    I returned a cloth that i bought on the 20th of may to your shop in lake side chafford hundred on the 28th of may 2016. The day i bought the dress it has no tag but one of the sales girls sold it to me anyway. When i returned it, the manager of the store accused me of cheating. She said she can smell washing powder on the dress,she was so rude, she refused to give me back my money. I was destroyed because i never wore the cloth and for a manager to be laying such an accusation on someone without concrete evidence was beyond me. What made it worst was that all this was happening right in front of my children. I can not be stupid enough to bring back used cloth to the shop to disgrace myself in front of my family. I left the cloth with her and left the shop in tears, couldn’t believe what had just happened. I called your customer service to report the incident which they managed to resolve after talking to the manager. I was told to go back to the store and take my refund which is nice . I still need to make out time to do so as i live far from lake side. I still want an appology from that manager which if I don’t receive, I will be pressing charges against her and wallis for false accusation so she can then prove to me how she came to the conclusion that the dress was washed and Brought back to the shop. She is not a good manager and do not know anything about customer service.

    this is not a complaint for Wallis. But i went to BHS store on Saturday and wanted to purchase a garment from your Wallis range that was not in the sale may i add. On payment i was informed no refund only exchange. i did not take the garment. when i questioned this she said due to administration. How much sales profit are you losing because of this. I can assure you i am not the only one not purchasing. Thank you

    I have contacted Wallis via email (as I have photos to upload) but haven’t heard a thing back in over 2 weeks. I bought a gorgeous pair of boots that simply fell apart at the seems and it was a bit of an H&S issue as I tripped over and then had to drive home bare footed. Can you let me have the right email address so I can send my photos just in case this is a faulty product. I miss the boots but am loath to buy another pair just in case.

      Please could I have the email address too as I am not happy with a pair of trousers that ripped when I wore them for the 1st time. I am 30 minutes from the nearest store so can’t get there.

        I was a regular shopper at Wallis in Huddersfield and now very disappointed that we no longer have one , like several of my friends and colleagues, is there any plans to open another Wallis in Huddersfield as it is greatly missed !!!!!!

    Today I bought a top from Wallis which was £35, when I came back home I was looking on the Wallis website to buy anyother item of clothing as I had seen something I liked but wasn’t in my size in the shop, however I saw the top which I bought today but it was now reduced to £28. Would you be able to tell me if I could get the money back for the difference please ? The product code is 201555017. Thank you.

      I tried on an evening dress in the Bournemouth store today. It was lovely in black and silvery glitter material. I feel strongly that items made in this material should be withdrawn from sale immediately on health and safety grounds. Having tried the dress on the changing room floor was covered in glitter particles and so was I. I complained to the assistant that it was unwearable and was told it would wear off when washed!! I still have glitter particles all over my face and body having returned home. If these particles were to go into the eyes this could cause a real problem and is potentially very dangerous.

    I paid for next day delivery and 3days later still not received my order and every time i try calling no one available to take your call My advice is never pay for next day delivery as you will not receive it next day I am very disappointed with the service as it is never available .

      I ordered two dresses 3weeks ago and only received the money for one of the dresses the other dress is the black orchid overlay dress for 50.00 which I am still waiting for the refund I am really dissapointed with the service from Wallis please advise.

    I cannot shop with Wallis again as Debenhams NEVER have anything in stock.
    I f you order online you cannot return to a Wallis concession, so it is ridiculous and you have now lost someone who buys a lot of Wallis clothes (used to anyway) YOU NEED TO SORT THIS OUT!!!!!!

    I ordered a top last week account no 315466020 was emailed the next day to say it was out of stock but wouldn’t be charged but I was!!!! I was also told to order something else 315598726 and I wouldn’t be changed for postage just put in express15 which I did, but was charged for postage. Could you reply please.

      Ordered top 315466020 you emailed next day said it was out of stock I would not be charged but I was!!!!! I then ordered another top 315598726 you said type code express15 and I wouldn’t be charged postage but I was!!!! Please could you put MY money back in MY account. Thank you.

    I ordered 2 items to be delivered to Spain. Your Wallis web site states that they were dispatched on the 26.11.2016. I leave for the U.K. on the 17th and I have not received the goods. Order 313342463. What happens if they do not arrive as I wanted them for Christmas and will not be returning to Spain for a month. Regards, Lorrain

    I returned an item via my Hermes parcel shop at the Premier stores Cuddington Northwich on the 4th December ..

    To date it hasn’t been credited to my account.The Order number is 313179002 for 2 jumpsuits total value £88 .
    .I have a My Hermes return slip code P8547014 but am unable to track it using this.

    Please can you advise if you have received my returns and if not what I do next.

    I was given a gift voucher for Christmas and as I live in Southampton our Wallis is in Debenhams why will they not accept my voucher they told me it’s because they rent the space. This seems ridiculous as this is the only store I can get to as I do not drive you are loosing sales because of this rule. I am not a very happy customer

    Returned my item by my hermes on 7th December to date I still haven’t received my refund.
    I have my hermes tracking number which is P6563275.
    to make matters worse, wallis do not provide an email for you to contact them only a customer service number which is have rang 3 times over the last 2 weeks… you get an answerphone message that just said they are busy and unable to take your call and then lin e gets cut off…. what kind of customer service is this…..
    if I don’t hear anything within the next week I will contact my bank and ask them to get my money back for me… I often shop online but not normally wallis…. I won’t be buying anything from wallis in future.

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased a beautiful dress from wallis online just before Christmas.
    I wore it Christmas Day but the amount of glitter that came off it was unacceptable. It was everywhere!
    I decided to hand wash the dress as instructed but still it’s losing glitter like mad!
    Im very happy with the dress apart from the glitter problem! If it keeps coming off as it is it’s going to end up looking nothing like it shows do.
    Could you please advise?

    I saw a pair of mules advertised in mail on Sunday You Magazine. By Hannah Hughes. they were striped effect and looked like grey/white. Price 45.00. Sunday 29 Jan 2017.

    I purchased a dress from wallis clothing department within Debenhams store in Scunthorpe in December 2016. I have never complained about any of the numerous products I have purchased in the past. However, I feel I must tell you how disappointed I am regarding this purchase. The dress cost £45 and I have worn it once and shall not be able to wear again. The problem being the amount of glitter which comes off the dress it goes absolutely everywhere. I don’t know if it is a manufacturers problem or some other reason but I will definitely not be able to wear it ever again.
    I might as well have thrown £45 down the drain.
    I look forward to hearing from you with regards this complaint.

    Dear Sir, I loved these trousers for work so much that after I wore one pair out, I decided to buy 2 pairs the next time so I had a spare pair. However they cut my hours so much I was forced to find another job. This has left me with these brand new trousers that are surplus to requirements as I now have to wear a uniform. When I tried to take them back to Wallis (Tesco) in Roborough, Plymouth they wouldn’t accept them as I have no receipt.
    I can’t remember if I bought them there or if it was in Plymouth itself.
    As you can imagine I am keen to get some form of refund/credit note etc as the trousers were £30.00, an amount of money I can ill afford to lose.
    I was taken back by the curt manner of the Wallis member of staff at this store and found her extremely unhelpful. It left me thinking “I would rather not shop here if you are going to treat customers with that attitude”.
    Please could you suggest how I may receive some kind of help with returning these.

    I did try sending this to an email of yours but itt came back that it was undeliverable. I had attached photo’s in this email too so you could have traced the product.

    I bought a bag of yours at BHS 2 years ago. I can’t get on with it. It opens during use. If I have it on my shoulder the clasp opens and pinches my skin. If I carry in the crook of my arm , it opens up. I have used it maybe 7 or 8 times. Should have complained long ago. It was bought at the store in Nottingham Broad Marsh centre. How did this design pass quality control? I am very disappointed with handbag.

    I have just been in the Wallis store in castle point bournemouth,
    While I was there I was appalled to hear two members of staff one who mentioned to the other member of staff that she was store manager slating another member of staff that obviously was not there.
    I know this kind of behaviour happens but it’s not professional and it’s bullying.
    I walked away and ten minutes later when I returned they were both still at it talking about there colleges.
    If you like to investigate more the time was approximately 9:30am on the 12 July and from what I could see they were the only members of staff on duty.

    I have always shopped at wallis not any more, sent back a dress never heard anything back about it. I have tried to get through on costomer service phone number no joy waited an hour on hold, so no I won’t be shopping there ever again.

    Hi I need to send a dress back that I got online ,order no 344253465. I have spent 2 hours trying to acces yor returns portal for the address to print label address to post item back. It will not let me do this and brings me to parcel motel, there are no parcel motels in my town. Also I have rang customer service but there is a 20 minite wait as I am ringing from ireland I can not stay on phone this lenght. Could you please send me a return address so I can post back dress before the return date is up, regards lorraine cox
