    I booked a taxi online and I clicked pay with Kabbee Wallet because I have topped it up but instead it just took it straight from my bank account. I also had a voucher code and was not given an opportunity to use it. I’ve been trying to cal customer services for the past twenty minutes and no one is answering.

      Customer service is the poorest I’ve come across. Emailed and called at least 15times for the past 3days. Will feel like winning the lottery once I get a response, will never use Kabbee again

    I’ve been trying to call u for two days now and nothing!! U also don’t reply to emails?!
    I’ve booked eoth u and have some Concerns I need taken care!

    Extremely poor customer enquires. Called 20 times for a receipt. Overall not worth booking with Kabbee even though they are a lot cheaper. Probably will only use for occasional personal use but would strong not recommend for business use.

    I’ve booked a cab from Kabbee to go to the airport and it never came. Also they charge me and I ‘m trying to contact with them by phone and they are never available and I email for the full refund and I have not received any email back.

    To who concern,

    Today 17th July 2017 we had had a ride booked at 02:00. Flight number was given and the time frame was correct 02:00 on a 24hr clock. We have previously booked with Kabbee several times and never had any problems with it. However, tonight whoever attended the number at 01:50 said to us that the book was done for 14:00, 2 pm and he could not find a solution, did not apologise, only kept on saying it is not his problem. I do not accept the service that was given, I do not think I have to tolerate such an incompetent aptitude and unreliable behaviour. Now I found myself trying to find transport to home because I have trusted the app and nobody was able to give me a reasonable solution. I would like this case to be chase and I do have prove that the book was made at the right time 17/07/2017 02:00. I would like to know where can I refer to made a formal complaint.

    Hi I have a cab office in sw12 area, do you do local booking cash only one mile from the base to make busy my drivers every day 24 hours seven days a week
