    My husband bought me a skirt at your Cribbs Causeway branch, which was too small. The following day I took it back, unfortunately I took the wrong receipt. At the counter I was met with the most unhelpful staff member I have come across in the past 20 years. I was told in no uncertain terms that they could not refund my money as I didn’t have a receipt so no proof of purchase. It was at this point where she left her brains at home. The skirt was still wrapped in your lovely paper with its pretty sticker on it. When I pointed this out to her she again replied I had no proof of purchase. I left the store very unhappy.
    Today I returned to the store with receipt and my husband’s card to be on the safe side. Unfortunately, it was the same unhelpful assistant who informed me she could not refund the money on my husband’s card. At this point I informed her that your store was the most unhelpful I had ever come across. I informed her that this was my second attempt to try and return the skirt. I asked if she would refund the money on my card; I was told no she couldn’t do that as against company policy. I informed her I was disabled (which is plain to be seen) and that this was my second time to try and return the skirt in the space of two days. She apologised but was not prepared to help me. She didn’t offer a credit note nor did she offer an exchange as she was too busy telling me she wasn’t prepared to assist me; awful awful service horrible shop.
    By comparison, I took a jumper back to Next, I had no receipt so no proof of service, nevertheless, the staff member bent over backwards to assist me and refunded the money onto my card even though it was not the card the item was purchased on. Now that is service putting the customer first; shall I go back there to shop yes. Will I go back to Oasis a definate no never
