    just booked a flight through your site for this Friday Feb 6th from Ontario International Airport to Reagan National Airport and i received two different confirmation codes which makes me feel as though my reservation was double booked. the booking id numbers that i have are 604454927 and 604472261. I was also charged on one of the reservations for a cancellation fee that i did not want to add. i only need one reservation for this day and i do not have long distance dialing on my phone so i really need this processed immediately since the flight is in two days. If possible could someone please give me a call at 9096776702 or send me an email at nstokes.frazier@gmail.com. this is super important because I do not want to be charged for an additional flight ticket and seat when im traveling by myself. i still want the ticket, just not two. should not have been processed as two separate bookings. please help!

    My daughter got married on Monday. She booked a honeymoon with this company and was let down after her husband paid for it. To go away this morning. When they got to the airport they where told they had overbooked and they couldn’t get away to make matters worse they didn’t have the decency to offer them something else and could take up to 15 days to refund the money. They have spoilt my daughters honeymoon. THANK YOU LASTMINUTE. COM

    Hi, re Booking ID 749874137. We have booked flights from Alicante to Rome Pnr NDFIPA on 20/03/2017 with Vueling ( Flt VY1366 ) and return from Rome Pnr DUPN9R on 24/03/2017 with Ryan Air ( FR4030) We received a mobile text saying our flight had been changed. It promised us an email but I did not receive one. Please tell me what changes there are to our booking. Norman Burkey

    Yesterday (22/11/16) I booked 2 flights BKK-MEL on Jetstar on 26/01/17 but have still not received email confirmation of the order. The cost has been transferred in full from my bank account.
    As I am already in Thailand and unable to contact you by phone I would be grateful if you would arrange for the proper email confirmation of the itinerary to be sent asap as I have to make additional arrangements based on these flights.

    Good morning,
    As the comment sent 24 hours ago has not been replied to I am getting increasingly worried that something has gone wrong with the flight reservation I made with you on 22/11/16. No email confirmation has been sent to me despite the full cost of £526 having been transferred from my bank account to the account of Bravofly on 22/11/16.
    Details are: 2 flights in the name of Edgar BKK-MEL On 26/01/17 with Jetstar.
    The online booking Reservation No. is 876672861 which was followed by a text confirmation of Pnr: B8Y9NY. Since then NOTHING.
    I have checked my Lastminute.com account and there is no booking there, also checked My Page on Bravofly and there is neither a confirmed or pending booking there.
    As I am already in Thailand contacting you by phone is difficult so could someone PLEASE investigate the problem IMMEDIATELY and get back to me by email. I have many other arrangements to make that are contingent on the confirmation of these flights.

    Hi, we have had 2 texts saying that our Ryan Air schedule for flight no FR4030 on 24/03/2017 has changed and we’ve been asked to check our emails but none have arrived !     My sister booked a taxi to pick us up and drop off at arracife airport, Lanzarote. Left my hand luggage on the mini bus, went back and he was gone. How do I retrieve it.     booked a flight 4 days ago for my brother from Israel to amsterdam on the 6th of march. the total price came to 384 euros but after talking to my bank I recieved information that I was actually charged 494 euros!
    Iv tryed contacting your office but no luck!
