    Approximately 15 months ago I purchased another Toshiba Satellite laptop, having had a satellite before and found to be very good, I am rather disappointed with this one, media player stooped working (although when checked says working properly) keeps dropping WiFi connection, will not let me connect to WiFi printer with out disconnecting other WiFi, when on the internet message says this page not available yet working on old laptop and iPad, the broadband speed is high as on fiber. I am getting more and more frustrated with this laptop and considering dumping for another make,overall very disappointed.I am away for the next 10 days so will be out of contact.

      We have a Toshiba HDD/DVD Video Cassette Recorder ( purchased 2009)
      which has been very satisfactory, but recently it switched itself off
      and since then, I am not able to get the EPG Menu Guide and only
      observe a blank blue screen on the television.

    I purchased a Toshiba WT8-A-102 Tablet in late 2014. We used it for four months abroad from Nov 2014 to March 2015, and now from Nov2015 to date. Two days ago it stopped working completey and got very warm.
    We are abroad again and can’t do anything about this till we return in March 2016.
    We just thought it would be righ to register the problem with you for now.

    I wish to return this item purchased from Amazon on 19th
    August. When working it was fine but the computer is very unreliable. Charging second battery took up to 3 days initially. At times it would not switch on then an hour later worked. Now despite
    days of charging I cannot get it to switch on. There have been
    no accidents with the machine. Always in a protective case.

    Bought a toshiba laptop last week, L50-C-1H1. Advertising Skullcandy sound system. What a lot of rubbish, sound system tinny, no bass, mid range not good, treble ok. No equalisor. Extra bass boost when activated makes no difference at all. Even when I use external 2.1 computer sound system with sub-woofer there is no difference in sound at all. I should have kept my old system which was ten times better than this. A waste of four hundred pounds. Don’t buy this product, it is extremly inferior to what else is on the market. Shop around. Skullcandy are not as good as they would like to think they are. Very dissapointed indeed.

    I have a Toshiba satellite C50-B -14D laptop. I haven’t charged it for a week and I have just charged it and I have left my laptop to charge up and I switched it on unfortunately whenever I want to use it the laptop keeps restarting when I turn it back on and goes to sleep and the screen is blank whn it restarts

    I bought a dvd player about 6 months ago. Not used it much and now it won’t recognise any disk that’s in it. I can’t find the receipt. I’m really not happy that after so little use and in such a short space of time it had stopped working
    I definable won’t be buying Toshiba again now. Very disappointed

    Hi, I have a Toshiba TV, model no. 40BV701B. I live in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Whilst re-tuning the TV channels, they all came in but there is a problem with the RTE channels. I have sound but no picture and a message on screen “video not supported”. I have an RTE aerial and had a perfect reception with my previous TV. Any help would be much appreciated. Regards. Gerry

    Please can you help tv has stopped working sent it to be checked to the local tv repair shop, report was that the screen has failed and stopped working, really disappointed with the performance with only having the tv since 05/08/2012 we had this tv cause of the spec the model is 46TL 963 can you help thanks chris

    Hi

    I wonder if you can help, I purchased a 40″ Smart Toshiba TV just under a year ago.
    On Saturday the picture just went although sound is still there and I can still control Sky through the TV.
    Can you help or give me advice. I am not happy as you can imagine as its a fairly new TV and it was not cheap!!

    hello. i’m a from africa in burundi and i’m a student at hope africa university in medicine department, and this is my 7th year of studies in medicine and i’m about to perform my doctorate thesis.
    i like toshiba and his services especialy your laptops. My country is an under developped one and it’s very difficult to buy a laptops by hisself. I get the same problem. i’m about to perfom my doctorate but i never had my own laptop. I don’t need a sophisticated laptop. just a laptop to help me perfom my thesis. even though the laptop is no longer useful for you it can be useful for me.

    I purchased a Toshiba laptop c55-c-1m9 in December 2015. I only had it for 3 months when I had to take it back with hardware problems, they replaced the computor. I had to take the new computor back in July as someone had put malware on it, even though I had a virus protection installed on that computor it didn’t work.
    I just took the same computor back to the store again with hardware problems, I told them that I would like a refund because there is something obviuosly wrong with this brand of computor and they told me that I could not have one. If I was living in America I would have had no problem in getting a refund and don’t understand why your company does not have the same fair rules over here.
    I will be taking this to fair trade company Which? and I will be putting it out there to consumers not to buy to Toshiba products as when you have problems, that are not your fault and beyond your control Toshiba doesn’t care about you because they already have your money.

    I bought a Toshiba Satellite laptop on september 2015 in UK, when the power plug is removed it shuts down instantly even though the battery is replaced for 2 times and i gave it to their own service personnel but they took almost 4 weeks, useless laptop..

    Hi i bought a laptop less then two years ago toshiba satellite C55-A-1HL .
    Now onthe laptop screen it comes upwith harddrive problem. Save documents everything well delete if you dont backup. Something like that. As i am still under 2 years warranty can they help. It also says on the screen to contract the company. Is there a free number that i can contact them on.

    Purchased Toshiba lap top PC world May 2015, went back keys fell off. Just visited PC World as laptop stopped working. Told requires new hard drive, at cost of £130. No more Toshiba products will put the£130 towards new
    one not Toshiba. Lap top used for homework for grandchildren. Good by.

    just tried to phone custermer care here in uk says its open 24×7 on your page but this is not true im trying to open wifes laptop but i cannot get passed login as microsft did upgrades on friday night and it says pin and login details are wrong she as used same login details since she got the laptop as its still in warrantry thought i would get intouch with toshiba my phone number is 02380 333 137 thanks phone after 1pm please

    I have a toshiba laptop.first of all the screen pixilated and it went away for repair.It came back painfully slow,often not allowing me to type in the bing search box.Then it wouldn’t light up.After several telephone repairs which were all very temporary it eventually went back again.Ater four weeks I got it back even slower than before and now it wont light up again.And guess what.Its out of warranty. The customer service number no longer allows you to speak to anyone but tells you to go on line on your laptop that doesn’t work.Its taught me an important lesson.DON’T BUY TOSHIBA

    I would like some clarity as to why Toshiba would charge £800 to fix a laptop and if declined would state that we either pay £80 to have it returned or £30 to have it destroyed. It would seem that whatever option taken there is a cost to the customer despite the warranty. Very disappointed by the lack of customer service.
