    Just purchased a Lenovo TAB2 A10-30 have logged in to Medea and the tablet is receiving wi fi but cannot get on to Internet , all other devices in my home are working ok.

      I have the same problem, we have been talking to technical but after giving loads of information its still not working. Technical are talking to us in a foreign accent and cant understand our spelling of our names etc. NOT MUCH HELP AT ALL

    dear sir.
    I opened a repair request on the 70792934 for more than three weeks after you emailed me a postal slip to couturier my notebook which I did, you said that you will check what’s wrong and we let you before we carry on any repairs , I have tracked the shipment and it has received . now I need to know what is going on and why such a terrible service you have . your customers services transfer me from a phone to another one for days and could not reach you. . either to tell me what is happening or I go legally against you.

    I have a lenovo tap 2a7 20f when I power it up it goes on to main screen then reboots itself about 5 to 6 times turns off and on before tablet works can you please help me I’ve had the tab for 3 months from now my name is george

    I am totally disgusted with your after sales, I purchased a laptop which cost £442.92 English pounds on the 7th December 2015, it lasted 6 weeks, I sent it back to LENOVO who said it was not repairable, I got in contact with laptops direct, who will not issue a refund until I get a DOA starting LEDOA, I have tried on many, many occasions to get this LEDEO number but to no avail, your company will not negotiate with laptop direct or give me a LEDOA number either by phone or Email, I can guarantee you one thing, within the guide lines of the law, I will decry and publicly deface your products at every opportunity, all I want is a simple solution to a simple problem, refund for a product that does not work,,,, not a lot to ask. If I get no response within three weeks, I will go to the small claims courts with all my paperwork including your admission that my lap top was be-ond repair, which means you sold me a faulty item, it has now been 5 months of frustration, but I hope we can resolve this problem without it getting silly and ugly Yours Steven Mckie stevenmckie@hotmail.co.uk

    Lenovo have had my PC at their German repair centre for !8 working days, I was told that the PC was repaired 16 working days ago, was sent for return, but now no one knows where it is. Just hope your PC doesn’t break down,

    pissed of with ideapad z500 touch bios setup its a disgrace/wont boot from cd rom changed it in the bios set up put in new windows cd it then says unable to delite pertition where the orignal window is to load new windows is//it wont let me format it // on and on problems just to load windows from cd//never had this problem with other laptops///pure shit bios // pertitions not in ntf unable to load new windows//shit ass lenovo //in my bad books

    I’ve brought lenovo phone and for some reason it’s all in Chinese and when you try to change to English it doesn’t allow you to and now it’s telling me that my android as run out and I can’t even use my phone anymore!! Very angry about this

    I have had my Lenovo for just over a year But I signed up for a protection for the first years but do not require it any more But they invade my PC with demands to renew them sometimes I have to shut off my computer to get peace Is there no way of ridding myself of them Thank you Tony
