    Dear Sir/Madam,
    On Wednesday I was telephoned and informed My delivery (order no. 100239148) would be delivered today (Saturday) I was also told that I would receive an email to let me know when the above would arrive. It is now Saturday 7.46 AM and I am still waiting.
    I do need to go out to to some shopping so I will not be in all day. I would like you to make sure your delivery people keep customers informed – a simple phone call would help.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am very disappointed with Oliver Bonas, as I do not think I have been given the correct facts regarding my order no. 100239148
    1) When I ordered the above I was not informed that if I ordered goods up to £750 the delivery would be free. I fully intended in ordering barware that would have covered the difference between my order up to the cost of £750. However I decided I would purchase the barware from my local shop, as I was not informed that I was able to have free delivery if my order was for £750. ( £50 for delivery is a lot of money that I could have put towards purchasing the barware , but now I feel that I it is not worth paying the extra cost and decided on not buying it from Oliver Bonas)

    2) When I was telephoned about my delivery time?date I was informed that I would receive an email to inform me of the time the delivery would be. However, I never received an email. I had to contact customer services on the delivery date to find out the delivery time.

    3) It has taken me almost 2 hours to unpack the 5 boxes for the furniture that I purchased, I now have all the empty boxes on my bed as I have to arrange for someone to collect them, as I have nowhere to dispose of the packages. I asked the man who telephoned me about the delivery if they could dispose of all of the packages but he was unable to help.
