    I have tried to cancel my 2 bookings for week commencing 1st may. I was put on hold for 20 minutes then put through to Bristol when I rang bishop Auckland. My husband is critically ill in Leighton hospital hence why I want to cancel. But nothing’s straight forward with your company is it. You have probably made more money off me with the phone charges as I know I would not receive any booking money back but just thought the rooms would become available for some other disabled person.

    I have stayed at Premier Inn Thurrock West since 5th January 2016 till today and have today been Humiliated by the same staff that have allowed other vehicles to park in Disabled bays. Since I have stayed here some clients have been openly advised to park in disabled bays when no other parking is available. Certain guests have even had disabled bays constantly since I have been staying here ( I have pics to substantiate and witnesses). However while work is being done at these premises and once I park in the Disabled parking I am made to be a Leper by no more than three of the staff in the restaurant area. I then went to ask to make an appointment to see the manager I was brought to attention that my TV had been too loud on the past three nights, having seen Mr Johnson (The Hotels Manager on the last three mornings and as I awake most mornings before 6am I asked them to see the report. It was not forthcoming!!!! I have made a formal complaint about the staff and the victimisitaion and double standards I do not expect them to change their views and therefore will quite happily move to someone who respects my trade.

      I contacted guest relations with a catalogue of complaints 14 days ago nobody has been in touch with me I phoned them as instructed on the website after nobody answered the phone I am writing to let you know that I think your customer service is as appalling as the dirty room I and my family were put in

    Hi, I am going to Gibraltar for a reunion as I am an ex Royal Engineer and they are holding a weekend function over there. So I am flying out of Manchester, but living in Edinburgh, I will be coming down the day before. So went on site to find a premier inn to go to the night before. Thought being as its not until the 19th April 2017, it would be as the same price as here in Edinburgh at £35, as I have stayed at that one just before Xmas last year, having checked it’s the same price now. But to find nothing near Manchester airport cheaper than £53 and that’s 8 miles away. I find this disgusting, as on everyone I checked no saver was allowed. Well just like to say, thank you to your company, your advertising is a lie, even on the site it says from, yes I know, from £35, but not to find it that dear for that. I had to write to say, thank you for this, well you won’t be able to get that money from me and my wife, nor will we be using your hotels again.

    I tried to make a reservation today for a family room, saver offer, for Monday, 8th August for one night. When I reached the verification of Visa card I could not proceed.. I did not want to try to redo booking as the same thing would happen. tried phoning, and have been on hold now foe 30 minutes, still holding. please respond asap.

    May I also say, your contact information and after care is crap!!! You don’t even answer you customer service number. Easy enough to book a room though. Not good!!

    Having now received no response (bar an auto-response email thanking me for my submission) to my complaint, I will post it here.

    I am a regular customer of the Premier Inn hotels but for business and pleasure.

    The person on reception was nowhere to be seen on my departure otherwise I would have said something when asked, “Was everything okay with your stay”.

    I am not one for giving bad feedback on trip advisor so before doing so I thought I ought to express my disgust at the cleanliness and hygiene at this hotel. I looked on your website to get an email address but could not find one, just this web form. This is one of my pet hates as it allows for no copy of my correspondence. Companies with websites are required by law to show full contact details. Unless I am mistaken your does not. I have therefore emailed myself with this text to create an audit trail.

    I stayed at this hotel with my brother back in April and then was appalled by state of the carpets in the hotel generally and the cleanliness of the adjoining Beefeater. The chair seats were thick with spilt food. I only booked again to stay as it was very last minute and I did not have time to start looking elsewhere. I was shocked at the increase in price first only to be told by my brother that the local Travel Lodge was substantially less. I would have cancelled but again was short of time. Your room rates are a far cry from what you advertise “From” on television. It is a con. I have a good mind to write to the ASA.

    Onto this stay. I had a cooked breakfast at the Beefeater for departing to go motor racing at Prescott Hillclimb. On arrival there I had symptoms of mild food poisoning. As for the hotel room, this was disgusting. The bed was okay and reasonably comfortable but the state of the carpets was a disgrace. Your cleaners clearly do not have the equipment or the training to vacuum around the edges as they were thick with dust. The real low point for me was the evidence of human excrement on the wall close to the toilet roll holder. I have photographic evidence of all of the above but am unable to attach files with your form.

    A very unhappy customer!

    In addition I would add that apart from the specifics above the general state of repair and cleanliness in the bathroom was very poor, human hairs in the bath on arrival as well as a razor head cover left on the far corner of the bath near the taps.

    i booked and paid for breakfasts at our hotel when we got there they said that we should have had an email saying they no longer do breakfasts at this hotel/restaurant you have to pay for them seperately

    Really concerned that your easy access rooms are not ‘easy access’ . The room given to my mother had plenty of grips and room for a wheelchair BUT NO easy access shower , instead a climb into the bath for an over the bath shower! This is certainly NOT what I expected and nothing easier was available. PleasePlease can you make your easy access rooms with a walk in shower so that they are suitable for all with wheelchairs/ mobility difficulties
    This was not satisfactory and this is a complaint . I wish for a response please.

    I would like to say how much we enjoyed our one night stay at the Premier Inn in Bury St Edmunds. This was our first visit to any of the Premier Inns.
    If the standard of service, courtesy and attention to detail expressed by all the staff at this branch is typical of all the branches in the group, we will have no hesitation in staying with any of the Premier Inns. Regards P. Cottam

    Having stayed at the Premier Inn Airport Hotel Newcastle on numerous occasions at the saver rate I am wanting to book again for the 3rd Jan 2018, and a return journey on the 8th Feb 2018 but unfortunately this is only available at the flex rate. Why no saver rate?
