    I tried some outfits on in Topshop Oxford Circus on Saturday morning (13th August) and think that I lost my gilt bangle with tiny diamante and wondered if it might have been handed in. Not valuable just sentimental value.

    I would like to praise one of your shop staff at Southampton above bar branch for her very helpful service and professional attitude when I was in the shop on the 19.12.2016 her name is Jess T, not only did she go looking for an item from the stockroom but also helped in arranging a del for us for our granddaughters gift, once again we wish all staff were as helpful whatever shop we use

    Please help,me with a complaint I have about a jumper.
    I purchased a new jumper to wear to a Christmas party as I always get very cold and can’t wear beautiful little dresses.
    It is cream with long open sleeves at the tip and has lots of big clusters of jewels. It is beautiful but sadly after just one wear it’s ruined as the sleeves constantly get caught in the jewels on the body. What should I do? Who do I speak to? It was around £40 or £45. Quite expensive for one use?

    I purchased a packet of mens boxer pants in Leicester top shop – I have the receipt – the assistant told me as I was unsure of the size I needed, that it would be OK to come back and replace. When I returned this week – I was told by another lady that top shop policy is that ‘there are no umderwear returns’ – If I had have known that in the first place I may have made a different choice and I was wrongly advised, so not at all happy.     I am making a complaint about service at your Bluewater Store. I popped in today to treat myself to a pair of jeans. It was at 1.30 pm so you would still have lunchtime shoppers. There was only 1 person on the tills. I was third in queue. The first customers had obviously ordered online for collection. The sales assistant took ages going through receipts etc before leaving the till to go out to a back room to find parcels. I kept my patients as the next person only had a couple of things. But once the first customer was finally finished. The next customer produced receipts. Same rigmarole all over again. I ended up putting jeans back on rail and leaving shop. May I note that there was another member of staff floating around the till area who saw the queue forming but did nothing. I don’t usually complain but was gutted I didn’t end up with my jeans, but really felt my blood start to boil. Not well organised at all .

    Good afternoon,
    I recently purchased a dress from the Topshop website and requested that this be delivered to the shop here in Barrow in furness Cumbria. Unfortunately the dress I ordered for my friends sons wedding was not the right colour. The packaging contained a leaflet explaining that I could simply return the dress to the shop and it would be sorted for me. I was informed by the staff that this couldn’t be sorted by them as it wasn’t a top shop dress and was directed to the post office. The post office refused to sort this also as they said there should’ve been return stickers and packaging. I returned to the shop and was told I had to contact you and sort this out myself. I am profoundly deaf and it is impossible for me to use the telephone and I asked if they could sort it for me but she said they couldn’t. I have left the dress with the shop as I really felt I had been inconvenienced enough and felt I had bought the dress in good faith from top shop. I have shopped in local and shops around the country for many years and have never had this problem in the past. I have breast cancer and nerve damage resulting in my limited ability to run around which is why I ordered on line this time. I wonder if you could kindly look into this for me please. Thank you

    am written to explain how disappointed and unfairly I have been treated by your team members, on the Friday afternoon I went into topship York copper gate to buy a dress for that night, after purchasing just under £100 of goods I got home to get ready to go out as I put my dress on I realised they had left the security tag on so was very annoyed I could wear the dress I bought.
    The following morning I phoned a member of your customer service team and explaining what happen as I live in a little village it was a bit of travel for me to get back to the shop so they assured me if I went up to the same shop to get it tag removed they would reimburse me my petrol and parking money, the lady I spoke to on the phone said they would ring and let them know the situation when I got back to the store, the floor supervisor abruptly told me she can’t do anything and the customer service team had nothing to do with the shop so I could not be reimbursed on the phones I had spent going back up there twice I feel very ripped off as being a single mother with two kids and tried very unfairly.
    So that night I contacted your customers server be team again and spoke to a man who said he would contact the store and get to the bottom of this, I was told he would call me back before 2oclock on Monday but as yet to hear from anybody I am very mad about this as I spend over £200 a month in your stores and feel unappreciated as a customer and very embarrassed how I have been dealt with, I have spend over £25 pound on petrol and parking for a dress worth £25 this is very unfair as I was told to go back to the same store to get my travel and parking back, now the next time I visit a store I will take back all my good and not return to your shops again, I work in customer service myself and know how to deal with people in the correct manner I would like a reply because I will take this

    Very poor service. Impossible to get through. After waiting half an hour a week ago to get through I was told the matter would be dealt with and he (Amar) would get back to me in 24-48 hours. This was over a week ago.
