to me now. I expected longer life out of nike air shoes thats all. I understand it is not the shops fault it probably a manufacturers problem but would appreciate it if you could contact me with details of who I need to speak to regarding the issue.     You clearly believe you are about the ombudsman . Or trading standards . May be even consumer rites are not what you follow . I will be interested in finding out just which body of people you do answer to .

    Hi my name is Kirsty, I went into your Livingston store on Saturday as my ordered was arrived but when I went into the store there had been a mix up and my order was sent to Edinburgh, I was told that it was getting sent back to head office and I would be refunded my money, I haven’t heard anything back and no money has been put back into my bank could you please look into this thank you.

    hi went into jd sports in Exeter today and I picked up a pair of shorts which had a tag on saying 10 pound went to the counter and when the woman scanned them she said 25 pound i said no look says 10 pound so she called her manager and he said can’t sell them at that price I said but it says 10 pounds I’m not very happy about the customer service

    I have tried to return my trainers for a larger size which i purchased yuesterday i didn’t try them ot the store when I got home I realised I required next size so my husband returned to Altrincham to exchange but J. Martinez said no box no return my husband explaned the box was left in Altrincham store when purchased and there was no mention of requiring the box should the size be wrong please contact me and the lady in store to exchange my trainers for next size being a 4 to a 5.     My daughter bout me an addidas rack suit and after one was the logo down both sleaves of the top has come un stitched she tried to get it changed and was refused because I had lost the receipt however it is on her bank statement she has worked in coatomer service for next and was shocked at the customer service at your j d store in queens gate Peterborough surly this is not right as the top was bought only three weeks ago and only warn one time I hope you can help me with this matter in the mean time I will seek a advice from traiding standards as this is very poor coatomer service by j d

    I am realy angry the other day I was in your shop you didn’t have the trainers my son wanted not a problem. So orders them on your in store computer this is where my problems started the touch screen was rubbish so had to type in details again and again. Then when had finished that we were made to join back of cue again to pay thanks for another wait so we payed for the trainers and for some socks, we then left your alarms agent off so showed recept to staff they shook there head whent back to till where I presented the same recept that had it on they said ok took tag off and that was it no sorry or anything felt like a criminal. I have been shopping in your shop for years and do not like the way I have been treated

    i am bloody disgusted,my 13 year old boy came into the southend jd sports to quickly buy a pair of trainers,he asked a lady to watch his bike down stairs in the hallway leading up to the store,within minutes he went back down and his bike had gone,so he went for help at the till and was told there is nothink they can do and to go away. how bloody disgusting is that,they could of phoned the police for him and there might of been a chance to get his bike back as the person on the till told him they had it on camera but couldnt show him. come on its free to phone the god damn police,my son feels really let down,he always likes to shop in jds but they soon will take his money but not help him.well the police is being called and told what store he got refused help with.
