    Dear Customer Service,
    Order Number, 102647631,
    My first order placed with you on 08/09/2016 was delivered today the 12/09/2016.
    I was expecting two Rhinda Slinky High Waisted Joggers, one in black and the other in Taupe.
    I have received the black pair plus the rest of my order except the Rinda Taupe Slinky high Waisted Joggers.
    I would like to enquire if you have run out of them and so didn’t enclose them and so to expect them at a later date?
    Or Were they removed, as my parcel arrived with extra Cellotaping instead of just the bag seal?!
    It is item numberCLQ6215/40/73, which is included in the invoice but not enclosed in the parcel.

    Dear customer Services,
    I wrote an Enquiry about my Order 012648631, Arriving incomplete,
    Placed with you on the 8/09/2016 about a pair of Taupe High Waisted Slinky Trousers which were not enclosed in my order.
    Going through the saved order list I find The Robyn Camel Bardot Jumper £15, and
    Annie Camel tie front Maxi Dress £8, were also not sent.
    Are these Three items being sent separately please, or have you run out of stock?
    I would appreciate it if someone could update me as to availability and when they will be delivered. Many thanks,

    Am still waiting for my order next day and it’s still not here what is going on,I tracked it and is still in the sorting hub

    Honestly, this is by far the worst experience I have had. I paid an extra $15 for express shipping. It is now over a week later, and this item is no where to be found. I contacted the company and they said the package is stuck at customs. I purchased two dresses for an event- since the dresses are not here, I cannot wear them and now I have to scramble for another alternative.. they refuse to discount the items or remedy the situation in either. They just tell me “We have no control over customs” Whether they have control or not is not my problem. They shouldn’t guarantee shipping etc if they can’t get it here on time. It also seems like this is a regular occurrence.
    This whole experience has been unacceptable.. I would have just been happy if they discounted my current purchase by 25%
