    Worse place we have ever stayed in would not even put homeless people in the room we stayed in carpet had not even been cleaned for years and for the beds the were shredded the cooker should be condemed no enamel on one side . The fridge had no freezer door on it. The duvets were threadbare all in all it was a shit tip .

I would firstly like to tell u what an experience my family had at sandy glade 19sept /23sept we arrived on site on Monday got our keys to caravan 307 when got to caravan was not happy as the frying pan was all burnt meat tins still had food in these two items plus cups were left in dish washer which still had stale water in.when sitting on sofa it had all stains on and had a horrible smell the entertainment was appaulling it was the same entertainment every night. The shop on sight hardly sells anything,only open for a couple of hours in morning then closed and opened a couple of hours in the evening nothing you could buy for a decent meal. The chefs corner was only opened a short time in the evening by ten o clock it was closed going back to the so called platiunm caravan I was told when booking it was a 2016 caravan I noticed on side of caravan in window it was a 2015 model so that was false advertising. I went to costumer services to state I weren’t happy with the caravan and all other things I have stated in this report and the manager said e would give us our money back if we vacated the caravan straight away ,it was early evening when I spoke to him I had no were th go as I don’t drive due to medical conditions I was gob smacked to the way he spoke to me I found out by a member of staff that e only been a manager for a number of weeks I returned back to caravan told my wife who suffer with mental health issues what I was told she Brock down in tears their was no way I could get home as the person who bought us couldn’t pick us up till the Friday so we sat in caravan nearly all week as this made my wife I’ll . I hope you understand this letter and understand what a horrible holiday it was ,I look forward to your email back to me I hope that you resolve this matter
