I just wanted to let you know I will never shop in Zara again. It is an absolute insult to the paying customer to make them stand for in line for forty minutes to pay for goods. This is mid morning on a weekday. You have insufficient tills and insufficient staff numbers. It is outrageous that you find that acceptable. People are returning goods at the same tills that take payments, so it takes twice as long to see to them. I have never experienced such poor customer care. Any store who is so indifferent to the customer experience does not deserve peoples’ custom. I will not even mention your poor staff who take the flak from extremely frustrated customers, outrageous.

    Dear Customer services,
This is to draw attention to a problem I have with how the staff are being treated, working long hours and not having time to use the toilet when it is necessary for them to do so. Even hardly having any breaks after standing up for long hours. A 10 hour shift with only 1 hour break is not enough and people working there shouldn’t be mistreated, it is cheap labour. If you want customers respect your employees.

Love the stores. Lines are too long and slow! Lots of help walking around while customers are standing in line for 30 minutes or more. No one cares enough to add extra cashiers. No one cares enough to direct customers to less busy men’s and children’s sales counters.

Have received the worst customer experience in the Bolton store. I needed to buy £70 worth of gift vouchers for my nephews birthday and had to queue for over an hour! Poor young girl was on her own on a till while the manager wandered round seemingly doing nothing.

I’d love Zara.I have been a loyal customer.
I’d like to file a complaint about a ZARA branch 52-56 Long Acre, London WC2E 9JR.I went there about 15;25 yesterday 19 April and I’ve had a extremely disappointing experience with rude, arrogant, unhelpful security “gentleman”.
I agree with the rules to don’t allows entry people with the drinks, but after that information when I was put my drink in my private bag I was told “If I will drop the drinks on the floor I will mop that!!”. I couldn’t do my shopping after such treatment loyal customers.

I very rarely make a complaint but I feel I really need to this time. I purchased a pair of gold pumps from the Norwich store on 14 April and after wearing then for 2 hours the rubber seal around the edge came away on one shoe. I went to the store yesterday, one week later only to be made to feel really uncomfortable by the rude manage. I only wanted an exchange but the only pair left had black marks on them so I asked for a refund and I would order them on line. The manager basically asked the assistant if this was a genuine return. I felt like he was accusing me of deliberately tampering with them. I felt awful. The item was faulty. He never made any eye contact with me and was very rude. I didn’t get his name but it was the 21st April at around 11am. I feel you have the wrong person for the job or at least give him some managerial training. He wouldn’t work for me. I used to shop at lot in zara but will think twice.

Hi. I bought a pair of denims in yr Champs Elysee store Monday 17th April and wore them yoday for the first time. I paid full price and they hv rhinestones all over them. As I am walking the beads are falling off. I love Zara and buy most of my clothes here but this is poor quality. I cannot return them to a shop as the nearest one is 2.5 hrs away. I would really like replacement beads. I can send you receipt and photo. It is a bit embarrassing, I must say! Thank You.

Your customer service was appalling at Brent Cross branch by your staff on the cashier, she served someone jumped the queue and totally ignored me and never apologise than I made my complaint to your manager at the time but said I will have word with out asking who it was and what cashier was as there was three cashiers in the shop floor and her reply was unprofessional of somebody managing the customer service in your store
