    My partner Mrs Maria LOUCAS submitted a complaint in writing dated 28th JANUARY 2016. To date we have had no response what so ever. Could please provide me with an address direct to the Managering Director so I can provide a copy letter and hopefully as response?

      It appear Ryan Air have absolutely NO interest in customers OR prospective customers??
      I tried to book flights, hotel and added a hire car. Not possible to enter my details when reaching the ..enter names etc. page? Tried for 35 minutes…frustrating! Sent e.mail to customer services at Ryan Air (this just be a made up name because they do not provide a service …and do not recognise the term ‘CUSTOMER’ or do not comprehend the concept of providing ‘CUSTOMERS’ with and ACTUAL SERVICE!
      I have heard this aril in are CRAP (to quote a phrase) and as a result of my experience I am now of the same opinion.
      Rather pay double the costs to trVel tan EVER even consider using this company.

    I would appreciate someone to reply to my correspondence instead of an automated reply. I registered a complaint in January and all I
    have is one automated reply. Do Ryanair really care about their customers?

      I actually received a reply…totally ignored the details of my complaint and advised me on the use of my computer and the storage size of my memory!!!!
      Once again..I sincerely agree with common consensus and believe this is a CRAP company, with USELESS employees!
      I would be embarrassed to admit I was an employee..if I were one..which thankfully I am not, and I will ensure my children avoid this company lie, the plague …both for employment and leisure purposes.

    Someone booked a flight to Spain and used my credit card details. Sent a filled in form to Ryanair to claim my money back. They asked me for further information on booked flight??? which was not made by me, so I have no further information except for jn5m3g which appear as a description on my bank account. Is impossible for me to have any information as booking was not made by me! Ryanair can check their banking and find out who the booking was for and will see that it was not for me. And then give me my money back.
    But as yet have not heard anything from them after my reply to their email. I even supplied a copy of my bank account. Do they not know what is going on in their accounting and booking departments???

    I have problem with booking.your Air lines. Last 16 month ago someone use my Debit card book the flight Marrakech. With my card me and my wife name. When I receive the e mail form Rayain Airlain. I went to bank. They stop paying the money to. Now I book the flight few times on problem. Last few month now I can’t flay you Rayain Airlain. They stop me in airport. I don’t understand why? I’m traveling a lot because my business trip every month. I spook to fords department. They are not a helpful. This is my booking ref NMT95J.please I need help.this totally wrong direction. Thanks

    I have been trying very very hard to get the answer to a query about extra luggage allowance for medical supplies (recognised and diagnosed condition) I have phoned 4 times – cut off three times from Ryanair end.
    I have Live Chatted 8 times and been cut off 5 times now – they all have different answers to my problems though one gave me hope for a resolution but could not contact him again, another referred me to head office ( or so she said but nothing received yet from there) another told me I would have to pay £25 for luggage………..I asked for address to write to and was told that writing has “no value” to them and emails are important……but who do I email and get a reply?

    Dear Sir/madam,

    I have always praised ryanair for their great service having used your airline many times travelling from dinard to east midlands which have always been 100% perfect, however on my recent trip i was extremely dissatisfied with the journey.

    On August 4th on flight FR1653 we were firstly waiting for an hour past due departure time,then informed that the said flight had landed in Rennes & after another wait were told that we would all have to travel to Rennes by coach, then later told we were staying in Dinard while our plane was refuelled & cleaned then it would come to Dinard to pick us up. By this time people who were travelling to London on two Ryannair flights were arriving so the departure lounge was strewn with people either sitting all lying all over the floor!!!

    Whilst all this was going on my daughter had an email to say that i could change my flight or get a refund,not much point when i was sat at the airport & could not warrant the large taxi charge to return back home again.

    My brother was waiting at east midlands to collect me on the original flight arrival time & as a 76yr old lady travelling alone i do not own a mobile phone so could not contact him!! Due to the long wait for him at east midlands he had to pay £10 parking fee which did not go down too well.

    The journey back on flight FR1652 on 12th august was also delayed by about 30minutes also.I have booked for another trip to east midlands in October so hope there are no problems with that one!!!

    My booking ref was IURHSH.

    I am sure you can understand my frustration with this journey and as not to lose faith in Ryanair, it would be a nice gesture if i was to receive some sort of compensation or at least some discount for my next flight (if you dont ask you dont get! )

    I would have logged my complaint on your webpage but there was not enough room.

    To the head of board or someone in charge.

    Dear sir or madam,

    I’m a Swedish women now living in Edinburgh with my family. Before we moved here, we traveled from Rygge, Norway to Edinburgh approximately 5 times a year. Now since we moved here, we and all of our relatives and friends travels a lot more. Now Rygge airport is closing down and Ryanair don’t have any other airports in Norway or Sweden that has connections between Scotland or Uk!!
    I know that I’m just a small person in a very big airline cooperation, but why not consider Karlstad airport in Sweden for a new location. That would not only keep the passengers from Norway, but also because of the location, Ryanair would get all passengers from the south of Sweden connected with Scotland/Uk!

    But my question is;
    Is Ryanair going to relocate for Norwigien and Swedish passenger to be able fly to Scotland/Uk anywhere in Norway or Sweden soon?
    Please don’t hesitate to pass this forward to anyone in charge that might consider the possibility.

    I look forward to some response in this matter.

    I am aware of Ryanair news routes to Alicante and Malaga from Aberdeen Airport starting early next year. I was wondering what days of the week these will be and the departure times (and Ruturn Journey days/eparture times).

    Totally agree the attitude of the staff there to assist is appalling we travel quite often and we have never used this airline before and i can assure you we will never be using it again. trying to speak to customer services was told to use the website then they hung up. there was an error on surname there error and I was told we had to pay £25.00 for them to correct my surname.I have never come across this with any other airline i would nor recommend and defiantly never use them again

    One of the racist security guards ( boarding card checker ) I found when I was flying from Barcelona to London ! They don’t want to believe my British passport because my place of is Bangladesh ! When I have came home I had reported to Spain embassy , uk home office also spoken with Ryanair’s customer service UK. Although, they apologise but it’s not good enough

    I have a query n really want to get my money back. I was meant to travel with Ryanair with my son age 5. As I was checking in one of the staff said my passport have to valid for 3 months and my validation was just 2 days off the period,which was never stated when I bought tickets online. I am really disappointed more over my son who is a British citizen. I was.only going for 2 days. I would like to get a refund pls

    29AUG2016 at airside Stansted Airport ready to Boarding the following scenery took place:
    As disable wheel-chair user, my wife and carer pushed me in convoy with other passenger with Special Assistance need to the front left side of Flight FR3131 with take off: 17:10 to Paphos. I sad in this area for about 2-3 minutes waiting for staff to place me on Air-Bridge, my wheel-chair was suddenly pushed forward without any warning. This making me putting both feet to the ground ad shouted out: “Hallo, what’s going on”? and male from behind shouted: “What’s the matter with you”! I replied: “Don’t you talk to me like that”, and he to this replied: “What is the matter with you”? my reply: “Nothing is the matter with me, I’m just been pushed by someone I don’t know and seems not to know where to go”. The male person then walked away and left me sitting on the air site. The whom I now know to be from OmniServ Air-bridge staff, he deemed, by my action and wording to be unruly, disruptive and he instigated me denying of boarding. My wife and I being offloaded from the Air-bridge, humiliated taken back to the luggage reclaim.
    It has taken 10 months to internal investigate this incident left me feel left down, degraded as a person, humiliated and out of pocket for Hotel, and cancellation for car hire.
    Just a warning: Nothing has been done, be aware, next time it could be you. Shame on Ryan Air denying any responsibility.
