    Dear Sir
    I wish to make a formal complaint.
    I purchased a tv on line on Saturday 2/1/16. I followed all the instructions, paid and was given a date for delivery and installation. The date was 7/1/16 it was the eco date, so I booked that date. I rang the company just to comfirm that all went through well, yes all was well and confirmation was emailed to me. This was after about 4 calls just to sort out the tv, as nobody could seem to help, I just wanted to buy a tv but it was very hard with John Lewis as staff was never sure the information they were giving me was right.
    Anyway within less than 48 hours I have had emails, text, with three different dates. I rang 0345 603 5001 on the 4/1/16 at 12.00 midday I was told they will sort it out and will ring me back in 5 minutes. I did tell the young man YOU WONT RING BACK, yes I will sir in 5 minutes. Still waiting now no call back. Again I have rang another three times today, same thing leave it with me,, I will ring back,, problem with system,, who did you speak with I will get them to ring you back still as I type this email nothing .
    I am appalled at the service or lack of it, that John Lewis as shown. All I wanted was to buy a tv and receive it when requested. Totally unprofessional with all the staff I have dealt with since this began . I need someone to inform me about the tv I have paid for and booked with your dates , and make a decision. The date is the 7/1/16 and I will not change it , I am disgusted at your staff and the way I have been treated.

    Dear John Lewis,
    I wish to raise an issue I have with a member of your staff.Her name is Siobhan Currie, she works in one of your London branches.My business received 7 harassing phone calls on Monday the 7th of march from her which were very abusive while she was within her working hours with you, she was asked not to phone back repeatedly but phoned back anyway.She also shared her phone calls with her work colleagues and put them on her facebook page which I can supply you with if needed.We also received three phone calls again on Wednesday the 8th of march which again she shared with her work colleagues (one of them was a manager) I did phone your customer services team at the oxford branch at 15.40 on that Wednesday and spoke to Lorna but I have not heard anything back. The telephone number Ms Currie called to was 015555173 and also 01555666619 the number she called from was 07904526097 and if she is in management then is this your company property?.I am an employer myself and I am fully aware any member of your staff on any level is a representative of your image and I think this is a shocking example of what your staff get up to during working hours especially on a management level and I feel I had to bring this to your attention. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this and respond with your findings within 14 days of receipt of this email.

    Dear Sir, I wish to make a compliant about not one but two of your staff that work at the Welwyn Garden City branch I bought not one but two pairs of Skecher shoes on the 17th May 2016 . A pair for my daughter as she does a lot of walking in her job and a pair for myself for walking , when we tried them on in JL they were very comfortable . I however after two weeks noticed on my pair that a tread was pulled on the top inside the material is quite soft and foamy . But when I took them back to JL along with my purchase receipt a woman called Lana said to me” but you’ve worn them “I tried to explain but she called the Dept Manager called Conor. I also explained to him that I was worried that the tread would get bigger with time and wear and I would be left with a hole . In front of all his staff that were on other tills, he informed me that ” You should perhaps get your toe nails manicured “, I was never so embarrassed . Both he and Lana even had a little giggle about it . I’ve spent a good few pounds in JL over the yrs and to be treated like this . He walked away and she dismissed me by shouting “next” for the next customer in other words move on . The level of customer service was an absolute disgrace

    I wish to make a complaint about the lack of satisfactory responses to various e mails I sent to customer services. Many were automated responses telling me how important my e mail was to them and I would receive a reply within 48 hours, which never happened.
    I then sent a letter to head office with copies of those e mails and asking for an answer to my query. Three weeks later and still no acknowledgment of this letter and the matter is still unresolved.

    Recently I picked up your Christmas copy of Edition magazine my granddaughter picked out a pair of Nike free TR 6 Trainers size 7 (subtle hint of Rose Gold ) page 16 of the magazine.
    So went into our local Southampton with your magazine to buy them they said they have no information about them so I ask them to order them for me they said because that with no stock No they could not.
    So it looks like that you are advertising some thing that you do not stock could you please look into this and let me know what is going on

    I have been trying to access my online Partnership account since you changed your system. I have registered to the new system because you accepted a payment from me. I have rung numerous times over the last two and half weeks and been kept waiting for 15 minutes sometimes longer but getting no response. I understand these calls are chargeable and I must have spent a mini fortune! I normally pay on line. If this matter isn’t resolved soon I will have to pay by other methods. I am really angry over this ludicrous affair and I am seriously thinking of cancelling my card and going elsewhere! Please contact me ASAp.

    We are located in the Solihull area of Birmingham and I called to your store in Solihull with a view to discussing the possibility of running a concession within your store. Unfortunately I was informed that I needed to contact HQ as this was not handled in house.
    My colleague Mark Skirving is a well established local artist as well as being a successful musician for the last 30 years, having his own Rytham and Blues band. We were hoping he could display some of his painting within your store on a concession basis, the USP being that once a month or at an interval to be agreed he would set up a small art studio to attract extra footfall , it would attract much interest.
    If there is any possibility of taking this further I would be happy for Mark and I to have a meet at Solihull.
