    I have lodged a number of complaints in regards to my Sony Xperia z3 compact mobile phone in the 2015 in has been back to the Sony repair centre 3 times to replace the back screen which I have paid for,now after removing the phone from my pocket it has gained a hairline crack in the front screen. I contacted Xperia support on the 19 November it took them a week to contact me by the response I got from them they never read my email properly or can not be bothered to help customers that buy Sony products

    I find it a disgrace that a Sony product fails in this way in a short amount of time the phone coast me alot of money and I do not believe that Sony are not aware of the problem with the phone screen cracking it has even been on watchdog,

    The phone has been a let down and at the price Sony charge for the handset it is a disgrace and customer service is a huge disappointment I would like to hear a manager view on this ASAP as I am having to use an old Sony Xperia z1 phone. Instead of my z3 compact

    I have been try to send a Complaint to Sony regarding the PS4 which I purchased for my Grandchild from John Lewis.

    Follows summary of events :-

    I have purchased a PS4 Model number CUH 1216A is this now the latest model ?


    As already stated I purchased your PS4 however unlike all the advertising it apparently does not come with the Stand. (well this is what John Lewis have advised)

    JL advise they relied on Sony to show their customer’s what they were purchasing !

    If JL are correct why are Sony not showing/advertising the PS4 correctly ?
    My grandchildren had asked for the Xbox One but I thought the PS4 was far more practical, as it could also be used on its side, thus saving space.
    Kindly reply soonest as I will then decide what to do with this PS4, many thanks

    If you take the time to read my Complaint you will see that the retailer (JOHN LEWIS) is blaming Sony

    I accept your dept. may not be able to help with my complaint so can you please forward onto the complaints dept. within Sony or advice me their email address as I cannot find same on Sony Web site.

    I then phoned 02078595000 spoke with lady explained my complaint and requested to be put through to somebody who could help. She advised somebody would phone me in 2 to 3 working days. I was not happy with this response so I asked for a email address, she advised I would have to just wait for a call. By this time I was extremely frustrated at the way Sony was treating me and yes I did let it show, Sony then just put the phone down.
    I then phoned 01932816000, lady listened to my Complaint then advised her Sony office unable to assist but she would put me through to a Manager who might be able to guide me. Reiterated my Complaint yet again and the chap gave me CALL REF;- 151201003591.
    I then re dialed 01932816000 and explained the last person was unable to assist was there any other avenues to put my Complaint in writing, again I was transferred to the same chap I had already spoken with, this chap spoke with somebody in PS and intern advised me somebody from PS would telephone me in 24 working hours (WHICH IS FAR BETTER THAN WAITING FOR 2 TO 3 WORKING DAYS)

    5 December 2015 at 11.41 hrs.
    I received a call from PlayStation Support Consumer relations Specialist Liam.
    Reiterated all the above to Liam and I felt he was trying to assist me, however at the time he was not able to advise me which dept. within Sony I should contact !

    chuks kenneth is my name. i have a serious challenge with my Sony xperia sp. the serial number-CB51242FQT, IMEI-35660405-076084-1. THE PROBLEM IS , the fone just went off. to turn it on it will show Sony n go off again. i dont know what to do, i gave it to two (2) good technicians they could not find solution to it . please help.

    For the attention of the CEOS

    I am writing to express my dismay and disappointment with the lack of customer service provided by your company. On 15 May 2015, we purchased a Sony Bravua television. Everything was in perfect working order until Wednesday 8 June 2016. When I went into the lounge there was a red flashing light on the front of the television. We contacted the shop where we purchased the televisions from and they suggested that we contact Sony direct. Unfortunately on my first call I had insufficient information for the operative to help me. I assumed that as we had returned the 5 year extended warranty your company would be able to locate me via my personal details. I called back on the Friday and spoke to a very pleasant lady who was unable to locate the extended warranty and suggested that I took my television to a Sony approved repair centre which would have taken me approximately an hour to drive to. I tried to explain that this was not acceptable and that a year guarantee does not mean anything. Any product that is purchased is supposed to be fit for the purpose that it was sold for a reasonable amount of time. Surely Sony expect their televisions to be in full working order for well over a year. I would point out that our first Sony television was purchased in the early 80s (a Trinitron) and I am sure if we still owned it,it would still be going strong. Prior to owning the Bravia we owned a very large old fashioned television that was at least 12 years old. It was my intention to keep it until it died of old age. Stupidly I allowed myself to be badgered into buying a new television and the outcome come is that less than 13 months later I have a television that is not fit for purpose. I returned my extended warranty in good faith and I am very sorry that you have not been able to trace it, bearing in mind the age of my television you would think that common sense would have been applied and that the set would have either been replaced or repaired. I have been advised that most televisions automatically have a 2 year warranty. I look forward to your prompt reply and hopefully an outcome that is satisfactory to me

    My son has just finished his degree in French and Japanese studies, having spent some time in Tokyo as part of his course. He is expected to get a ‘first’ in his degree and has successfully applied to the university of Oxford for his Master of Studies in Japanese studies. As both my wife and myself are both retired he is trying to get some sponsorship in order to continue with his studies, but does not know who to contact. The article in question is a song disc and the assistant in the shop who took it in hopes of a repair being carried out was Stella. Possibly she went to another Sony location. Project Search is a programme which is to train young adults with Learning disability’s how to work in a working Enviroment. You could contact a Organiseation called Action on Disability to ask them if they have any job coache’s avalible.     Please pass this to Kate Marsh – vice President of Broadcast Sony Movies for Freeview Channel.
    I have noticed when watch the movies one thing is missing there is no subtitles for us Deaf people – while you enjoy watching these movies hearing roar/spoken words and bang or explosions. But for me I hear nothing the reason that I am DEAF- There are approx 3 millon of deaf people in UK unable to hear the films. I know these films have already show by other channels – ITV BBC CHANNEL 4 and 5 etc IN SUBTITLES. So please put it on for us enjoy equal as hearing people to read/ hear. I am looking forward to your view or comment why you can’t do it. Simple test for you look your Sony movies is to turn off the sound and put cotton wool in your ears and try to follow the movies- then you will how we feels left out.

    I have the Sony DVD/BLURAY Player, Model BDP-S1100. Could you please send me a picture of the back of the player, the right hand side half if possible? If you are not able to could you please confirm for me how many types of number with 5 or more digits in there are from the centre of the back of product right to the very end of the back right hand side of box. So from centre screw to the screw on the far right hand side. Random query I know but it is for piece of mind that’s all.

    I need to have the address of your head office so that I can issue a notice of intention to make a small claims court over the rejection of my repairs request as per your own letter dated 26th January 2016 to the phone company at North Walsham. I have set out my complaint in letters to Sony Repairs at Ashford Kent and to the Technology Centre at Pen Coed. Neither have had the decency to reply. I do have certificate of posting. I have had problems with the phone since purchasing it – one item which I have a record of was the failure of the original charger unit which you replace. On the latest issue your reference is Service Request 1 – 35651241862. To make it clear, what I now require is your head office address – I have simply lost patience with your company’s ability to deal and communicate properly.

    I also intend to take the matter up with Trading Standards, my MP Norman Lamb and a suitable consumer affairs programme. I intend to sue for £250 [cost of phone] and 6 hours of administration at £18 per hour = £108 plus the cost of the court £50 giving a current total of £408.
