I just wanted to let you know I will never shop in Zara again. It is an absolute insult to the paying customer to make them stand for in line for forty minutes to pay for goods. This is mid morning on a weekday. You have insufficient tills and insufficient staff numbers. It is outrageous that you find that acceptable. People are returning goods at the same tills that take payments, so it takes twice as long to see to them. I have never experienced such poor customer care. Any store who is so indifferent to the customer experience does not deserve peoples’ custom. I will not even mention your poor staff who take the flak from extremely frustrated customers, outrageous.

    Dear Customer services,
This is to draw attention to a problem I have with how the staff are being treated, working long hours and not having time to use the toilet when it is necessary for them to do so. Even hardly having any breaks after standing up for long hours. A 10 hour shift with only 1 hour break is not enough and people working there shouldn’t be mistreated, it is cheap labour. If you want customers respect your employees.
