    Dear Last Minute.com this is not a complaint just a means of getting in touch with you as I have been going round in circles.My query is my daughter bought two tickets for Lion King 16th February for my wife and I and we wish to know how the tickets will be made available to us.Can we print them off an E.mail or pick them up on the night from theatre.

    By mistake, I booked the same show twice on lastminute.com and spent more than £350. I tried to contact lastminute.com, but the link to the support centre but I get the following message: ‘This site has been disabled for the time being’. I tried to ring the helpline and I am told to use the website! A nightmare!!!
    Can I talk to somebody at lastminute.com?

    I make about 100 hotel bookings per year, and I prefer to book on line. I am unable to use last minute.com, because your booking system requires me to put in my house number into the on line booking details. My house doesn’t have a number. When I leave the box blank, the system defaults to ‘required field’ and will not allow me to make the booking. So, I give up and go elsewhere.

    I am disgusted by the service and experience I have had today. six hours on the phone, still no solution. You have fraudulently sold me a product that you do not have the capacity to sell.

        I’ m having the same problem with them. The customer service is completely useless, they refuse to give the contact of the team leader or manager. They are completely incapable to deal with customers.

    You have taken £4000 out of my current (debit ) account for a holiday and then sent an email to say you cancelled the holiday . The money has been taken out of my account , how do I get my money back

    Dear Sirs
    I am writing to you as am having trouble getting a reply from the various Lastminute.com contact points.

    I have contacted them by phone, email to customerrelations@lastminute.com,
    orderqueries@lastminute.com and have also tried twitter and no one seems to be dealing with my query.

    In short, due to a change in my Virgin flight from London to Johannesburg I arrive earlier than at first expected so asked for the Johannesburg to Cape Town to be changed to an earlier flight which has been done, the BA6417 flight has been changed to British Airways Flight number: BA 6409 Sat 05/11/2016 10:40 Sat with which I am happy.

    The problem is that when I try and view my flight details on Virgin Atlantic I am unable to, I have spoken with Virgin Atlantic and they tell me that this is because both flights (BA 6417 and BA 6409) are still showing as part of my booking. I have asked Lastminute.com to rectify this and they insist that it only shows the BA 6409 flight.

    On 31st July Virgin have told me that the second flight (BA 6417) is still in the booking and Lastminute have not updated the ticket yet. They have suggested that if my booking agent are unsure how to do this please ask them to contact Virgin’s help desk for further support.

    My booking number and reservation code are:
    Booking ID 574558775. Outbound Reservation code: D8G664 Friday 4th November 2016 London to Cape Town.

    To clarify I want to be on the BA6409 and NOT the BA6417 so would appreciate it if the BA6417 can be removed from the booking.

    I book a hoilday with you on the 24th September for 2 nights in Holland. (830480033) you tock the money out of my bank account then emailed me 5 mins later saying resavation cancelled? I spoke to my bank regarding this matter they have told me, lastminute.com did not fully prosess my hotel booking correctly and it is an arrear on behalf of last minute. Com… my bank account was frozen and I lost my inbound and out bound flights due this… Ive called last minute. Com and they have been nothing but RUDE. AND TOLD ME ‘NEVER MIND” They have cut me off the phone… I then called again and demand to talk to a supervisor.. And they put “vijay” on… And I told him what happen and he pretended who could not hear me? And hung up the phone… I am NOW passing this over to my solicitor. Kind regards Mr hughes

    First time traveling by myself, currently at the beginning of my trip and I AM PETRIFIED! On the 28th of September, I had booked a flight through your website for the 4th of October to go from Athens to Kythera £202 (roughly) with Hahn Air System.

    The day of departure I arrived at Athens airport, and of course the worst happened, my flight had been canceled because the airline went on a strike! I was not notified about the inconvenience, no email, no phone call.

    I’ve contacted Hahn’s airline for my refund and they have suggested contacting Last Minute.com- United Kingdom. Please contact ASAP!

    We received a voucher for a murder mystery evening as a present from our children. We registered the voucher but have until now not been able to book the experience due to ill health – unfortunately my husband was in intensive care for a while. We were most upset when we tried to book and received a message to say it had expired. Is there any way this could be extended. We were so looking forward to using our voucher and feel,very disappointed that we don’t have this to look forward to now.

    I wish to book a flight from Melbourne to Auckland and a hotel for 4 days. I find that I have to book a return flight to Melbourne in order to use the flight and hotel service. I do not intend to return to Melbourne. Will I be able to book a one way ticket and hotel?

    I am also a victim of this day light robbery! I booked a family holiday with some dimwit sitting in a call centre in India, only to be emailed 2 hours later to say my booking has been cancelled because my card security could not be validated. Ok fair enough so I call back to be told that there is nothing they can do and to book with another agent or the airline direct – so I did. Next morning my bank tells me that I’ve overdrawn beacause ‘last minute.com’ have taken the funds. So I call their office again and after being on the phone for over an hour they tell me they funds have been sent back to my account and gave me an email address to complain which isn’t even valid!
    This is not the service you would expect for a half decent company that ought to know what it’s doing. It’s been 2 days and I’m still waiting for my refund or for someone with a bit of dignity to call and explain how despite security issues they managed to withdraw funds from my account.
    Would never recommend them!

    I am desperately trying to contact someone who could help me with regards a flight I had booked through lastminute.com, my flight was cancelled due to the hurricane in florida, I have phoned the free phone number around 20 times over the past week to find out when I will be receiving my refund, I am constantly being told that I will be updated in due course via email, please note I wasn’t even updated with information regarding the cancellation of my flight, I had to contact the airline myself. I have tried several to make contact with lastminute.com at there uk based head office but have been placed on hold each time for over 20 minutes, I would be therefore very grateful if someone could email me regarding this matter of a refund so that I can go ahead and book another holiday, many thanks Megan Adams
