    I am writing to formally complain that a recent purchase has not yet arrived.

    To explain in more detail I had purchased one item from lookfantastic on 28/12/2016, order#84083419, expected delivery time was mentioned as 10-11 Jan 2017 at the time of order. When i didn’t received the order by that time i raised the late delivery complain to look fantastic customer care, to my surprise they simply refuse to entertain the complain saying they need 30 days to deliver the order and i should get in touch with them only after completion of 30 days.
    I raised another complain after 30 days but again they refused to entertain the complain saying they need scanned copy of form which should be signed physically.
    I again raised the complaint with the form, but again they refused to listen saying i need to specifically mentioned what item i have not received in the form.
    I raised the complaint again with new form, this time they accepted the form but refused to refund the amount, they said they can’t refund the amount and created new request for same order. Please refund my amount, I don’t want to buy anything from lookfantastic.

    I would like this to be investigated as soon as possible as this is unacceptable from a reputable retailer. To resolve this issue I would like you to As my order is not delivered to me even after 40+ days, please refund my amount, I don’t want to buy anything from lookfantastic.

    I am dissatisfied with the service that you have provided at this time, and would appreciate your acknowledgment of my concern as soon as possible, along with an offer of resolution within 7 days of this correspondence being received. If a resolution is not forthcoming I will not hesitate to escalate my complaint.

    Please reply to my resolver email account as I would like to keep all of my communications in my personalised complaints case file.
