    Having a nightmare trying to return a pair of slippers. Ordered a Size 3 but they are a size 6!
    Just receiving automated emails & a request for a picture – they want to see my wife’s foot against the sole to prove how big they are. Never heard anything so ridiculous.
    Do not order from this company – impossible to get hold. No telephone number anywhere!!!

    I purchased 3 pairs of Mahabis for Christmas gifts – one pair for each of daughters and one for myself. I have since referred 2 friends and have received gift cards and I have given them rave reviews and have been thinking about the warmer weather version. However, the sole on my left slipper has become detached this past week and it has been very gently worn! I can provide a photo. ….am hoping Mahabis customer service address this. Anne Kravitz

    Made an order (4844987528) on May 20th. Received an email that my slippers were skipped from UK with shutl.com, tracking no M75ZG4M. The tracking says my parcel arrived at my place Friday 26th. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING as of today May 30th. And the payment I made DK Kroner 690,67 (£79,00) has been withdrawn from my bank account a week ago on the 24th. Please get in touch and/0r repay me.

    My husband purchased two pairs of Mahabis on order no 4534322248. We received Mahabis Feb / March 2017; as it was summer here we did not start wearing them until April / May so I am suggesting about three months wear. The sole of one of My Mahabis has come unstuck and the felt fabric is pilling badly – previously we have worn Camper felt slippers of a very similar style and had no issues for a couple of seasons. To say I am an unhappy customer would be an understatement! Given all the crazy advertising one would think your product was what you claim it to be ” slippers re invented” I beg to differ! Of course there is no straight forward way to contact customer service … yet another negative! I am hoping somebody takes the time to read these reviews and responds appropriately. I shall attempt to attach a photo …. not happy Jan or Julia in this instance!

    I have never had such a difficult time trying to find out where my shoes are? Your form does not allow for appropriate ability to make a simple request. The form did not apply to my simple question. Where are my shoes? The order was place on July 1. The order was supposedly sent out on July 3. The tracking information has stayed the same since July 3. It is unacceptable that you have no phone number. I need to hear from you within 24 hours or I will call my credit card company; will call the Attorney General of Ohio. I just want my shoes! My phone number is:
