I’m a freelance journalist and have written a couple of pieces which may be of interest to the features editor.
Does The Times accept freelance pieces and if so, what’s the best way of contacting the features editor?

I am a Times subscriber of many years I would like to express my utter disappointment that the Times chose not to lead with Hillborough story.
I know that the second edition does There is no reason for me to go into why except to say that a great debt is owed to those Liverpool supporters and others who for a very long time to put the Injustice right God Bless them

Shame on you! I support neither female candidate for the leadership of the Tory party but Rachel Sylvester’s article was mean and an obvious attempt to blacken Andea Leadsom’s name, as the paper had already come out in favour of Theresa May.
ALSO the piece about Stephen Crabb was unnecessary. What repercussions will there be in his family? This is no better than tabloid reporting. Had I wanted this type of news I would have bought a different paper.
I am that thinking about cancelling my subscription.

Re your Magazine article: So it’s ok to call fat people “beach body ready” but not slim ones?

  • D A August 4, 2016, 7:01 pm

    Dear Sir,
is it reasonable for 1,600 pounds to be ‘taken’ from a persons current (bank)
    account,when he/she is in his/her fifties and just starting a position ‘on-a-bike’–
to be told that they have to wait 21-26 days for a review and then know whether they
get their money back.this money was to either ‘get back on the road’ or help me move.
i have no money left now.the bank calls this network fraud!
    Mr D.A.

i just wanted to write a suggestion which would
make life fair in the new brexit world
can we have blue passports for the leavers
with chips inside which mean they have to get visas
    to go to the continent
and the remainers stay with the red passports
and have visa free travel to the continent
this way every one gets what they want

I know none of his family and am anxious to attend his funeral. As he was very well known in the Art world I am assuming there will be an anouncement in the Times and I would be very grateful if you could let me know so that I may get a copy ,Thank you Michael Miles 01379586277/07768755342

For the seventh successive time I have to report the drop down dialog which enables those who think they have completed the ST concise crossword which does not allow any input. You confirmed this when I phoned you and your own IPad showed the same fault. Evidently you still haven’t done anything about it. My iPad works faultlessly on the concise crossword every weekday

Just picked up our copy of the Saturday Times and very disappointed that there is absolutely no mention of the England netball win against Jamaica in Manchester last night. Pages of men’s sport, but nothing on the game being played by thousands of women of all ages around the country this weekend 🙁

  • Graham Russell December 18, 2016, 4:17 pm

Worcester City Council is allowing the building of houses in an area where one property is already surrounded by floodwater when the River Severn floods. The Council is allowing houses to be built where they have previously stipulated bungalows. Data says the site area is not effected by flood, local residents with experience contradict this. Global warming can only make the matter worse.

  • M I Smith January 27, 2017, 1:28 am

My son was diagnosed with testicular cancer at the age of 27 years and after extreme chemotherapy is now in remission. You can imagine the trauma this has caused but he at least had time to bank sperm before starting chemo. This week he has been sent a letter saying he is to be charged £300 per year to keep the sperm frozen. I think this is outrageous after twelve months fighting a serious illness and slowly building himself up to return to work this is like a slap in the face, some lads really struggle to work afterwards and now they are faced with the bill. This cancer has a big impact on every aspect
of there lives both physically and mentally and they should not be treated in this manner.
I would be grateful to The Times if an article was written on this situation please.
    Many thanks
    Michelle Smith

In general we in the uk are not optimistic about the future, particularly the young. There are brilliant new businesses but how many readers or people
glance at headlines know this because all this news is in business sections, eg the company in Wales making chips . People are worried about jobs and this news might give them hope.

On Countryfile today there was an European immigrant and a fisherman getting disafected teenagers to repair a boat. All over the country good things happen. I am from the south but I was very proud of the people in Manchester and their outlook on not to be beaten

I blame the press for a huge amount of despondency and the nasty feeling that it is helping the country make for the bottom instead of inspiring us towards a brighter future at this difficult time

I tried twice two e-mail to the Times, but received only the usual machine reply of too many e-mails.
Can you give me the postal address of the editorial service that would accept information (break through) on etherons the smallest particles in the Universe, predicted by Prof. dr.
