    I have been on holidays to iberostar las dalias I went to the rep on wed the 8th June she was called chelsey she check us on line for leaving on fri 10th and showed on her computer that we were susscessfully she told us the next step was to wait for the invistion card to come through the door about our luggage we got it I went down the morn off the day we leaving with our cases and our passport the rep that morn said she can’t take the cases because we weren’t check in I told her we were check in she told us we weren’t on the computer . I was very anger and went away 2 other couples that was going home on the same flights as us got there there luggage took and they never check in on line . Then I went up to see the reps again and the girl chelsey the rep was there and I explained to her she told the other reps that she check us in on that wed but we didn’t get our cases took off us. Then we were told our pick up time for the coach was ten to five out side las dalias at the barriers we were from half four that day until twenty to six and no coach came for us so we got a taxi to the airport which cost 30pounds. I use jet2 all the time but I will think again about using them as I was very angry and stress out .

    Holiday ref number 2700972/W16H my wife and I was in Lanzarote from 03/11/16-10/11/16 before we left we were informed that our hotel had been change we agreed to go to the galleon playa instead of club sirocco on arrival we were told that there were no rooms available at galleon and we had to go back into club sirocco we should have been in hotel at about 14:30 we finally got to see a rep who got us to the sirocco at 17:10 we wanted to go into the galleon the rep offered us £80 compensation we accepted this but would also take this matter up with jet2 on our return I met the rep called Rebbeca ask that jet2 confirm that we would be given extra £80 for going back to the sirocco and also asked if this would be confirmed via email we have had no contact from jet2 since we returned home please contact me on the email address above so we can discuss this issue further Thanks

    Hi we returned from holiday 24th April our transfers left without us due to jet2 staff arriving late to check our luggage . We were told by your staff to get a taxi and it would be refunded . Our ref 2867092/517h
    I have a copy of the receipt which cost 40 euros .

    My name is Irene Liddy firstly I would like to say that I’ve been on the telephone now for nearly an hour the first 30 minutes I was on the phone and you cut me off I’m on it again I’m pretty disgusted I’m going to on holiday to Tenerife hotel
    Taoro Garden Puerto de or cruz I would like a ground floor room I have had a fall
    and am using a walking stick.
    Please confirm that this will be sorted out for me as I know the hotel is not suitable for people with disability but if I’m on the ground floor I should be allright.
    I will keep a copy of this email to take to the hotel that I’ve requested it thank you very much.

    I am writing to thank you so much for the wonderful support I received with regard to wheelchair assistance when I travelled from Man. to Rome on 10/8/17 and the return journey on 20/8/17. I was especially impressed with your Rep at Rome whose name was Edwardo who was with me all the way from check-in to boarding the aircraft. He was a great guy and is a credit to your company. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and it made my journey so pleasurable. Again a big thank you to everyone involved with the process.
