    Dear Team,

    We really got fed-up with the kind of service you guys provide after sales. We brought some Thinkpads X230 Tablets out of the one machine Mother Board and finger print Reader is not working. On 9th March 2015 we logged in a complaint Lenovo Service Request:7006628544,Product Name:343824Q, Machine Serial Number:R9X4ENZ.

    1st Visit on 16-03-2015 One Mr. Aravind Service engineer from TVS has visited to replace the same. He replaced mother board and was not fixed properly due to that the keyboard is the wobble condition and we are closing the lid the monitor got with lots of scratches, even the finger print reader was not replaced as its not matching the requirement. The very next day when we raised the complaint to the customer care.

    2nd Visit 18-03-2015 Aravind revisited and not able to fix it properly again we raised the complaint to the call center and his TVS Manager Mr. Anil.

    3rd Visit 20-03-2015 one Mr. Narendra he fixed the mother board properly and small tiny parts missing in my laptop like on top the screw there are some small stickers and small rubber parts. We mentioned the same to him he had taken pictures and of the same and scree also as there are lots of scratches as the key board not fixed properly. Same day i spoke to customer care and shared all the pictures and spoke to Mr. Louis Sabastine – Manager he promised to resolve the issue ASAP by replacing the Display Screen and all the other tiny parts missing. Till that time finger print reader not replaced.

    4th Visit 23-04-2015 almost 45 Days not able to open my laptop in between lot many calls but no use same since word answer part not available. 23-04-2015 On Mr Raju visited to replace the display screen and finally after 2 hours spending time with that he said this is not compatible .

    Again raised complaint to customer care we lots of reference numbers and service call reports also.

    5th Visit on 29-04-2015 again he reopened the laptop finally he said part is not compatible.

    Finally yesterday i called your customer Care and spoke to Mr. Louis Sabastine – Manager to our surprise he don’t even remember the case and almost 50 min we had a call.

    Almost from last 65 Days no laptop can you imagine the situation. Number of calls to your customer care and TVS service center but no use.

    In case you value customers like us Please take up our problems which is pending from 65 days and solve it. Hope you care to read this and take actions accordingly to satisfy a poorly handled customer like us.

    My Lenovo Ideapad Z510 stopped recharging sometime ago and I decided to send it back for repairs. When I contacted Lenovo they opened a case for this issue and sent me details on how to post my Laptop.

    On 22 September 2015, I posted my computer to Medion Germany. Following I received a receipt email for my computer being delivered to Medion Germany and I received an order number to check repair status online on Medion Germany website from Medion.

    For 3 weeks following receipt of my computer by Medion, I was able to check repair status of my computer; which was first looked as “assesed” then turned into “processed”. Since last week I was not able to check repair status of my computer using same order number which made me think my computer was on it’s way back. Then the day before, 19 October 2015 Monday, I decided to sent an email to both Lenovo and Medion in order to find out what’s happening to my computer as I havent heard or received anything. I did not receive any replies from no one.

    Today I called Medion and spoke to an operator, Matthew. First thing, he told me an extra issue has been raised in regards to my computer’s repair. Original issue was as I explained above, battery charge issue, and was not dealt with yet. New issue was about computer’s keyboad but Matthew was not able to tell exactly what was wrong with computer’s keyboard. (Keyboard was working fine when I sent).

    Matthew told me they would be able to fix battery issue but not keyboard issue and advised me to get in touch with vendor where I bought the computer which is different from where I reside, UK.

    When I asked why I was not able to see repair status of my computer, Matthew told their system simply “erases” case after 10 days of opening the case!!! (but surely he was checking repair status whilst we were speaking). I asked will I be able to follow repair status from now on and he told me “no” again.

    In the mean time he told me I would have been contacted by Lenovo / Medion in regards to repair status of my computer. Today is 21 October 2015 and tomorrow it will be 1 month since I sent my computer. I believe no one would be calling me to tell about status and extra repair issue.

    What is happening I believe is Medion closes repair cases even if case is not resolved in order to report “good performance”.

    The big dissappointment of Lenovo is apart from this forum page, there is no email or contact number for me to put a complaint to Lenovo.

    I would like to know;

    1- Why I can’t check repair status of my computer. What is the reason for deleting repair status after 10 days?
    2- Why I haven’t been informed about extra repair issue.
    3- When will my computer be fixed and I receive it back

    I kindly ask for someone to got in touch with me, from Lenovo via email or phone.

    I got the confirmation from my team. they already attempt two time for repair of this machine but every time you refused for take the service and asking for replacement of the whole unit.     Why has my wireless keyboard for my Lenovo C540 all-in-one desktop computer stopped working properly, I only bought it on 19.06.2014. Recently when I use the keyboard many of the letters I type do not work, I have changed the batteries both on the keypad and mouse with brand new batteries but some of the keys just do work sometime, which is very annoying. Please advise, do I need to buy a new wireless keyboard and mouse? If I do need to buy a new wireless keyboard and mouse to replace the one that came with my Lenovo C540 all-in-one desktop computer, could you please recommend one that would work with my computer?

    I purchased two Lenovo Laptops G50-80 i3 6gb 1tb at Christmas for family members. I done quite a lot of research on different makes with Lenovo sounding very good. After purchasing I set up both laptops so that on Christmas Day they could be used instantly with having. I found when turning on for the first time they were very slow to start up and was disappointed, but thought once the setup was complete it would improve the speed of the machine. This was not the case and since handing the laptops over to my son and his family, and my daughter and her family they have continuously complained about how unhappy they are with these laptops. They are so slow and it just takes so long to do everything on these machines. I am very disappointed with Lenovo and the discription they put out on how good these machines are. I feel like I’ve wasted my money and time investing in these laptops but now I’m stuck with then. I would have liked to email Lenovo with my concerns but don’t seem to have that opportunity as there is no email address to be found. If there is one it would be great to know.

    This is to bring it to your notice that I had purchased Lenovo Yoga II laptop from Best buy New Jersey, USA on 16th August 2015.I took it to Kerala, India. After two months of use one fine day found laptop found blacked out and not powering on, with charger plugged in found charging LED is on but nothing was happening screen was blank.
    Spoke to customer support after checking came back that no online support was available in India, but gave me the address of a local service center.The service centre checked and came back that the warranty support is not available for this model in India.
    Kindly advise how to proceed further.

    I want to bring to your notice that I had such a bad experience in one of your service center in India (telengana state)
    Sri vinayaka electronics in abids.
    As there was nothing big issues with my mobile .small problems like phone a bit slow.and it’s hanging a bit.
    they were not in a situation to give their office contact no. And they said they ll updating me the status of my device in 24 hrs.
    My mobile was under warranty…
    and after 48 hrs I visited the service center.
    They have done nothing to my device.and handling of customers was so rude..
    I have never seen an customer service like this..
    Here after I recommend all my friends not to vist that customer service centre..
    I hope from here after the things change.
    Because as a customer of lenovo thats all we can expect….

    Suddenly 2 days one month back I realized my phones vibrator has stop working & charging of the phone has deteriorated , that is phone was not getting charge upto the mark

    When I visited the nearest service centre , surprising the service centre was also registered service centre with “MOTOROLA phones” and Lenovo phones too. Service centre Address – “cellular world, Orchid plaza, near railway platform no. 8, 1st floor, Mumbai, Maharashtra”

    1. As this was my first shock , that company like Lenovo does not have their own service centre and they have out sourced to some vendor . this service centre works 10am -7 pm, and attends to only 130 customers per day., since the service centre is a third party centre of Lenovo and Motorola both , and combined together they only attend to 130 customers per day , ie only 65 customer of each brand. Since I had always visited the centre on second half of the day , I was never attended since I was always the 131st customer at the centre.
    2. I am a doctor by profession and to get the mobile checked and repaired I had take a day off on Monday 16-may-2016 , and reached the centre 10:20am and I was lucky to get attended at cost of my patients .
    3. This was not the end ,this was my 2nd shock , I happened to submit my handset and charger to the centre , for which they had checked and register my complaint at 13:34 pm , the centre so called engineer took 3 hrs to diagnose the complaint of my phone and later acknowledged to me that the “vibrator chip of the phone” and “charging cable” has to be replaced, and till will take 15 working days for me to get back my handset.
    4. My third shock was , when I questioned the centre , that this is supposed to be the service centre , which should be well equipped with vibrator chip and simple charging cable , for which I was explained that , the centre does not keep the parts and it has to be ordered from the company – since my phone was in guarantee/ warranty. If I would have been a paying customer (ie if phone was not in warranty) they could have done it by charging me on the spot .- what a nonsense thing.
    5. Finally I had no option but to hand over my phone to a pathetic service centre of such an esteemed company – LENOVO

    Now I sincerely request the concern authority to look into my, simple request for change of the vibrator chip which is not even an hour job and replacement of the charging cable . Hope both the things is well within the hands of the service centre and which can be done in one day, as I have already wasted 1 month in getting my number.

    The other question still remain unresolved that , how can a phone can have malfunctioning of the vibrator without accidental damage ? why should I accept and opened up and a repair phone when the same can be replaced with new handset ?

    I shall wait for your call on top priority , please revert or I shall be forced to escalate this to top management

    Greetings of the day !

    I purchased a smart phone before 3months. Now issue find out & unable to operate the phone. Then I submit the phone & they opened the phone in front of me & said no liquid damage & phone is covered under warranty . After one day they called me & said there is a liquid damage in this phone . Then I said why you confirmed me before 1 day that no liquid damage. Then I escalated this to your area head Mr Jitender kumar & then they said we will manage.
    I got a call same day at 4pm & told that your phone is ready but when I received the phone the phone is not working then I called to Mr jitender & then it was re checked. Then they told me that speaker problem & it will take time. After 2 days no call from your side then I called now but I am surprised that now they told me this is a motherboard problem & it is not covered under warranty.

    Sir please look into the issue as I am harassing by your servicing centre & they people are not expert to handle customs as well as to resolve issue.

    I’m having a problem with CCE Brazil.
    I bought two mobile phones two years ago, and the two batteries are defective. I tried to buy new batteries and not meeting for Replacements.
    I’m complaining in the local media for almost 6 months, and I’m not getting to be heard by a idonea person who can solve my problem.
    When I bought the phones I relied on CCE company, and now I’m feeling aggrieved by it.
    All that I want is buy batteries for the right price. Here in Brazil they want me to pay the same amount as the phone by a battery. That’s an abuse!
    This is the last attempt to solve the case, soon I will start making shameful publications of CCE company on my blog, because I need the solve this question, that is impossible that there is no one to sell me 2 batterys for the right price! Jesus!
    I hope that someone there can help me solve this peacefully and idoneamente.
    I am waiting for solve it soon.

    The Item that i have received is defective one. I have used the item for only 3 weeks (i still dont know all the operations) and the last 3 weeks it has been in service center at I-Pick Solution Service center, Bhagat Singh Market Connaught Place New Delhi (01143564825). The Engineers of the Lenovo service center are not able to fix my phone and are also not responding to all my queries. To my surprise without the phone getting into water and without any damage to it, the mother board got spoilt with some other defects to it. Lenovo service center server was not working 3 weeks back hence they issued me a manual JOB SHEET no :- 867296024033074. They can also retrieve my JOB SHEET from my cell No.:-9618331231. However today it has completed 3 weeks and i m with a phone, it is very difficult to sustain without it. Who will take the responsibility for it (Amazon / Seller / Lenovo). Lenovo has given up they are neither responding nor giving me any solution. I have wasted my money and time to get my phone. I need a revert on the status of the phone.

      I purchased Lenovo P1 Vibe Tourbo for Rs. 17,000/- from the Shop name Top10 from Mumbai on 18th July, 2016. I just used it for three days.
      Then there was no network. I went back to the shop from where i purchased it and he said that there was a sim problem.. I went to the airtel gallery and got the new sim and went back to shop. They started checking it and found out that there was some electronics mistake in the mobile. I was just in and out to get my mobile to work. when i purchased it they just told me 1 year warranty if any problem in the mobile but they did not say that if any problem in seven days, I was shocked that a new peice and a problem how can that be.. Lenovo a good name and this is wat i get for paying such a big money to buy a mobile its just a shame. A big brand name and and we get a bad service i cant believe. The brand name gets spoiled and the shop from where i got also gets spoiled. I told them to replace the piece but they were not willing to do so. Now I have to wait for 10 days for my mobile to get repaired . I will never ever refer your brand name to my friends to buy any electronics goods. I am very dejected that this very bad things has happened………… Please reply

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am communicating with you via this website as your official UK Lenovo website does not offer the opportunity to lodge a formal query or complaint. I am really keen to become one of your customers. However, when purchasing a laptop (Yoga 900) via your website, I was unhappy to receive a damaged one which your UK agents “RiverBridge” (I reasonably assumed they must be your agents as the person I spoke to told me they are not Lenovo.) said I could not swap it.

    My frustration arises from trying to obtain this replacement only to be told that they would not do this and would – once I had completed an online email questionnaire – have it collected and a refund given…several days after they had received the laptop back.

    I do not want a refund – I want one that is new and not damaged as quickly as possible without reordering online…or a better model and am willing to pay the difference.

    I would be really grateful if there was a way to make this a “one-stop” experience, i.e. either swap the damaged one with a new one in the same process or let me pay in the balance and send me the better specification.

    I hope this will be possible?

    Sir, My Lenovo phone which is under warranty suddenly dead during calling. I have immediately sent it to your authorised dealer Mobile clinic at Ajmer on dated 23.08.16.At that time he did not tell anything to us & said come after 2-3 days. After that he regularly told us that some part is coming from company for phone after that he will call us. In between we are continuously touch with your customer support team. Now 03 days back we got an SMS that your phone is ready kindly collect. When we reached at shop the shop was closed for 03 days. Today morning we went to shop & know that phone is not ready & service centre people are asking money to repair the phone. They told us the some liquid found in Phone which is totally wrong. I want to ask how he is saying after one month that some liquid is found may be gone through himself. Kindly resolve this issue has phone is under warranty. Please let you know I am residing 90Km from Lenovo authorised service centre. You understand how i am harassing by your service centre from last one month.
    Sir I have mailed this problem to services_ed@lenova.com also but all in vain.
    Only person from Lenova has given me assurance who is Mr.Saranjeet & I appreciate his support. He discussed the matter with service center person on conference call with us.After that service center person assured to collect the phone after repairing on Wednesday i.e 21.09.16 but after regular visit on shop he has delivered the phone on dated 28.09.16.On delivery phone was charged only 9% & his back cover is also not properly covered due to phone battery is found defected my friend has told him that issue but he said that you take this phone & charge at home battery is ok. When we reached at home & trying to charge the phone is not charged & not again working.
    Sir, Please resolve this issue you can understand my situation how I am harassing from this situation.

    I have brought lenovo Lapotp Ideapad after few days there were a keypad issue and all apps stop working. I log the complaint on 12th September 2016 , and they raise the order for new keypad , as within 48 hours there are suppose to give the replacement for keypad. after a week they send the mail to use that , the keypad will issue on 10th of October which is nearly about almost one month. I have demand for new laptop since the customer Dr chetan of us is not going to wait for a long time. I have replaced the new laptop to my customer.

    send engineer on 5th October and 6th October wasted our 6 hours and diagnose the laptop and found the keypad is the issue. made the service report and still we have not got the replacement of Laptop.

    Dear Mr Dennis,

    I am enclosing the reply from the Helpdesk as below.

    As I mentioned, this is not workable for me, because our customer is not going to wait such a long time for replacement of your parts. Since the customer have bought laptop last month itself, customer have demand for replacement. And we have replaced the laptop with dell laptop.

    Request you to kindly issue a new laptop, so that we can sell to other customer, as we have replaced the new laptop with other brand to our customer.
