    Hi, I recently purchased a large bottle of Joop from your Watford store in Herts for £25-00 put it was substandard as the aroma wore of immediately. I took the product back to the shop and complained. The female manageress agreed with me that something was not up to standard and offered me a refund. I instead wished to purchase a large bottle of Aramis as a replacement, the Aramis had a price of £61-00. The price of the Joop was taken off of the Aramis so I paid £37-00. I was also given a free Aramis bag for my inconvenience (which I did not wish to have but took it) Once at home I found that the Aramis was also substandard by virtue that the sent went immediately after application. I returned to the store the next day and complained to the manageress who had sold me the item. She the stated that she needed the free Aramis bag back before refunding my money, fortunately I had the bag in the boot of my car and returned to the shop with it. The manageress checked the bag over, it would appear that she was trying to find some fault, however she did not. I offered my debit card to her where upon she said it was not signed, reminded her that I had made two purchases with the same card and she never mentioned that at the time, having proved who I am by other cards, she the refunded me £37-00. I informed her that having returned the faulty Joop I should be refunded the full amount of £61-00 because I would be out of pocket by £25-00. I tried to explain that had I returned the Joop and had a refund I would have got my £25-00 back but she did not seem to understand the maths or did not wish to.

    I am very disappointed with your staff member as she does not do your company credit, she put every obstacle in my way and not only embarrassed me but other people in the shop hearing the conversation.

    I wish to be reimbursed for the £25-00
