    I ordered a pair of high-waisted ponte leggings from TopShop about a month ago. When I ordered them online, I was a new member and the price of them at the time was $35 but being a new member, I tried to apply the 10% discount but it never processed even after emailing the people I was supposed to email to have it process. But that doesn’t matter much to me because it was a few dollars off. The pants came quickly which was great! But after about having them for a couple weeks and wearing then after 3 times, they started to fall apart where the band is. I wasn’t upset about that because I could just cut whatever fringes there were. A little upsetting but I thought it was tolerable and not that big of a deal. Then after having them after a month and wearing them less than 10 times, the part where the band and the top of the pant leg met where they were sewn, ripped. I was definitely upset about that. Especially after dropping $35 on pants that I wore less than 10 times. They were extremely comfortable, but I was definitely not very enthused about them ripping.

    I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes/sandals recently, only to find they are to small in the length? I am a size 8, always have been, feet haven’t grown, old shoes still fit. My daughter, who is a size 7, tried both shoes on to find they fit her?
    Can I suggest you contact your suppliers and ask them not to scrimp on materials to save money, it only leads to disgruntled customers (especially if they pay for home delivery.)
    And why I’m having a moan, please supply more size 8 shoes (the true save 8!) women feet are getting bigger, and only suppling one size 8 per shop, per style is not enough. There is a demand, if you don’t sell enough its because you don’t supply enough?

    Hayes lombardy ret park outfit complaint.

    Today I went to the hayes topman but I was really disappointed by the behaviour of the staff named PIA. She was literally rude with me. She told me that I have been dropping all the shirts on the floor. I told her that by mistake I only dropped one. She rudely told me that I have been watching you as u were dropping shirts. I was offended by her behaviour as she told onlyme and not anyone else. She should have spoken with me politely instead of being rude

    I buy jeans from the tall section as I am6ft tall but the jeans always seem to rip at the top of the thigh area (under the bum) and im really annoyed as this has happened to at least to three pairs , im a student and these jeans arnt cheap , I feel they are poor quality and disappointed as topshop is a major high street retailer.
    Please advise as to what your response is

    Hello I have brought many pairs of top shop jeans and when I then wash them they go stretched and wrinkly I don’t agree that the price I have paid for all of these top shop Joni jeans are are correct for the quality that they should deliver, please get back to me it would be much appreciated. I don’t get any income so for me to buy topshop jeans is an expenses they are just the only ones that fit as I am very petite don’t get me wrong the jeans are lovely but after a weak and washed 1nce they go as I explained.     visited your merryhill store Merryhill shopping centre Dudley West Midlands on the 21st august . I was helped by a vary helpfull lady called Amelia she was vary helpfull and had brilliant customer service something vary rare these days . She helped me find what i was looking for some white callots trousers which i loved i would just like to say she is a asset to your store i will deffinatley be returning again to shop in your store many thanks Mrs Claire Clee

    I have a teenager that ordered an item that does not fit and for months have tried by telephone. and email to open the account to get the return information. The jeans were shipped to our home without any account information and a since sheet that had return info and have no way to get the return label or address information to return the item. Hours have been spent to find the account number used to no avail.When listing her email address and name, address, city, and state without the account number it won’t process. The email sabrinalynn11@gmail and Sabrina Smith,1827 Key Way Dr., Dubuque, Iowa 52002 is the info used and the purchase is on a credit card.. I need help to get the correct information to send this pair of boyfriend jeans back for refund asap.. The shipping label has alot of numbers however have no way of knowing if any are the account number. THERE WAS NO INVOICE INCLUDED IN THE SHIPMENT

    We went into your Top Shop branch in Preston to purchase jeans my daughter had seen on line. We were told the jeans could only be purchased on line and not in store so the store checked on their system to order and after half an hour of trying due to glitches they said they were having in the system they managed to order the jeans. I had got the jeans delivered to the store as I didn’t want my daughter being in if they came to the house. I had told the assistant they were for my 14 year old daughter for Christmas and asked about the sizes as I wasn’t sure whether to get 27 or 28 waist, she informed me they were really stretchy and the sizes were deceiving so we went for the 27. I collected from your store took home and wrapped for Christmas. My daughter was really excited when she opened them Christmas morning and was going to wear them for our family outing, however to her dismay she realised they were maternity. I was so livid as the only thing my daughter had asked for was a pair of converse and these jeans. It was heart breaking to see the excitement change to sadness. I am disgusted that a simple order was screwed up and that you spoilt Christmas for my daughter. I hope you still have these jeans in stock they are the khaki Joni jeans in a size 27 waist 32 leg. I look forward to an early response and resolution on this matter.

    I bought a dress ( 10s21l BLE) 5045436823231 from the Top shop store in Leeds , Trinity branch on the 12.2.17 at approximately 11.00am. Unfortunately it doesn’t suit so I was wanting to return it and get my money back but unfortunately I haven’t received an invoice/ receipt as promised. I have tried to get through to you by phone for n customer services but to no avail as they he lines are always busy!
    Can you please therefore email another copy of the receipt?

    I bought some clothes from Topshop months ago and they never showed up. Finally I received a call from customs saying that my packages did not contain the right paperwork to be able to enter the country and that I would have to pay double the price of shipping that I had already paid to get my packages. I decided to refund my order which took about a month to do so. After that I have only received a refund for one of my packages and not the other one. I have been trying to contact the company about it but they refuse to talk to me. Topshop, such a big company, is so cheap when it come to 1,500 yuan.

    Hi,
    I bought some maternity under the bump jeans and took the swing ticket and back sewn on ticket to try them on. On first fit they felt OK but second time round when I put them on to go out they were really uncomfortable and dug in to my bump when I sat down, which can’t be very good for the baby. I only wore them for ten minutes and decided they were just too uncomfortable. Only problem is I had already thrown away my receipt and the swing ticket! I ordered them on line so only tried them on briefly when I first received them, feeling they would be ok I didn’t think to hang on to receipt or swing tickets. It was only the second time I tried them that I realised I’m just not going to be able to wear them.
    I understand I will not be able to get a full refund but is there any chance I could pop in to the Oxford street store and exchange them for another maternity item?
