we went to your cannock store on sunday lunch time to collect and pay for some bath waste pipe fittings and was told they had not got the ones we wanted in stock and the gentleman that served us had checked the computer and said you had nothing at birmingham either. but he did recomend that we went to plumbase and when we went there they wre closed as we guessed they would be being sunday i do use your store and also use tool station which is part of your company but come back to your store i will ask the question is it a store that buys in bulk and sell or is it a store that keeps the shelves topped up please do not tell me that these items were in great demand i will not rush to go to any of your stores in future a they are a joke see if you dare to put this message thrugh to the md

I have patented a new way to draw cables and pipes through walling but I am unable to find anyway to reach a your staff or buyers to demonstrate the device.

Been into store today and never been more frustrated , treated so badly, and threatened with exclusion just to show as deputy manager that he could, was it because I appeared at that time to be the only woman trader in there amongst 5 or more men or was it because I said I was going to twitter or contact the local radio where the jvs consumer show is on the air and available to anyone who feels they have a genuine grievance , I’m told this is exactly the kind of issue he will happily high light and deal with, Dunstable branch really let me down.

What is going on with the new branch in Anerley SE20. When this store when it first opened was so nice and the staff were so pleasant now it seems like it’s lacking in all areas there are customers wondering around not know what to do and where to find what they’re looking for. And the staff when you ask to speak to the manager are pretty much refusing to point you to the manager. Are they trying to hide something?? Get a secret shopper in there you could say I did some secret shopping but don’t just take my word for it!

Visited your brand new, huge store at Hellesdon, Norwich yesterday (Sat 17th December) Wanted to buy a shower screen. No staff anywhere except two very young cashiers at the tills, who didn’t know where shower screens might be situated. After walking miles around the massive bathrooms area, we realised the screen we wanted wasn’t on display, only in boxes. Trek back to ask the youngsters if they knew where we could see it. No idea. Decided to buy one anyway. But the boxed screens were high up on a shelf. Back again to ask what the procedure is for heavy shelved items. No idea. Luckily my husband managed to lift one down and we finally left the store. Honestly, you’ve obviously spent a fortune on this massive store. But your staff are pants, and you need more to assist. It isn’t fair to the two kids on the tills, they were nervous and clueless. Also, it’s dangerous to have customers lifting heavy items down. This was a Saturday very near to Christmas, yet the place was devoid of staff. You’re mad! All that investment and no blooming employees! We shan’t be going back. At B&Q the numerous staff are always around to help. Dear oh dear!!!

I bought a kitchen from Wickes, Shrewsbury, in August 2015. Lots of problems that are still not resolved. I paid in full and that’s when a decent customer service ceased. Phone calls and e-mails answered late or, more often, not at all. Left without water and a sink (wrong sink delivered) for 11 days when the fitter went on holiday. Bad situation when caring for a terminally ill disabled partner. Offered compensation of £50 after months of hassle – an insult! So much more. Stress and anxiety through the roof.

Trying to ring Wickes head office and keep being put through to numbers that just ring and don’t answer. After telling reception three times, they don’t answer either. New shower cubicle been leaking for months and nothing being done to repair it, floor replaced by wickes rather than sort out the leak and now it is lifting again. Nobody rings back when they say and this small bathroom installed in July, a dozen contractors have arrived over the months and all they want to do is pump in more silicon not looking at the main problem. Please somebody respond because it appears wicke’s policy is not to respond.

Asked for faulty fence post to be collected and for a reimbursement, was told I would be contacted within 24 hours . 4 emails and3 days later I had to ring up
to get any response . They must be one of the worst companies for customer relations and for not checking goods are fit for purpose before sending .
How do they make money , I would never use them again .
